• Sena (10/5): - Our stay at this apartment hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully designed, comfortable, and welcoming everything was. The apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. One of the things we appreciated the most was the perfect central location. Being right in the heart of the city made it incredibly easy to explore, visit attractions, and enjoy nearby cafés and restaurants. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was also very peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of comfort provided here truly exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and everything we needed was easily available. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay. • GEORGE (6/5): - κεντρική τοποθεσία ουσιαστικά, δεν υπήρχε πρωινό, παρά μόνο φρυγανιές (όχι ψωμί!!!), μερικές ατομικές μερίδες βουτύρου, μαρμελάδας και πραλίνας, δημητριακά χωρίς γιαούρτι!!!, χωρίς γάλα!!!, μια εξάδα αβγά (υποθέτουμε σερβίρονται με φρυγανιές???), 2-3 φέτες (3 άτομα για 2 βράδια) τυριού και αλλαντικού σε ταπεράκι (χωρίς κλειστή συσκευασία!!!) και ένα κουτί τυποποιημένος χυμός, χωρίς φρούτα!!!

• Krzysztof (9/5): We would consider staying there another time in the feature. - We spent a week in this apartment, between the end of July and the beginning of August. My family consists of 4 people (3 adults + 1 child aged 15). The apartment is spacious enough for four people. Each room has its own independent air conditioning unit, which is very important on hot days. The bathroom could be bigger, but it is not as small as described in some earlier reviews. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, which turned out to be very useful. It includes all the necessary appliances and kitchenware (with one exception – see below), as well as a set of toiletries. Another nice bonus is a small balcony with a pleasant view of the street and the top of Lycabettus Hill. Another big advantage is the excellent location – the apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, yet still very close to the city center. Syntagma Square is about a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop (A2 line) to the seaside is just about 1 minute away. A few minor remarks: 1. The apartment has a device for cooling and heating drinking water. However, we couldn’t get the heating function to work. Since the apartment does not have a regular kettle, for us – frequent tea drinkers – this was a bit inconvenient, as we had to boil water on the stove. Adding a simple and inexpensive kettle would completely solve this issue. 2. Turning the boiler on and off is done via the circuit breakers. Leaving it on for too long caused the water to overheat unnecessarily, so we had to keep this in mind. I think the host should consider investing in a simple automation system to control the boiler.
• Aliki (9/5): Great location and stay! - Location, size and cleanliness. Large living room to relax in and great kitchen. Bedrooms good size with storage. The bathroom is quite small and the shower leaks out - aside the door which worried us about possibility of water damage. But not atypical for Athens housing. Apartment essentially has no sunlight. :( The bed in the second bedroom ( without balcony) was terribly uncomfortable we both woke up each morning with back pain. Please replace the mattress! To avoid people buying detergent for 3-4 days could be helpful to have done available.

The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for a short stay. The host was very responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and at our check-out she helped us with our luggage until our night flight. Just a suggestion..a pair of second towels would be nice!

• Andrea (8/5): Nice neighborhood, central location, spacious enough for a family of three or four. - Great location, in the heart of Athens, near nice restaurants and shops, very clean, kind and helpful hostess, spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child. Even though it is an old building, the apartment was nicely renovated. It is a family friendly apartment, the kitchen was enough equiped to prepare food, there was a small corner with a soft floor puzzle for my son to play , a high chair and a crib with clean, soft sheet without extra charge. The hostess even left a small gift for my son to play, such a kind gesture. The shower is small and not very convenient especially if you are not a petit person. Also it is not a sunny apartment, we had to turn on the lights even during the morning times. The elevator is small, it only fits two adults or one adult and a stroller Do not expect a rich breakfast, there was cheese, ham, bread, butter and a chocolate cake.

• Christine (10/5): Fabulous designer flat in great neighborhood - Beautiful decoration, comfy beds, excellent location. The breakfast was much appreciated - coffee, bread, cereal, yoghurt, fruit… The shower products were fabulous. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Even a lovely little terrace. Communication with owners was easy. Location in safe and quiet street close to Syntagma - very practicality to get everywhere. Loved the place, would definitely recommend it. Not very luminous in the daytime but wasn’t a problem as we were out all day visiting Athens.

The apartment with all of its furniture and electronicks The breakfast ingredients. Dry bread , no fruits an vegetables at all (even though it was mentioned there will be). The bath is really small. Also the water are not draining well. Most of the time there was lots of water on the floor

The products provided in the bathroom and the utensils in the kitchen were so nice, I wanted to buy the same for my home. The owner even provided games for our young kids and also cards and other games for adults too. The breakfast food was perfect for our 3-day stay as well. We were also happy to be able to wash our clothes after 3 weeks of hotel travelling (they provide laundry and washing liquid). We also found a gym mat and weights in the closet, very good idea! A little bit dark in the day but as we were not home during the day, that did not matter. Just also be careful with the shower, the faucet can be extremely hot.

The attention to detail is very noticable, it has everything a family might need. Perfact locatio, on one of the best streets of Athens, safe and walking distance to everything! Nothing to report!

The location is great, close to many touristic areas. we enjoyed our stay. The apartment had two comfortable bed rooms however, there is only one small bathroom. As a family of 4 adults it was somehow difficult to manage. In addition, parking wasn't free and we had to pay 50 euros for two days in a nearby parking that was suggested by the owner. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

The space was comfortable and very clean. More spacious than the photos suggest. Fridge was stocked with breakfast goods and fruit and a lovely homadecake was left for us:) Excellent spot to explore the city from and the AC worked great! Nothing!

• Donna (10/5): Great apartment in fab location - The location was fabulous and safe! An easy walk into centre of Athens (an easy 10-15) and we didn’t hear one single noise during our stay. Was bliss ! Loved the bleary greet tea outside and the little balcony was so cute. The apartment itself has been well appointed and loved the water filter machine ! The owners were kind enough to let us leave our bags which was awesome and the beautiful cake, fruit and other breakfast items was a great start to each day. Would highly recommend. May not happen to anyone else and I believe it’s only happened to one other person but there are two Estia boutique apartments. This is without the ‘s’ at end and unfortunately our Uber driver took us to the wrong one. The elevator is a bit old small but it does the job :) and I personally had no issue with it. Just something to mention.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in central Athens - With 3 of us travelling together this was an excellent 2 bedroom apartment in a very convenient location in Kolonaki in central Athens. Marble floors, very comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen (fresh fruit, milk, juices and water, coffee, sandwich makings, etc.!). Only a few minutes walk from Syntagma and most of the main sights in central Athens. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport, but this would be an excellent place for a longer stay in Athens with up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony as well. No problems at all. Host was very communicative and the place is easy to find and the keys are in a lockbox out front. Highly recommended!

• Constandinos (10/5): Fantastic Stay in Athens Kolonaki - My family and I recently stayed at this apartment in Athens Kolonaki for a week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better - nestled in the heart of Kolonaki, we were within walking distance of countless attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, providing ample space for my wife, kids, and me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent communication with the owner. From the moment we booked the apartment, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. They were also on hand to assist with any requests or questions we had during our time there, which made us feel truly taken care of. Overall, I recommend this apartment enough for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Athens.
