• Timothy Edward (8/5): Convient on the T2 by line from airport and train station. - It was a good value and easy walk to everything for us. Loved the little patio. Nice that it had a washer. The couch wasn’t comfortable and could use updating. No soap for the bathroom sink was provided. We moved the shampoo bottle back and forth.

La possibilité de laisser nos bagages après le check out, en insistant auprès de la propriétaire qui n’était pas du tout flexible initialement Les équipements sont de qualité médiocre: matelas enfoncé, presse agrumes hors service, canapé très raide, absence de tablettes de lave vaisselle.

Stanza molto calda. Comunicazione efficace e self checkin L'acqua calda della doccia dura pochi min, Tv non funzionante Spalliera del letto aveva ecopelle tutta scorticata, non carino perché attaccata al cuscino dove si dorme

• Irena (8/5): - Хубаво като цяло. Изглежда не сме били получили упътването за настаняване, а достъпът до апартамента се оказа доста усложнен. Неприятно беше забаването и усещането че не можем да влезнем. В крайна сметка се разбрахме но беше неприятно.

• Jeanette (9/5): Prettig verblijf in een prachtige stad - Ruim modern appartement en goede locatie Er waren weinig kopjes c.q. bekers, schaaltjes en messen. Er was geen waterkoker en geen apparaat om koffie te zetten

Host was very responsive to messages There was no kettle, but I think that's not a common appliance? I don't like to microwave water for a cup of tea, so just boiled water in a pot on the hotplate.
• Barbara (10/5): Tutto perfetto 💘 - L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro in un bel palazzo signorile al 2º piano.Purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una notte per godere del bellissimo spazio che avevamo a nostra disposizione in questo bilocale ben arredato, ben studiato e soprattutto luminosissimo . Scelta super, lo consiglierò a chiunque mi chieda dove poter soggiornare a Firenze e rimarrà a far parte dei miei indirizzi preferiti . Grazie
• Eva Maria (9/5): - La ubicación es genial. Nosotros llegamos andando con bastante equipaje y se tardan más de 20 minutos. Ya, sin equipaje todo es más rápido, cerca del centro y a la vez en una zona tranquila. Muy limpio, cama cómoda y, en general, bastante bien. Pequeños detalles que faltaban en la cocina habrían hecho la estancia más agradable. Mínimo algún paño, bayeta y estropajo porque con el menaje que hay, no se puede esperar a poner un lavavajillas. Otros pequeños detalles de cortesía que he encontrado en otros alojamientos no los vi aquí, pero bueno, eso no es obligatorio, sólo una observación personal.

• Carmen (9/5): Un apartamento perfecto - El apartamento es perfecto. Ubicación inmejorable, a 10 minutos andando del Duomo y a 20 a pie de la estación de tren, en una zona súper bien conectada con transporte público. Todo está como nuevo, muy luminoso, incluso espacioso en comparación a otros apartamentos vacacionales. El anfitrión fue comunicativo y amable, nos permitió hacer el check out un poco más tarde, y la entrega de llaves fue fácil. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no había escoba, ni ningún trapo para poder limpiar bien la cocina, por lo que durante toda la semana tuvimos que apañarnos como pudimos en ese sentido.
• Sergio Gonzalez Castillo (7/5): - Ubicación Cuando haces el check out no tienen donde dejar tus maletas mientras visitas la ciudad y tienes que irte 20 minutos andando hasta encontrar una consigna que además tienes que pagar. Esto hace que se incómodo y que además tengas que realizar pagos extras que no contabas con ellos.

• Iulia (10/5): A great experience in Florence - Clean, it had all we needed, there was no dryer for washed clothes, but we made do with the hangers. It is 10 mins away from duomo, quiet (except for the 5am birds chatting), the host was sweet and accomodating. Perfect for a couple, for a city trip. Pictures are same as reality

The kitchen and washing machine were huge bonuses. The balcony was awesome to relax on. Hearing church bells was divine. Would have liked a clean comfy sofa and a tv in the lounge room

• Kate (8/5): Very comfortable and relaxing stay. - Very comfy bed, very clean apartment in a lovely quiet location. It had everything we needed. A characterful building too. In walking distance of everything you need. Well equipped and clean kitchen. Could have been clearer as to how to pick up the keys. A small note in the description saying to ring/message the host on arrival would have been useful. The location marker on the booking.com map also isn’t accurate. We followed the address itself which was correct.

Apples maps & location on booking.com map is wrong (use the actual address provided in the notes) which made checking in alittle complicated but otherwise very pleasant experience.
• Miriam (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Florence! - The flat is lovely, with new furniture and fittings, located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the botanical garden. Very easy to get to the main atractions of the city, shops or even take public transport to go to other places. Host was perfect, providing all the necessary support. I can't wait to come back do Florence and stay here again.

It was also beautifully renovated to modernize it! The property manager was also quite helpful and pleasant! It was difficult to get there in a taxi because of road construction.

The host was super nice and accommodating in ensuring I could check in early! The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious and even has a gorgeous balcony. All basic amenities are included (shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc) Apartment also has a washing machine which is extremely convenient! Would have appreciated a cleaning service to be included in the price for anyone staying for more than 4-5 days. But this was available at an additional charge

The wifi connection was very bad and our mobile internet didnt work in italy
