• Akbar (1/5): The property was uninhabitable at check-in and we could not stay. - Nothing. The property was uninhabitable on arrival, and we could not stay, so no part of the accommodation was usable or enjoyable. On arrival after the 3:00 pm check-in time, the property was not clean or ready. Cleaning equipment was left in the house, the toilet was dirty, rubbish was on the floors, and several items were damaged or missing, including a broken couch, a non-working TV upstairs, and damaged bedding. Due to the condition of the property, we left the same day without staying overnight.

• Richardson (7/5): In short we enjoyed or stay however there are a few things to be polished to make this a really good stay! - On first arrival the house was nice and clean and looked good however there were some issues. There were a few things with the property and the managing of it that made me a little frustrated. On first arrival the battery’s for the garage door were flat so we couldn’t use that over the weekend, than after a decent drive with a 3 year old we found there was not a single roll of toilet paper left for guests, no mini milk in the fridge or any body wash mini things like many other places we have stayed and the rules on the fridge were just a crumpled piece of paper. It’s just made it feel very cheap and unfinished. On top of this I had to pay $30 extra per bed for linen and towels. All we got was a fitted sheet no flat or fresh cushion covers and 2 towels for a 3 person family. The TV was also a major issue. Firstly the upstairs one didn’t work at all and the downstairs one was so old the remote only worked if you were right infront of it and only a few of the Chanel’s worked too. They had a dvd player and about 10-15 dvd most of which didn’t work because they were so scratched. Although these issues are minor as a whole it made the stay feel very cheap and a little frustrating and I feel if these issues are looked into this property would be much more comfortable and enjoyable to stay at.

• Kerri (5/5): Stay was ok.just would have liked better communication - The property was lovely and secure That we were not able to check in at our check in time we had to wait got over three hours. They did give us a later checkout There were alot of dirty dishes. That we had to clean before using. Pool was not accessible due to not being cleaned. Extremely bad communication I messaged about things and never got a response.

• Susan (7/5): Large enough for room to move. Great location with still more to explore one day - We liked walking into a large clean townhouse. Location was perfect and in walking distance to the main shops in Cowes. We liked that the owner's information booklet gave us the heads up to book places in advance, Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and Go Carts. These can be booked out well in advance. If you aren't sure about anything within the property, Neighbour at #5 is only too happy to have a chat and help you out. Our family would be happy to visit again in the future. Owners are easily contactable if you have any concerns. You get a chance to select your own time for arrival closer to the date. My only dislike was the lack of fans in bedrooms. There is air-conditioning however that is out in the living area downstairs and upstairs.
• Caralynne (7/5): Good - Location, cleanliness and pool The mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs . Very poor reception on TV. We left a day early due to poor weather and the bed being so uncomfortable.
• Russell (1/5): Stressful - The property was under some type of renovation with tools laying around, mould exposed, nails hanging out of walls and plaster all over the kitchen floor. Upon reporting the state of the unit, my family waited for 3 hours for another property and only offered 25% refund. If we went 3.5 hours from home and it wasn’t 7pm we would have left and asked for a full refund.

• Ruth (8/5): Great location, safe and secure and very comfortable stay. - Very homely unit. Felt safe and very secure. Loved the facilities including access to the pool, table tennis and darts in the garage. Great house for a group with couples and singles. Very handy for supermarket and food. Very disappointing to have to bring your own linen and towels. I would have expected that to be included for the price we paid. Would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the machine provided.

• Alannah (7/5): Good - Loved everything that was available such as the pool the table tennis table etc. Everything necessary was available and such a good price. Had a great time and location is amazing. Beds were low and the couches were pretty dirty with stains on them. Tv was old as well so couldn’t connect to Netflix. Not a big deal but was a bit inconvenient. There was mold in the laundry and the upstairs shower leaked water into the downstairs laundry through the roof and the paint.

• Ingles (8/5): Really enjoyable time at Phillip Island! - It was large and comfortable The smaller of the sinks leaked. The garage door wasn’t working when (but was promptly fixed) and the blind cords weren’t fixed to the wall.
