• Faris (10/5): سوف اكرر الزياره - ميزة المكان العزله والهدوء والاستكنان، سكنا فيه يومين ،، كان جدا جميل والمطبخ متكامل ، وصاحبة الفندق طيبة وحبوبه،، وفيه كلاب صح لكن جدا أليفه وغير مزعجة، الفندق قريب من كازبجي تقريبا 10 إلى ربع ساعه بالسياره.. يعني لو عندك سيارة وأنت تحب العزله والاستمتاع بالطبيعه لا يفوتك المكان راح تدعيلي.. السرير لم يكن مريح ولا يوجد شطاف بالحمام

• HAMAD (8/5): مكان رائع لمن يحب العزلة و الطبيعة . - الموقع جميل و خصوصا اطلالاته و لكنه منعزل أسفل جبل بجوار النهر و الغابة . المضيفة بذلت جهدا مشكورا لمساعدتنا والاجابة على استفساراتنا مع أنها لا تتكلم سوى الجورجية، ولكن مترجم قوقل كان وسيطنا معها. سيكون أفضل لو كان بالامكان وقوف السيارة بجوار الكوخ بدون عوائق. كذلك تحتاج سيارة لقضاء حاجاتك مثل التسوق و المطاعم و البقالة .

• Sébastien (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful place just 5mn from Stepantsminda. You will find space for a small family and all the equipment to stay a few days, laundry machine included. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the air on the balcony. The bathroom might miss some place to store little things 🙂
• Kritdanun (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommended!! View from cottage is spectacular. Owner is very sweet and thoughtful. They come very fast to cottage when you need any help. Neighbor’s dogs are very cute and friendly. We love here!!
• Thu (9/5): Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it! - We had a wonderful winter getaway at this cozy, clean house. It offered a comfortable night’s sleep, and while the location was a bit remote, it was only a short drive to the nearest town with restaurants and a grocery store. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views were a highlight. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed assistance. The only downside was the water pressure—it was a bit low, and the hot water only lasted about a minute before needing to reheat.

Very responsive host. Beautifully mountains scenery from the cottage and an amazing river close by. The house had equipment and aminities so we were able to cook great food during the heavy snowfall.

• Gary (10/5): quiet and cozy - You can find any kind of facilities, even a washing machine. Don't be worried about cold winter nights, it's pretty warm in the house. Owners are pretty sweet too. Definitely recommend.
• Aleksandar (10/5): Truly amazing. - Amazing cottage in the forest. The host will even give you a bottle of free wine. 15 minutes away from this location you can find restaurants and shops but you will need a car. Everything was amazing.

• Saeeda (10/5): Excellent stay near village and forest. - Loved everything about the place. Neat and clean like new. Kitchen has all items. Extra bed with blankets and sheets were provided for our family. The kitchen window has a view of forest behind which was lovely. Bedroom view and balcony view is amazing. Wish if toilet had jet spray/handshower. We stayed there only a night. Wish I stayed more. Hopefully next time.

• Eavan (10/5): Perfect location for Kazbegi, Gergeti Church, Juta, and so much more. - The location was great--far enough away from Kazbegi to feel like we could really relax, but close enough to easily visit for hikes or markets. The owner kept in good contact with us and it was easy to get the keys and check out. Such a nice way to see the area! Great location.
• Egle (9/5): Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. - It was a very nice stay and cottage. I was traveling with kids. There was a nice forest where you could have short walks. Also, it is a great location to reach Kazbegi or Kobi funicular. The host was very helpful with driving us everywhere we needed. It was challenging to get to the shop as we didn't have our car. The closest shop was in Kazbegi where you can buy fruits, veggies or fresh meat.

• Alexander (10/5): The place to choose for your vacation near Kazbek - Wonderful little house located under the forest in a quiet location with beautiful mountain views. You get plenty of birdsongs, nature and relaxation. The house is very clean and cozy. It is very convenient to get to all the surrounding attractions from Sno. I highly recommend it! It can get somewhat too bright for some people to stay asleep after sunrise.
• Pragati (10/5): A very comfortable, relaxing and delightful stay!! - The cottage is very well maintained and equipped with all the facilities. It’s located at a 5 mins walk from the main road. Case in point , it’s neither secluded nor amidst hustle bustle. The locality overall is very quaint and about 2 kms away from Kazbegi main market. Hence, a little planning is required to stock up grocery in case of you are planning to cook your own meals. The caretaker is very attentive and attends to your requirements promptly. She’s just a phone call away and very hospitable. She even has a car and can drop you off to Kazbegi market at a nominal fare. Last but not the least, the property is often visited by a guardian angel, a very loving and friendly dog who makes the stay extra delightful. All in all, 10/10 experience. I will definitely come back again and again. Nothing
• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were so nice and the place was fully equipped kitchen and nothing you need is not there. You just need to bring all the food materials as there is no close by restaurants if you have a car it's 10 mints drive to kazbegi.
• Ahmad (9/5): Superb - If you are looking for a place to disconnect and live in nature this is the place to be … clean, organized, everything is available in the kitchen if you think of cooking…hot water is available. The neighbor dog is annoying and always crossing the fence…if you are afraid of dogs you need to take that into consideration.
