• Beth (1/5): Unclean, host very unhelpful not understanding. Avoid at all costs. - Don't stay here, this was booked for a work stay, when our lads turned up the apartment had not been cleaned. Its was very clear bed sheets weren't replaced from the previous people staying as short dark hairs were found all over sheets. When contacting the host, he said a refund was not possible. Our lads did not stay here so we lost out on £260 for 2 nights. Avoid at all costs! Apartment was not cleaned. Bed sheets not changed from last people staying here.
• Nicola (1/5): Unsafe property, we couldn't stay there, and appaling customer service from when attempting a refund - The accommodation was unsafe with nothing to stop you falling from the top level onto a hard floor a whole floor below. There was nothing to like. There was a banister rail but nothing in the middle as shown by the photo. Everything. It was so unsafe we left within an hour of arriving - our three small children could have been seriously injured. Communal entrance hall was a dump with the plastic/glass on the bannisters swinging away from where is should be. My 6 year old picked up a used cigarette butt from under the coffee table. But by far the worst part was the unbelievable health and safety risk with the stairs from the main floor of the accommodation to a mezzanine level only having the bannister rail in place but nothing in the middle of it so it was a shear drop from the top floor to hard surface of the lower floor. We had to find alternative accommodation late at night. After 4 phone calls to booking.com customer service and 2 messages sent to-date, we are still waiting for any refund.
