All soft furnishings where dirty, and cushions had to be put outside due to smell. 1/2 toilet roll for 1 week 3 people. Balcony doors don't lock. Pictures advertised are not true. Chest of drawers cannot be opened, not enough room. Plug in bedroom broken, wardrobe in other bedroom can't be used either no room to get at it. Very disappointed . Large man, or woman with big breast won't fit in the shower. Although the shower leaks all over

Host was helpful, location was perfect for all amenities like restaurants, bars, sea front, transport etc Everything you need for a short or long stay. Could not fault and would definitely book again. Nothing to be honest! But maybe a couple of loungers on the balcony would be a bonus.

• Hubert (5/5): A éviter - L'emplacement et la terrasse Il faut absolument remettre en état l'appartement, les baies vitrées coulissantes ne ferment pas, ils manquent les caches sur les prises, les prises sur la terrasse ne sont pas fixées, canapé délabré, les fenêtres de la petite chambre ne ferment pas, et pas de rideaux les lits des chambres sont à changer nous avions peur qu'ils cassent, les couettes sont dans un sale état, impossible de mettre les couvertures elles sentent vraiment mauvais, la table a repasser juste l'armature en métal, le fer inutilisable cause autocollant fondu dessus la semelle, lampe de chevet cassé, manque le cache des stores et un store ne fonctionne pas, la lumière d'une salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, 2 petits Bac a douche dans les sdb avec rideau de douche qui vous colle. Pas de fenêtre et de placard dans les chambres. Je suis vraiment dessus, comment peut-on louer un appartement dans cet état. Il faut l'enlever du site le temps de le remettre en état

Las fotos del anuncio están excesivamente bien hechas y son de por lo menos dos apartamentos distintos. El apartamento pequeño, primera planta rodeado de restaurantes. Los pestillos de las ventanas no cierran. Ducha pequeña, casi imposible moverse. Dos dormitorios, uno la única ventana da al salón. Edificio en obras pero quitando la estética ninguna molestias por esta parte. Para mí una de las cosas más importantes es la limpieza y estaba limpio.

• Paula (6/5): Apartment needs work - The location was amazing, well equipped kitchen The shower is tiny, the shower doors are broken so bathroom gets flooded every time someone has a shower, you have to supply all yourself, one toilet roll, we left loads that would help the next guest like salt, toilet rolls , shampoos and conditioner. gutters blocked so during heavy rain the balcony flooded and we had to keep sweeping away the water to save the apartment

Kolmelle hengelle oli yksi yhteinen käsipyyhe koko viikoksi, ei kasvopyyhkeitä ollenkaan. Kylpypyyhkeet oli, mutta ei minkäänlaisia pyyhekoukkuja niille missään. Wc- paperi oli mainittu varustukseksi. Sitä oli yksi rulla. Wc:n kansi oli rikki. Makuuhuoneet olivat ahtaita koppeja ja terassilla oli kaksi tuolia. Ikkunalaitteet eivät toimineet.

• Deborah (5/5): - Where it was situated and lay out Bad electrics,plumbing my husband had to use a plunger to unblock the shower, all black stuff came up the plug hole, my brother in law burnt his arm on the kettle as he went to pull the plug out as it carried on boiling and didn’t switch off as it should of done, if it had carried on boiling there could of been a possible fire. The other shower the shower head was not attached . Messaged the owner about the problem and had no response . Apartment was not as good as the photos shared

• Luz Maria (7/5): Vacaciones cortas - El sitio estaba muy bien posicionado, junto a la playa y siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento rápido. Y Alberto majísimo, nos hizo todo muy fácil la verdad. Están de obras en el edificio y claro estaba todo con polvo, y eso de no tener ascensor y que sea una segunda planta pues, no es muy accesible dependiendo de con quién vayas. Y las ventanas es cierto que son nuevas pero se escucha bastante el jaleo de la calle.

• Janette (6/5): Well located apartment - Location was very good. Clean and well equipped. There were only light curtains so in the morning the bedrooms were too bright. The shower was very small and if not careful you could easily turn the water to hot without knowing. Our 2nd week was very noisy due to work going on in the building from 8 am each morning.

• Toñi (7/5): Se podría mejorar - La cercanía a la playa y que todo te pilla muy a mano Las fotos no se corresponden con las del anuncio, la cama de matrimonio es muy incomoda y la almohada es una piedra... La ducha muy pequeña con una cortina que hace que todo el baño acabe inundado y mejor no rozarte con ella porque te daaa no se que... La terraza tiene muy poca intimidad cosa que se evitaría poniendo una ocultación. El menaje de cocina justo y las sartenes inutilizables porque se pega todo lo que cocines... En las fotos te ponen un regalo de bienvenida inexistente y te dejan solo una bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel higiénico para cuatro personas cuatro noches.

• Colette (4/5): Low budget accommodation but it is good value for money if you’re young and on a budget it’s good value for money. - Property is in a good location. You get what you pay for. It’s an old building with lots of unsafe wiring hanging on the exterior of the building very questionable, I doubt it meets health & safety criteria. You are only given one key to the property, it’s accessed via a side street.

• Chris (3/5): Very poor experience - Very poor property, bathroom located in master bedroom meaning if anyone in the other bedroom needed the toilet during the night they had to wake people up. Light fittings hanging off, neither patio door on bedroom or living room remained shut and they were unable to be locked at all, as such all noise from the street will wake whoever is staying in the master bedroom up from about 7am, noise from nearby bars also causes issues sleeping, this also means there is no way of securing belongings. Walls/ floors very thin, on our last night residents above grouped on stairs loudly talking/ banging through ceilings meaning we had very little sleep.
• Cooney (6/5): Holiday apt free - The apartment was in a very good location, it was clean, it had a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven. Television, could probably benefit from a little painting but was liveable. Shower was way too small, my friend and I are only size 10, but found it difficult to get into, anyone larger or a man would not be able to use it. Also there wasn't a full length mirror in the apartment, a must for women guests. There was one small mirror in the bathroom and a small one in the living room.
• Anett (9/5): Pleasant stay, recommend if you are looking for a bigger property close to amenities. - It is nice and spacious, had everything we needed. Location is good, close to the beach and shops, bars etc. Owner is friendly and attentive. Sorted any issues we had. Some minor issues such as flimsy sockets, broken balcony lock, mould in bedroom ceiling and shower curtain not long enough therefore we had to mop the floors due to the water everytime someone showered. The property needs a little TLC really. These not bothered us much however the mould issue for health reasons needs fixing ASAP. Regardless we had a nice time I would return.

• Kev (1/5): Bad - Location Horrendous noise from apartment above also owned by them. People were running around for over an hour every afternoon and constantly dragging furniture around. Causing the light fitting in the bedroom to fall from the ceiling exposing bare wires. Had to hand the keys back after 3 days and find alternative accommodation at an extra cost to us.
• Denny (8/5): Very good - It was our second holiday in this appartment. We love this place - location is perfect, if you are travelling with kids. Beach is 100m and beautiful park 500m. The ice-cream shop is right next to the house. ;) Appartment is big with nice terrase... We just missed some more dishes and blankets (we were 4 adults and 2 kids). And some bads were creaking. ;) Even so, we would like to return again.

• Michelle (10/5): Lovely relaxing holiday :0) - The host was really friendly, although he doesn't speak English he is very good at using the translator app on his phone! :0) The apartment was modern and beautifully kept. The area was really quiet, perfect for those who like a quieter holiday, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of other resorts. Public transport networks are brilliant, a local bus stops right outside the property which takes you to the local train station. The train travels along the coast between Fuengirola and Central Malaga, with the airport in the middle! Journey time to Malaga from the apartment is about an hour door to door and to Fuengirola about 30 minutes - Journey time from the Airport to the apartment including bus journey was about 40 minutes and cost less than 5 euros per person - perfect for those Bargain Lovers! The weather! sadly our trip fell during an unexpected turn in the weather, while England was basking in unusual temperatures (Beginning of March 2025) Spain and Portugal were hit with torrential rain which went on for about 4 days solid! That was the only thing which we didn't like.

• Mcintyre (9/5): Superb - Our 2 bed apartment was large bright and clean No pool but an amazing location 2mins walk to the beach with lots of restaurants bars and a bus service outside the apartment An excellent Mercadona in the Avenue and Lidl a short distance away we got a taxi back A specious very well equipped kitchen a large fridge freezer and endless hot water we like to cook but no wine glasses we had to buy The owner Alberto was very helpful and attended to all our little issues communication was difficult but we got there in the end I will definitely go back to this 2 bed apartment and my family loved it as well No cleaning service in 11 nights I was shocked to find that we had no change of bedding No hand towel in the bathroom and one bath towel per person to cover our entire stay I contacted the owner who informed me that a washing machine was provided to wash all our sheets/towels etc There wasn't any washing powder provided which meant we had to buy and leave behind This is something I've never come across in all my years of travel Luckily the weather was amazing and allowed us to do an early wash everything was dried in the evening Not an option if we had rain On a very busy Avenue but we got used to it 🙃

• Carol (3/5): A week was enough - The location near to everything and only minutes from beach. apartment basic but clean. Kitchen well equipped, fridge/freezer.cooker and microwave. Washing machine in bathroom. Comfy beds lots of linen and blankets and pillows, smart TV and Wifi Balcony facing street but sides high enough to give privacy and probably keep young children safe The bathroom is a death trap ! The shower is 2ftx2ft squared, there is nowhere for bathing items, no room to bend down if you have to put them on floor. The sliding shower door opens only approx 1ft so you have to squeeze in sideway. There is a great hazard of sliping no suction mat in shower or mats on bathroom floor. I am only UK size 14. Not fit for children needing supervision, a pregnant woman would simply not get through the gap neither would large adults or elderly adults as they simply wont fit in. Sliding door to balcony also slides open about 2 ft again there is a need to turn sideways to get out to the balcony. A pregnant woman would find difficulty squeezing through. The property is situated on a very busy road, the noise from the road is continuous from 5am - 9pm,the front of apartment looks very nice however the entrance round the back is very run down and only one of the security gates has a lock. There were no lights to our apartment door so we had to use our phone torch to insert the keys in the door. No fire alarm, information of fire points as it was a 1st floor apartment no greeting pack or information pack. There was someone to meet us to hand over keys however he did not speak any English so any problems were hard to communicate. He did attend after contacting him one time when the bathroom plug became stuck however, once he managed to remove it he took it away and signaled us not to use it anymore so we had to manage a wash etc with free flowing basin water The balcony is quite roomy and the furniture is basic but in good condition however the air conditioning generator is high up on the wall on the balcony and leaks when the inside air conditioner is on. The plug for the generator is a open socket on the same outside wall, the leaky water passes straight down past this plug. We had to use the mop bucket to catch the drips which we changed every day
• Janet (6/5): Poor - Location Roomy apartment but lots of issues. No window in 2 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom had window but no blinds and constant light from security lights outside on and off all night disturbing sleep. Only one set of keys and key needed to open security gate at bottom of stairs, unable to get out without due to fencing. We felt this was a serious safety issue. Patio door not able to lock, no smoke alarms which was very concerning as the apartment was over a restaurant. Poor air con, no bedside lights in twin room. No safe for valuables, not good when unable to lock patio door.Towels although clean looked left over from previous guests. Security shutters broken and left on balcony which was dirty and poorly maintained. Lots of electrical sockets broken with exposed wiring. Extremely small shower cubicle with cheap plastic curtain, no bath mat. These things could easily be resolved but we won't be booking again despite the price

• Emily (9/5): Great holiday accommodation for our family - Really well equipped kitchen. Great tv Brilliant balcony size and close to beach and restaurants There were a few electrical sockets taped up ( not a problem for our children but may be a hazard for smaller kids) There were two roll down shutters removed ( probably because of an electrical problem) but again that was no problem for us one shower had slow drainage.
• Richard (6/5): Pleasant - Nice and clean good location None of the blinds worked making it very dark inside and not been able to get air through very stuffy
• Imelda (8/5): great place will be returning very soon, Hosts were available anytime to assist if needed. - Our host was very easy to contact and was there to meet us as requested, we last stayed in the apartment above this one which was larger in size (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms) while the one this time was only 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom however it was big enough as there were only 3 of us this time. The walls in apartment seemed paper thin as we could here everything from next door and also from above, because of this it could be a bit noisy at night other wise all well.
• Ronnie (8/5): Very good - Excellent location , handy for everything. Comfortable beds , tv . Great WiFi Can't really fault the apartment itself , the entrance to the building a little untidy and only one set of keys , however would definitely recommend and stay again in future .
• Samantha (10/5): Great stay - Lovely apartment, fresh and new. Kitchen is really well equipped, clean and lovely big fridge freezer. Perfect size apartment for us (2 adults and 1 child but would be fine for 2 adults 2 children as 2 bedrooms) Lovely location, close to many restaurants, bus stops and a stones throw from the beachabsolutely perfect for us. Only negative is the shower is small but it wouldn't stop us from staying again and it's small to accommodate a decent sized washing machine so it's understandable.
