- Christina (10/5): Perfect property for a enchanting trip to a very beautiful Haworth - So clean fresh and stylish . Loved all the little touches pictures from the area. extra blankets in the living room to be cozier on the sofa - all the games! We even come across a light projector, the loft room was cool even had a tv in there. Property felt like a home away from home. The size and space was impressive. Heating was on when we arrived. And Joe was a pleasure to deal with communication was excellent. Excellent views and very quiet apart from traffic which there wasn’t much of. 15 minute walk to Main Street 10 minute walk to haworth station In all honesty I can’t think of anything any of us were unhappy with -
- CHRISTINE (10/5): A lovely stay. - Very large, spacious house. Perfectly clean. Master bedroom had a very comfy bed. Large, spacious kitchen. Loved the milk in the fridge and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. No freezer.
- Gabrielle (10/5): Our favourite staycation we’ve been on - A beautiful home. The house has a picturesque view and inside there are plenty blankets, games and books to entertain! We loved the interior and it is clear a lot of love went into this property.
- Rebecca (9/5): - Beautiful village, very enchanting place and full of history. The house is beautiful and very large 😍 decorated to a high standard. We loved our stay. Only down side is the lack of parking but this is definitely a minor detail. Thank you for a great stay. I will definitely book again. N/A
- victoria (8/5): - Accommodation was lovely and comfortable It was on a main road, so you could hear the traffic. You are ar a junction on a hill so you hear lots of reviving of cars.
- Bernadette (9/5): -

- Kathleen (9/5): Beautiful 3 day break. - Wonderful property. Could not ask for more. Beautiful view of the moors. Breathtaking. There was nothing to dislike. The stairs were a little steep. But not too much of a problem.
- Audrey (10/5): - We were visiting Haworth & Heather View is a spacious, cozy, relaxing home to spend time in. Comfortable beds, good shower & bathroom. The Kitchen is very well equipped. The house was lovely & warm. Check in was easy & Joe was brilliant in his commincation, with instructions of how to access the house. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Fabulous stay.
- William (7/5): Visiting family and friends - Great location, friendly and responsive host, good standard of decoration and style, fast wifi, efficient heating Shower issue with temperature control not working, bed in second bedroom uncomfortable, needs a new mattress, would probably be ok for a child, road busy and noisy at night
For longer stays like ours a freezer section in the fridge would have been useful
- Paige (10/5): - House was nice and clean, felt homely and the bed was nice and comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here! Nothing we didn't like, very happy with the stay
- alison (10/5): - Everything, it was absolutely lovely There was nothing to dislike
- Lesley (8/5): - Homely, had all we needed.
- RONALD (10/5): - Everything about Heather View was good.
Excellent property well Maintained.
Good location. Nothing to Dislike.
- Donna (10/5): -
- Julia (8/5): - Plenty of room. Good facilities The road up to the property was very steep. Would have liked an ironing board
- Thomas (10/5): Good location and very clean - Very clean and cosy N/a
- Richard (7/5): - Good size lounge. Blinds in the bedroom let a lot of light in.
- Leigh (10/5): Great accommodation in an ideal location - We had such a lovely stay at Heather Cottage, it was very clean, in lovely condition, and a great size and in a perfect location to access everything with Haworth. Perfect for an enjoyable family break.
- Judith carole (9/5): A week in Bronte country - The rooms were spacious and the decor was modern and well-coordinated. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, electric kettle and coffee machine. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The steep stairs took a bit of getting used to, but were safe enough when holding the banister. The shower was a bit temperamental.
- Helen (9/5): Great time lovely host many thanks really good value for money - Light and airy, comfortable. Only the parking!
- Viganò (8/5): We had a great time, good space and location close to where we wanted to be, all with a very tasteful place to go back t - The property is charming, furnished with taste, extremely pretty.
Kitchen is well equipped
Two double bedrooms are spacious, with nice double beds. All basics are covered Parking is off the road, which gets busy at the weekend
Top room is very nice, very cosy, it’s a teenager room, window was tricky for us.
Host offered help to remidiate 🙏
- Emma (9/5): Was nice house small in the outside spaceous on the in - Nice little house clean and tidy loved the games and how spacious the house was nicely decorated and love the coffee machine was good little idea The freezer door was broken and had issues with shower leek but it was sorted the taps in the kitchen wrong way around so the tap which said it was cold was actually hot. Could do with help us with the blind in the attic as we couldn't pull it down so kids had to share room.
- Peter (9/5): We had everything that we needed and the owner was great - We were very happy
Great communication with the owner made everything easy Tv could be made easier to use
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Munich (10/5): Wonderful - Such a lovely house! It is so spacious and clean and has all mod cons. Satellite channels and Netflix on tv, comfortable beds, extra duvets and great heating. Joe is a very friendly owner and communication was excellent. If you're on foot and you have a big suitcase get a taxi! It's one steep hill. Watch for the deer in the field opposite at 7am. VE saw them on the first morning and was so overexcited she got a great video of the curtains and the ceiling. She made up for it on Day 2 and captured them beautifully grazing in the morning mist.
Heather View with deer view is first class, highly recommended 👌 Loved everything
- Paula (8/5): Perfect for our trip! - Good location, great host and very comfortable cottage. Nothing
- Tessa (10/5): Will definitely return - Everything it was lovely and clean Nothing
- Benita (10/5): Comfy, clean would definitely do again - Very much a home from home feeling. Beds very comfortable x The hills are tricky but we just got Ubers back to the property when we had been out. These were not expensive. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Haworth.
- Misti (8/5): Great property, great service from Joe and Howarth is a fan place to visit. - Great location , within walking distance from Howarth. The property is great, if you have children the attic bedroom is a great place for them to play. In the room was an x box and we even found some fairy lights to put up to make it look cute.
The kitchen has a dining room table to seat 4 and has an oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric hob and big enough to fit 4 of us in there. You will need to take (as you would any air BnB) bits like milk and good. Tea, coffee and sugar were available with some cleaning products.
The other two bedrooms (the attic bedroom had a double bed on the floor) were spacious and both had double beds.
There were lots of games for the kids to play and it has central heating which you do need as it did get cold especially in the attic.
Jo was amazing! In the run up to our visit our questions were answered and recommendations given on where to eat. Whilst in the property we had a query which was quickly dealt with 🥰
Howarth is a quaint village with lots of character, I also took some time to visit the Bronte Parsonage (all within walking distance from the property, about 20 mins), the cabinet of curiosities, a drink in the black bull and we then ventured into the moors and enjoyed some great food at the Wuthering Heights inn to warm us up. No back door or back garden which wasn’t a big issue, but we did take a dog so it would have been nice to have a back yard or garden but it was easily sorted by taking him out on the front. However when you visit the property you can see why there is no back door or garden.
- Jon (10/5): 1million% would stay again - Perfect Nothing
- Chris (10/5): Brilliant - Comfortable and cosy, plenty of space, clean and tidy. Nothing!
- Joanne (8/5): Lovely location - Lovely spacious cottage, a short walk to the centre Fine for us, but a very steep hill down and up into village. May be a problem if you have mobility issues, but perfect for us.
- Martin (9/5): Great property. The owner Joe was very accommodating and helpful. - Spacious and comfortable. Great location Nothing
- Iris (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and beautifully decorated house, very comfortable. Great kitchen for home cooking. On edge of Haworth with views to the countryside. Welcoming host who let us into the house early as we had a speedy drive from the Belfast-Liverpool ferry. Excellent option for dog owners.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (10/5): The host couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed an early check in as we were attending a wedding. This was sorted fo - The property was clean and very well presented. It had a lovely homely feel. Beautifully decorated throughout. Parking was available if a little tight.
- Helen (9/5): Beautiful property, beautiful place. - A gorgeous little place, ideally situated near the town.
- Melz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carl (10/5): Booked it so I could stay the night before my wedding with my best man and his family and for them on the night of my we - Great location near to our wedding venue Nothing it was lovely
- Deborah (8/5): If hills and walking are your thing it’s perfect! - The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to the train station and Main Street.
It’s just a 20 minute walk to the Bronte Museum and the start of the Bronte trails not far from there. A couple of issues with the water but sorted very quickly by the owner who was very pleasant and friendly.
- Lee (10/5): Great All Rounder! - Our second stay here & it didn’t disappoint.. lovely light spacious property & comfortable. Nothing not to like & we will be back. Host very accommodating & offered us both an early check in & a later check out. This was much appreciated.
- Heather (10/5): Wonderful little cottage! - Fabulous little cottage with parking just across the road, had everything we could’ve needed, an added bonus was the early check in which allowed us to get out to explore the beautiful Haworth much earlier than we had anticipated, would use again :) just a note it’s a little out of Haworth but very very easy to get a £4 taxi ride , there and back Nothing to dislike
- Lee (10/5): A High Five from us -
- Jasmine (10/5): The host Joseph was so helpful, giving me taxi numbers to use whilst we stayed in Haworth and all round helpful & fa - This property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views, very clean & well looked after.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Good communication. Prompt answers. Comfortable and clean.
- Mrsrv (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, about 15 mins walk from Main Street. Easy key collection and good communication. Quite hilly so wouldn't be suitable for everyone! Comfortable for a short break. Good facilities in kitchen and spacious rooms. Would prefer locking bathroom door.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Wanted a comfortable place to stay, with a short walk to the main tourist sites of Haworth. - Easy to park within short walking distance of the property
Comfortable and clean
Had everything we needed for a short stay, except a TV ! No TV channels, only able to watch Netflix if we wanted.
Had not expected such steep hills to get into the main part of Haworth, would have been worth a warning.
Toilet felt unstable
Not sure shower was working properly, no power when temperature was adjusted.
Noisy night, all night long, was like trying to sleep on a racing circuit.
- Lyons (10/5): Beautiful house, set in a beautiful location with a fabulous host - Great location, very spacious and beautifully decorated. N/A
- Shane (7/5): Good - House was very clean & nicely finished House was cold. I hadn't advised my arrival time and appreciate the weather was probably unseasonably cold but the internal temperature was 9 degrees when we arrived.
- Graham (7/5): Good -
- Nev (10/5): Great house good location excellent host - nice newly refurbished home with very modern decor and spacious rooms the most comfortable bed i have slept on spotless clean host was very good with communicating kitchen very modern and up to date with every utensil you need ,well equipped kitchen , bedrooms very modern and pleasing on the eye, bathroom great again nice and modern with a great powerful shower and some nice touches. would recommend to anyone that is looking for a stay near Haworth The only minor fault was no tv aerial which means no live tv channels even though the tv is smart you can only watch catch up BBC i player etc Freeview play requires a standard aerial to tune free view in , roof mounted aerial or small discreet one that can be hidden behind the tv then it would be perfect
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): A very lovely stay in a beautiful house just on the outskirts of Haworth, the house was very spacious, very clean and lo - Excellent location, very spacious, very clean.
- Josie (10/5): Beautiful property, great location - Lovely property, very clean and spacious, had everything I needed to complete my stay, great area too. Would definitely book in again.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean
very comfortable
Used car to drive into Haworth too far for two ladies over a certain age to walk.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit Nothing we were very happy
- Karl (10/5): A fantastic end to a relaxing long weekend. - Not been to haworth for ages, was nice to be back. The property was clean and the sofas and beds were comfy, and the parking was easy. Didn't have a problem collecting keys and the host was responsive to questions. If it's not booked up, I'll be back! Nothing really to raise.
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (10/5): Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Bronte Country - It was a perfect base for exploring the area, we had a lovely walk up to Top Withens Haworth is hilly!
- Auds37 (9/5): Stunning Views. - Beautiful views, comfortable cottage home from home. Ideal for our 2 night stay. Great host, he was really accommodating with our dates and the communication was very good. Messaged to say the property was ready early and also on checkout, no rush to leave. Very helpful and replied to messages promptly. The cottage had everything we needed and ideal for us, also a bonus being dog friendly. A good base to visit Haworth, Hebden bridge and surrounding area. Would definitely visit again. Its not that we didnt like it, but something to consider. The location is very steep from the main area of shops and restaurants. We managed to walk or take the car so not an issue for us, but could be a problem for others.
- Richard (10/5): Lovely visit. - Lovely house conveniently located with a short walk to the main street in Haworth.
House was much bigger than the pictures suggest, clean and tidy.
Would stay again.
- Timothy (8/5): Haworth stay - Joe was really great at communicating and really helpful. Great location in Haworth. Good kitchen. It was cold when we arrived 14degC and even putting the heating on didn't get much warmer. So not an issue in warmer times but it's still cold now in April.
- Julia (2/5): Very poor -
- Lisa (8/5): Lovely little house on the edge of Haworth - Great little house about a 10-15 min walk to Main Street. House is cosy and had what we needed for our short stay. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding, kitchen was very well equipped and the shower was good. The selection of board games was a nice touch. Joe gave really clear check-in instructions and we were lucky enough to get parking just across from the house. I think we'd definitely stay here again if it were available. Not criticisms at all but just a couple of things to make it even better and may even be already part of the long-term plan for the house:- another chair in the lounge would be nice as it did feel a little bit sparse with just the settee. I hope future guests respect the light coloured carpets and remove their shoes when they enter otherwise they will become grubby really quickly which would be a shame. Maybe a lick of paint and also a chest of drawers or something similar in the front bedroom i.e somewhere to put your make-up and toiletries rather than on the little bedside cabinet. You might want to consider curtains or a blackout blind for the bedrooms - it wasn't an issue for us but could be if you're staying during the summer months when the sun rises around 4am. And lastly, there were only 4 towels for the 4 of us and us ladies also like a towel to wrap round our head when we've been in the shower :0)
- Rachel (10/5): Really felt at home very cosy - Lovely size and very clean
