• Ingo Schalk-Schupp (6/5): - Die Lage ist optimal. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Ankunft und die Abreise waren unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es war unhygienisch: eine mit alten Seifenresten verkrustete Seifenschale, verschimmelte Duftstäbchen, haarige Teppiche, viele seit langem verstaubte Stellen, und an Türen, Dusche und Armaturen waren orange Fingerabdrücke, wie von Schminke. Die Zahnputzbecher waren innen auch nicht sauber, die hätte man besser ganz weggelassen. Ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt.
• Frieder (5/5): Grenzwert - Die Lage ist super. Der Geruch, die zum Teil kaputte Ausstattung, der Zustand der Wohnung (lockere Fliesen, kaputtes Fensterschanier, Schimmel und Rost an der Dusche und die vielen Haare und Flecken überall hat uns nicht gefallen.

• Cleaton (6/5): All in all, ok - It was central and good connection to town. It was on the top floor and the elevator was out of service. This wasn’t mentioned to us. My farther who has mobility problems found it almost impossible to walk to the top each day.
• Gabriel Aslanian (8/5): Affordable until the elevator is fixed - The location of the apartment is just perfect. Perhaps we couldn't wish a better one. The overall cleanliness was decent as well. We liked the availability of the dishwasher and the large bathroom with the tub and the shower cabin. The broken elevator is a downside if you have any sizeable luggage and make grocery shopping, especially since the property is located on the 4 floor. There's no washing machine indoors, but we didn't bother much since we had enough clothes.

• Alexandra (8/5): Schöne Lage - Fantastische Lage, in der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte der Aufzug nicht und die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage. An dem Wochenende war es extrem heiß, ca 38°. Es gibt nur einen Ventilator und tagsüber war es in der Wohnung kaum auszuhalten, da es in der Küche keine Vorhänge gibt um die Wohnung zu verdunkeln. Der Boden ist scheinbar sehr hellhörig und schlecht gedämpft. Wir hatten, nachdem wir spät vom Abendessen heimgekehrt sind, einen Nachbarn (das Gebäude ist ein Wohnhaus) der geklingelt hatte und sich über unser "Elefantenstampfen" beschwert hat. Wir hatten noch nicht mal Schuhe getragen und haben uns Bett fertig gemacht, weswegen wir durch die Wohnung gelaufen sind. Danach war uns der Aufenthalt recht unangenehm
