Guest Reviews
No había aire acondicionado
- Andrea (1/5): Una estancia horrorosa - Nada Todo fatal
- Jose Felix (1/5): Pesima - Nada. La habitación diferente a lo que ofrecen.
- nanou (8/5): -

No vayais
- William (2/5): Strange - Location was alright, and we were provided a fan Shower was broken, very creepy and eerie feeling, as it is in the attic of the building, so extremely hot as well. Have to walk up lots of stairs to get to it as there are no lifts and the check in process is lengthy, and requires you to go to 3 different buildings (they are nearby) if you want to store you’re luggage - which you most likely will have to due to the 4pm check in
- Max (2/5): Very poor - Not much at all. 6 stories high (no elevator, no fan, no AC), rude staff, etc
- Fazil (1/5): - Never again, - Nunca más - - Nothing
- Nada It was raining and the water was dripping from the ceiling.
- No wifi
- No air conditioning (it doesn’t have even a fan)
- No ascensor
- shared bathroom
- very different from what they show in photos
- very dirty
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😷😷😷😷😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
- Maximilian (2/5): Better than sleeping under the Bridge or 6er dorm - Room size The landlord was not available, you only get automated messages, the keys in another hotel that is not responsible. In addition, furniture old, broken, room smells of cheap deodorant and nicotine. Bathroom on the floor with dirty curtain next to the toilet. Only 1 working socket in the room. Hot at night as balcony cannot be opened at night (loud!). Far too expensive! Never again!
- Luis (5/5): Passable -
- Azhar (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room needs maintenance. Some items are expired, and the bed feels unstable, as if it might break anytime. There is only one socket, making it difficult to charge our phones while using the heater. Additionally, the windows do not close properly, so need heater as well but the portable heater might can go on fire if we run whole night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
- Fariba (1/5): Not recommended - The room was in poor condition—very dirty, wet, and cold.
The shared toilet flush was not working, and the bathroom floor was constantly covered in water.
There was no elevator, and the building had very old stairs, making it difficult to access the four stories.
- Marcela (3/5): Poor - The staff brought us power outlets and warmer sheets. The old windows and sockets are broken. The bathroom window is covered by a very old torned duvet. The toilet paper in the shared bathroom was over and it took them a while to replace it.
- Pablo (7/5): The location is very near to Callao Station (Madrid Center), the place is very affordable. - Location is near to Madrid Center (Callao) The key to principal door was wrong.
- Dorina (5/5): Passable - Plato como ventana👍🏼
- Joaquin (1/5): Bad -
- Zuluaga (6/5): Pleasant -
- Markus (10/5): Beautiful place in a quiet yet very central location - A newly renovated room, super friendly and helpful staff.
The plce has lots of character - renovations were done while respecting the original building (historic flooring and doors, historic bathroom tiles, etc.)
Central location, yet very quiet at night.
