- Inakigoitia (6/5): Pleasant - apartment was in very good condition. we was surprised when we walked in. i did not like that online booking did not show any photos of the premises. we were shocked to see the area where the apartment was and did not feel comfortable when the person showed us the photos.

- Yuliya (1/5): Scam! Avoid! Dangerous place! - Horrible area, disgusting building, total scam. Surprised no one uploaded the real pictures of the facility yet. Inside is ok basic but the building is very old and filthy, communal toilets on the same floor with this flat. Not sure what it was, we are in a complete shock! Was there with 2 kids and very regret I didn’t check reviews before booking. Terrifying area, the building not a residential but something like a warehouse converted into kind of flats. Neighbours shouting until 3am you can hear every word. You can also hear everything from the street. Be ready that some strange looking people will also hung out near the entrance. Check pictures & avoid this place!
- Anastasiia (4/5): Disappointing - The place at the house with drug addicted.Very scary place. In appartment was cockroaches ,a lot. Owner doesn’t speak English and even not use google translate,we was using to talk to him. The funniest he make voice recording in WhatsApp in Spanish ,how to open appartments. But we don’t speak. 😹 And we was 6 people and he didn’t send to us check in information till last second. It’s was so crazy,I use to call him and text everywhere to give us information and he wasn’t responding. But the owner give us back money and it’s very nice. Because of course ,we can’t stay there with cockroaches.

The price ok. very noisy area, insects, fridge noisy, the host: he offered to pick me up as he said he has a taxi. I said can only pay credit card. must have a receipt. total he came with a normal car, no receipt available wanted to be paid cash (which I ve never accept to do…)

- Francisca (8/5): Improve way to receive guests (key box) and clearer instructions (building) - The place looked great, everything was so clean, near the airport, market was nearby, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom was big enough and the kitchen had a stove. Our host was attentive enough to get to us and give us the keys in the middle of the night to open the apartment. There were instructions how to get to the nearest stations for public transportation and/or call a taxi. Well we had not a good start, instructions were not clear enough to let us know that the location was a small building among the many others in the area, so Google had us going in circles wasting 20 minutes at 1 am when it was important for me and my daughters to get to sleep before our early flight, the key box was glued so we couldn't get the keys and we had to wait for our host another 20 minutes. I would suggest that since tap water is NOT drinkable, that water is provided to guests at least for the first day.
