- Montse (9/5): Estancia maravillosa, limpio y con vistas increíbles - Apartamento espectacular. Destaco la limpieza impecable, lo amplio y cómodo que es, y una estética preciosa. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie, y la piscina es un gran extra. Lo mejor de todo, sin duda, son las espectaculares vistas a la Giralda desde la terraza. Un diez en todos los sentidos. Como puntos a mejorar, el sistema de abrir la puerta solo desde el móvil es un poco rollo; al no haber llave, tarjeta ni código, coordinarse con la familia es complicado si os separáis. Además, no ofrecen la opción de dejar el equipaje si la habitación no está lista, lo cual es incómodo para el primer o último día. A pesar de esto, el sitio vale mucho la pena.

Aradığım çalışan inanılmaz küstahtı. 4 defa ard arda aramama rahmen sürekli başından savdı. Online bir sistem kurmuşlar ve sürekli oraya yönlendirdiler. Turistik bir seyahatte bu kadar karmaşık bir süreç yönetimi kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Ayrıca tuttuğumuz ev hiç güneş almayan basık bir alandaydı. Çatıdaki havuz kirli ve kullanım dışıydı. Evin yerleri toz içerisindeydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
- Alison (4/5): Seville is a beautiful city to which we will return, however not to these apartments! - Location Very disappointed with the ground floor dark and dank apartment. Bore very little resemblance to the photos on your app. Small and uncomfortable for 5 adults. Broken shower doors meant both bathroom floors flooded every time the showers were used. Nowhere to hang up damp towels to dry. Noise from upstairs at 02:45 Sunday morning unacceptable. Kitchen not particularly clean - worktops have reached the end of life. Lack of storage in double bedroom meant we had to live out of our suitcases. Taxi organised by the company for our transfer from the airport never arrived. They had quoted 40€ for this so we saved 14€ once hailing outside the airport.

It is few feet from city center The neighbor in front of the building wad very very mean person who kept complaining and harassing people when they stopped their cars to unload or load and didn’t accept them to be in the narrow and only alley that led to the two buildings. I will never come back to this hotel just because of that neighbor.

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern ausgestattet und es waren für jeden eine Kaffeekapsel vorhanden. Leider waren wir anfangs bei der falsche Haustüre, da die Hausnummer falsch angeben ist. Durch Zufall hat uns eine Dame gesagt welches Appartement wir suchen.

- Chantal (7/5): Prima appartement op leuke locatie - De locatie was leuk, bij de setas, je wandelt zo naar de Kathedraal, maar ook naar de kerk El Salvador, Palacio de las duenas, etc. De inrichting van het appartement is stijlvol en mooi om te zien, de keuken was top, fijn dat er een wasmachine staat, de wifi was ook goed, net als de schuimmatrassen op de bedden. Nespresso machine in de keuken is een pluspunt. De gehorigheid van het pand, zeker tijdens de meivakantie was een siësta tussen de middag niet te doen met rennende en schreeuwende kids op het dakterras. Ook het ontbreken van personeel en dat alles online werkt, met de sleutel, was wat onhandig. Het telefoonnummer kon ik niet bereiken. Om naar de lift te komen moet je wel eerst 5 treden een trap op (met je koffer). De stoelen aan de eettafel zaten niet fijn en er was geen vaatwasser.

- Catherine (9/5): - Great location, wonderful apartment, and excellent facilities. We had a lovely stay here in the heart of Seville, within easy walking distance of all the major sights. The food recommendations were very helpful and led us to some great meals, though we also enjoyed cooking during our stay. Parking was especially useful as we were on a driving tour of Andalusia. The pool was quite cold, though we visited in April, so that may be expected. Some of the sun loungers were broken, and there weren’t many available.

The car park they suggested we park in turned out to be the same parking that was included with the rental so I don’t understand why they would not furnish this information when we asked initially. If you do use the parking you do not get the access information to the car park until AFTER you check in - so you have to park first which is not easy near this apartment, check in and then go back and move your car. There are no sun umbrellas on the roof and the furniture around the pool looked old and weather beaten Some dishes in the cupboards were not clean and we had to wash them before use. There is no dishwasher Access to the apartment is cumbersome and if the battery on your phone dies there is no way to get in - as happened to one of our party who had to wait outside for the rest of us to come back No adequate soundproofing, we could hear a group of girls in another apartment until late in the night Poor air con

- Milen Hotmail G3 (7/5): Страхотен град и места за разглеждане, но разочароващо настаняване, свързано с паркирането. - Местоположението, но само ако не сте с кола! Не успяхме да се възползваме от включения в цената паркинг, заради недобра комуникация и липса предупреждение от страна на мениджмънта за затруднен достъп, при положение, че два пъти бяхме попитали дали всичко ще е наред. Вторият път беше в деня, в който можехме да откажем резервацията. Специално попитахме за местоположението (GPS Coordinates) на паркинга и казаха, че ще получим инструкции в деня на настаняване! Това е подвеждаща информация, дори измама, защото, ако бяхме разбрали, че дори включеният в цената паркинг е на 500 метра, със сигурност щяхме да откажем резервацията! В допълнение, заради затворена локация, паркирахме на 1.5км, платихме непредвидени 28.40 Евро за денонощие, като пренасяхме багажа си на ръка през цялото това разстояние. Имайте предвид, че вратите на апартаментите са с кодове. Не бяхме информирани, че има апартамент №3 и на приземен и на първи етаж. В резултат, след цялото мъкнене на багажа през целия център, имаше забавяне и чакане пред вратата, докато се изясни непълната и неточна информация от тяхна страна!

Complex entrance to building and rental - the place was in a great location, the instructions to get to the property were complex and not easy to follow, once I understood 100% what I needed to do it worked. But it took a lot to do so, and there other tenants with my same issues of understanding how to enter the building, how to use the code. Conversone way to open the front door to get into the building and the links to the website sometimes did not work. AND forget it IF you did not have a cell access or able to connect to the internet to make a phone call you were NOT able to unlock the front door of the building.

El servicio de host fatal, no mandaron la info de entrada sino a las 3 pasadas y fuera de todo no estaba listo el apartamento. Yo le pedía información y se demoraba en contestar. Las paredes un poco sucias. Tampoco dejaban dejar las maletas.

Lift Erstmalige Anfahrt mit Gepäck im Auto in die Nähe der Wohnung war etwas herausfordernd durch die Innenstadtlage Laute Nachbarn in der Nacht für eine gute halbe Stunde (die Hausordnung missbilligt dies allerdings ganz klar), deren Lautstärke sich über den Innenhofschacht überträgt.

- Eva (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, gute Grundriss, 2 Badezimner :) Es gibt einiges zu reparieren: in beiden Badezimmer das Duschsystem ( wechsel zwischen Regendusche und d Handdusche, Duschtür kann nicht zugemacht werden), fehlende Haken für Handtücher.

- Urban (9/5): Mooi appartement op de rand van het centrum. - Heel net appartement, aan de rand van het centrum. Fijn verblijf gehad! Bijna alles op loopafstand. Weinig, op een kleine lekkage in het trappenhuis na (tijdens een pittige regenbui), maar dat mocht de pret zeker niet drukken.

- BOURREAU (4/5): Etre plus précis, de part et d'autre, au moment de la réservation. - situation géographique : très bien pour visiter la ville. Lieu très calme. Appartement confortable et spacieux, mais... Ce qui fut décevant : en fonction de l'offre (descriptif et photos) nous avions choisi un appartement 2 chambres avec terrasse (en évitant les propositons rez-de chaussée). Or, nous avons découvert, à notre arrivée, que l'appartement attribué était situé au rez de chaussée, très sombre, aucune fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur sauf sur un petit patio, lui-même sombre, sans vue et nécessitant l'éclairage électrique à toute heure de la journée et dans toutes les pièces. Or a priori, à cette saison, il y avait des appartements libres dans les étages supérieurs.
