• Catherine (7/5): Up until trying to collect our luggage we had enjoyed our short stay - It was a great location. Access information on arrival was good. Room was clean & bright It was agreed we could leave our cases after checkout & we were assured we could still access the property until 5pm to collect them. Unfortunately when we returned at 4.30 we could not get in & no staff members were on site. I tried to phone but there was no answer. I sent a message but received no reply. Luckily another resident of the building opened the main door & another one of Domus Fontis guests arrived & let us in otherwise we would have been unable to collect our luggage This caused us a lot of stress as we had to get to the airport for our flight

Chuveiro ótimo, limpeza ótima. Impecável. Bem melhor do que as imagens, inclusive. O atendimento foi incrível também. Rita nos acolheu com sua simpatia e cuidado. Nada. Tudo extremamente satisfatório.

Le lenzuola presentavano macchie di dubbia origine. Oltre a questo migliorare la pulizia del pavimento e della doccia. Apprezzo che gli asciugamani siano stati sostituiti e i cestini svuotati, E il letto rifatto senza ovviamente cambiare le lenzuola o le federe dei cuscini

• Andrea (10/5): Habitación con gran ubicación y comodidad! - Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, camas cómodas, heladerita, cafetera, pava eléctrica! Todo muy bueno! La ubicación es perfecta, estás cerca de todo y con acceso a transporte público. Se nos hacía un poco complicado entrar en la zona de las habitaciones porque solo podía abrir la puerta con un link para desbloquear, no es algo malo sino que resultó un poco incómodo.

A szállás elhelyezkedése 10 lépésre a Trevi kúttól, és minden nevezetesség maximum 20-30 perc sétára van! Ha ismét Rómába utaznánk, ide érkeznénk! Nem volt ilyen.

• Tagliafierro (6/5): Struttura ben posizionata ma.....difetta per pulizia. - Posizione ottimale! A due minuti dalla Fontana di Trevi. La struttura , essendo posizionata nel centro di Roma, è ben servita sia dal punto di vista della ristorazione, sia per bar e negozi vari. La pulizia della camera dovrebbe essere rivista con maggiore attenzione.

• Mel (10/5): Localização perfeita - O local é perfeito, novo, limpeza otima, meia quadra da Fontana de Trevi, elevadores, segurança, maquina de café no quarto e anfitriã guardou nossas malas até o horário do voo. So precisamos de transporte na chegada e na saída da cidade, pois como o local é bem central e repleto de comercio, restaurantes e cafes pudemos explorar Roma da melhor forma: andando Tudo estava ótimo

• Xheni (10/5): Exceptionally well-located! - We had a great two-night stay at Domus Fontis. The location is unbeatable, just a one-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, and still surprisingly quiet thanks to the windows facing an inner courtyard. Every main spot in Rome is walkable from here, and the building even has two elevators, which is quite rare for Rome's 'Centro Storico' and very convenient. The host welcomed us at check-in, explained the steps for the automatic self check-in, and was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. They were also flexible and kindly let us leave our bags at the reception on our last day, since we had a late flight. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, a nice stay in a fantastic position! Nothing worth mentioning, everything was great!

• Gregor (10/5): SUPER! Genau richtig für einen Kurztripp und die Lage am Trevi Brunnen ist unschlagbar! - das Frühstück war im Preis mit inbegriffen und ausreichend für warme Tage. Am Abend vorher stand das Brot / Croissant und Zwieback zwar schon im Zimmer und der Aufschnitt im Kühlschrank. Das war aber völlig ok Das Schliesssystem ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber per App wunderbar zu bedienen. Man muss sich vorher damit auseinander setzen

Very appreciative on accommodating staff and early check in as we arrived from NA. Windows work very well given the closeness to all action. Entering property was unnecessary complicated using the app, but staff is aware of this and was available to help on check in.

• Michael (7/5): Great location, right in the heart of the city. - Great location. Breakfast that was provided was generous. Immediate communication from hosts when we had questions about the city tax. Check-in was a little confusing, and never really got the app to work as demonstrated. We were able to figure it out, but another couple that arrived the same night was very puzzled. I was able to help them out to the point where they then reached out to the host and resolved their issue.
• Adriana (10/5): La Fontana siempre a mano en un departamento comodísimo. - El desayuno era monumental. Completísimo. El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado y contaba con todo lo necesario y más. Era muy espacioso y todo era comodísimo. El ascensor era muy pequeño y encerrado y daba un poco de claustrofobia. Igual anduvo siempre bien y no tuvimos problemas. No encontramos nada que no nos gustara.

Ihre Information über due Schlüsselübergabe kam am nächsten Tag, wir standen verloren mit unserem Gepäck vor der Tür. Erst mehrere Telefonate verschafften Zugang zum Zimmer, kein Mensch in der Rezeption zu sehen. Das Frühstück stand im Zimmer, kein Tisch, nur ein Stuhl, schlechter als in einer Jugendherberge. Ich musste eine Suite im nächstgelegenen Hotel buchen, € 600.- Da alle anderen Zimmer ausgebucht waren. So hilflos kam ich mir mit unseren 4 Koffern noch nie vor. Vielleicht könnten wir wenigstens eine Teil der Zahlung des nicht genutzten Zimmer erhalten. Gruss Seeliger Siehe oben
