• Juraci (2/5): - Localização, 500mt a pé estação brussel zuid. Extremamente sujo o acesso, cheiro nauseabundo no acesso. Alojamento muito mal cuidado, velho. Se fosse remodelado era uma boa opção, neste momento não recomendo.

• Redi (10/5): - Sympathique appartement très propre et bien équipé. À 5 minutes de la gare du midi et proche du centre de Bruxelles également. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'hôte est aussi très réactive.

• Tao (5/5): - Le séjour,l’emplacement,dans l’ensemble c'était bien par rapport au prix Le temps de réponse de la responsable était beaucoup long et il n y a pas d’ascenseur. Lorsqu'on propose des logements ça serait bien de répondre souvent au message dans les brefs délais. Sinon dans l’ensemble tout était bien.

• Sorairo0518 (8/5): - お部屋は広くスーツケースを広げても 邪魔にならず良かった キッチンのコンロの表示が逆で 慣れるのに時間がかかりました。 その旨は口コミでわかっていたので 問題なく使えましたが ホストからの説明が必要です シャワーですがシャワーカーテンが無い為　洗面所の床が濡れて滑ってしまうのでシャワーカーテン着けたら良いと思いました

Lägenheten ligger på 5:e våningen med smal trappa upp. Ofräscht kök där man helst ej ville laga mat. Dåligt underhållen lägenhet. Lite otydlig information för incheckning, information först vid uppringning.

• Nikki (4/5): Disappointing - Hosts are extremely polite, they are really nice! Apartment is old and quite damaged (walls, bricks, doors) but its personal OK for me. The fact that is not OK for me is lack of cleanliness in apartment. The whole apartment is "stinky", smells bad. If you're in the rental business, cleanliness must be your top priority. The place needs to smell pleasant—like freshly changed linens and cleaning products. It absolutely must be clean! And it doesn't matter if the apartment is old or rundown. A lot of old dust in corners, in bathtub and towels was a lot of strands of hair (some short and some long). I almost threw up when I dried myself with towel. A lot of foreign strands of hair was on my body. I had to take shower again and drain with wipes...No air conditioner, and its on 4.th floor, only stairs, no elevator. Its so hot inside! If you plan to have drinks, it is dangerous on those big stairs. So my conclusion: for 82 € for one night is overpiced. You dont charge and rent something bad like that! Invest in cleaning.

• Vitalii (1/5): Not recommended for families with kids. - Good location. 30 minutes walking to the downtown. This apartment will take you back to the 90s. Dirt, dust, smell from the refrigerator. Unbearable stench of cigarettes from the entrance. Inconvenient to use the shower. Needs renovation. Looks better in the photo. Expensive for such conditions.

• Lopez (8/5): Very good - It was a unique experience because the bathtub time was something You have never seen in your life. It is vintage, classic and immersive in ancient times, it is well preserved. the apartment was very clean and we could find a lot of amenities. It is also close to downtown and the places of interest. You can put a non slip-mat (plastic rug) in the shower so it won't be slippery when wet.
