• DOBRANIS (10/5): Cazare de calitate, superioară! - O să primiți cheile pentru accesul în curtea blocului și în apartament .Lucrurile personale pe care vi le lăsați în cameră,tot așa le veți găsi și la întoarcere . Accesul la singura baie a apartamentului este împărțită cu încă 2 persoane ,dar nu am avut nici o problemă. Pentru cine dorește , să doarmă în liniște , într-o cameră privată, echipată cu un Smart TV,un dulap de haine ,o mică măsuță cu un scaun,un suport pentru umerașe,aici este locația potrivită. Locația este foarte aproape de centrul comercial Rosaleda. € să ai pentru a-ți face poftele la cumpărături. Deasemenea este la 15 minute de mers pe jos de centrul orașului.Gazda, Mabel este o doamnă încântătoare și te ajută cu multe informații despre Malaga,udecsa mănânci bine,cum să ajungi în locurile care te interesează. Salutări celor de la Meson Mariano, la care am mâncat foarte bine și de care am trecut de multe ori pe lîngă,dar Mabel a știu cum să ajungem ,unde era că la ea acasă,tot personalul o cunoștea!! Cu siguranță voi recomanda această cazare prietenilor mei
• Farah (3/5): - We stayed in this apartment for 10 days, and while we appreciated having a place to stay, there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable than we had hoped for. The main concern was the level of cleanliness. During our entire stay, the apartment was not cleaned, and the bedding was changed only once. For a longer stay, it would have been much better to receive regular cleaning and fresh sheets, as this is something most guests rely on for comfort. Another challenge was the temperature inside the room. It became very hot, and when we asked about the air conditioning, we were told that it required an extra payment. Considering the climate, air conditioning feels like a basic necessity, so it was disappointing that it was not included. We also noticed that several essentials came with additional charges. For example, towels and cleaning services were not provided as part of the stay. While we understand that some accommodations may operate this way, it did make our time there less convenient, as these are usually standard inclusions. In terms of facilities, the apartment was quite limited. There was no kitchen available for preparing meals and not even a fridge to store drinks or groceries. For guests staying several days, this can be very inconvenient. Overall, while the apartment provided us with a place to stay, we felt that the service and facilities could be improved to make it more comfortable and welcoming. Simple improvements such as regular cleaning, including air conditioning, and offering basic amenities without extra charges would make a big difference. We hope that the management considers these points, as they could greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

• Fati (1/5): Mauvaise expérience - Sincèrement rien la dame qui loue les chambres est vraiment très méchante ,elle est toujours entrain d’espionner les clients, la lumière au niveau du couloirs ne fonctionner pas la chambre ne ressemble pas au photos publié,la vue de la fenêtre sur les déchets ménager avec de mauvaise herbes qui poussent raison pour laquelle il y'avait énormément d’insectes et de moustique, le jour avant notre départ elle a commencé a crier en disant de ne plus utiliser la douche et la salle de bain (insulte en espagniol),les équipements de la chambre était très médiocre je ne recommande absolument pas . • Alla (5/5): - Что хозяйка ходит по пятам то есть то выключите свет потому что он дорогой то не занимайте много времени ванной.В комнате очень было душно этот вентилятор не спасал ещё хотела дополнительно оплату за вентилятор,но сказал ладно я не буду брать плату...во общем среднее .да ещё что нет холодильника и стиральной машины это минус в сервисе надо ходить стихраться на промышленных стиральных машинах......

After we checked out, the host informed us that she would deduct €30 because we used 100 liters of water. This amount is completely unreasonable – 100 liters of water normally costs just a few cents, certainly not €30. When we politely asked about it, she simply said she wouldn’t argue with us and claimed she knows how much she pays for water, and that we used more than the “normal” amount. We were actually very careful – on the very first day, right after we got out of the shower, she already started threatening us that we would have to pay for the water, even though we were just getting ready in the bathroom. Yes, we were there for about an hour, but there were two of us, and the shower definitely wasn’t running the whole time. We were just taking turns, drying off, doing makeup – like any normal girls. After that, we were even more careful not to waste water, but still got blamed for “excessive usage.” We paid for our stay, left a deposit, and now we’re supposed to pay extra for basic things like water? This is completely unacceptable. The host was uncooperative, unpleasant, and acted very controlling from the start. Her attitude ruined the whole stay. We absolutely do not recommend this place and will never return.

• Alexander (8/5): Very good - Nice owner, friendly contact. The room and bath were clean. The room had it's own lock. Fast answering and helpful host. Fair pricing for the location. Very close to the soccer stadium and a mall. 4 different keys to get in the room are inconvenient, but necessary here. The lock on tge gate outside was tricky to open. Just a minor inconvenience though. The location is half an our from the historic city center with clubs and bars, and the beach.. Good connection via bus. Both are minor points that one should just be ready to accept. All in all a great choice 👍

• Egle (3/5): The location was great but overall staying lacked essential things. - The place is conveniently located, near the bus station or a half hour's walk to the town centre. We were surprised to discover an additional 20 euro a day charge for using the air conditioning, which only the owner can control. But it was our mistake because we did not see that in the listing. This seemed a bit overpriced. Moreover, we were unable to store any food in the room due to an ant infestation. This was inconvenient, especially when preparing food for an early morning trip with no open shops. Additionally, because of the hot weather, we used extra sheets and were charged 40 euros from our deposit, which we felt was excessive. People who choose accommodations like this often travel on a budget, so having a designated space for food in the fridge or permission to use the microwave (which was listed as available when entered the flat and read the rules but was denied when messaged and asked about that) would have been really helpful.
