- Amy (10/5): Lovely stay - Really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It was cosy, the bed was excellent, and the host was friendly and had left some handy essentials. Great location too, with a bus straight into the centre. Nothing
- Pete (10/5): Cosy retreat - It was cosy and comfortable
- Rachael (10/5): The lodge provided a home from home in an interesting and beautiful part of the world. - Absolutely everything was wonderful. The host so welcoming. The provisions of bread, milk and snacks were a godsend as we arrived quite late in the evening. The bed was really comfortable, the lodge well equipped and we had use of the lovely garden. There was nothing we didn’t like - the hosts have thought of everything. Belfast itself and the Northern Irish coastline were also incredible.
- Martina (10/5): - Beautiful little gem of a place, the host was lovely and very helpful. Accommodation very clean and comfortable ☆☆☆☆☆
- Peter (9/5): Garden Lodge - Location, easy access to Belfast No sitting area
- David (10/5): Enjoyed a great escape, lovely accomodation, perfect location and tremendous hosts. - Excellent place to stay to explore Belfast, 2 minute walk to bus stop direct to city centre, Ivors is lovely for breakfast, bowling club is great for entertainment & great value for drinks, Sean is fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble.
Fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Nothing perfect stay.
- Sally (10/5): Delightful apartment - Nicely set out apartment with all the amenities. Beautiful outdoor area attached. Very helpful and friendly host. Immaculately clean and tidy They’ve worked with the small spaces very well but there isn’t room to open your bags comfortably and the shower is very tight. To be expected though in city accommodation where space is premium.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Jan (10/5): Excellent accommodation - This is in all aspects a high spec modern accommodation with much attention to detail. Fresh bread, butter and biscuits on arrival, milk in the fridge and even a couple of beers. Bed really good, blackout good, shower good even though it could be a bit tight for the larger of us. Location very good close to many eating places and bus routes. Difficult to find anything that I personally would have different. Only thing that I found which could catch you out is that if you leave the keys indoors and for some stupid reason close the door, you will be locked out!
- Colm (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julfur (10/5): Everything was great, good location quite close to the center, nice and well-kept house. The owner was very nice and hel -
- Sylvia (10/5): Exceptional - Seanpaul was an excellent host nothing was to much trouble for him he went above and beyond for us I couldn't fault the lodge
- Nadia (10/5): Exceptional - The lodge was spotless when we arrived,Sean Paul was very friendly and was there for help if needed,in a nice quiet area not too far from the city centre but not too close either. Didn’t like leaving the comfy bed when we had to go!
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a gorgeous little modern lodge in the back of the owner’s home. It was nice and clean, and also had streaming sites available on the TV (such as Netflix etc). Only a 12 minute drive into the city which was also fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!
- Maire (10/5): This garden lodge is a gem in west Belfast. It was close to shops, restaurants, but still quiet at night. The lodge had - Quiet, clean, location, parking, and though compact it had everything you could possibly need. Nothing.
- Yodeillie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Nice, cosy spot, near local venues. - Nearby to restaurants, pubs and entertainment venues. I've no complaints
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (10/5): Superb from start to finish. - Everything was spot on, very welcoming!
Sean is a great guy. Really made a fuss of us Both and made us very welcome! The garden cottage is very comfortable and clean. In all honesty there was nothing to dislike only the daft we had to leave when our break was over.

- Ben (10/5): A great hotel alternative - Cosy, private and quiet recent garage conversion with a large, comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen facility, space to work at the worktop and a clean bathroom.
Sean Paul was on hand to welcome me and show me around but the instructions for gaining access are simple and clear regardless. Great recommendation for local restaurant, coffee machine, fresh milk and some lovely unexpected welcoming food and drinks provided. Nothing, it was great.
- Yana (9/5): Quiet and cosy - Quiet and cosy accommodation, well decorated and fitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a bus station nearby so it is not difficult to get to the city centre. The host has provided a lot of useful information about the local area. Good and prompt communication. Probably due to the weather conditions the garden furniture was covered and we had not have a chance to sit outside.
- Anugraha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): The host was super responsive in providing help and assistance. - I left too early for breakfast. But plenty of coffee, tea and milk were in the room. nothing really, the studio was recently completed, everything was new, functional and clean.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Everything you could need was there including all streaming services and good wifi. It’s also so handy for shops, food places etc. Nothing.
- Karen (10/5): Absolutely marvellous. - This property was amazing. It’s a quick bus ride to the city. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos. There was a basket of goodies including juice, milk, bread, yoghurt. The host Sean was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay a great experience. We ate in the garden area each night. We would definitely stay again.
- Keith (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Cosy self contained flat was ideal and not too far from the centre of town. Sean Paul was an exceptional host, passed on a lot of local knowledge and even took on a tour round Belfast to see the local attraction
