• Teresa (1/5): Attenti a tutti i particolari - Sembrava fosse andato tutto bene, fino a quando non ho ricevuto un messaggio accusatorio per aver rotto un oggetto (secondo loro) senza neanche confrontarsi con la sottoscritta. Volendo chiarimenti, preciso che li ho voluti io, al telefono con Simona mi è stato ribadito che siamo stati per forza noi. Parliamo di un soprammobile in un corridoio di passaggio sopra un mobiletto che non abbiamo mai calcolato perché non interno alle stanze che abbiamo usato. Oltretutto i miei figli avevano notato l'oggetto (già) rotto ma non ci abbiamo dato peso. Il mio consiglio è quello di fotografare tutto così non possono accusarvi di aver rotto qualcosa. Per il resto anche se ci siamo trovati bene, la fine ha inficiato sull'esperienza. Ho chiesto ulteriori prove e delucidazioni in merito all'accusa ricevuta, proprio per ribadire la mia assoluta coscienza pulita ma non è stata accolta.

• ARGYRO (3/5): - Μόνο η βολική τοποθεσία καθώς ήταν πολύ κοντά η στάση του μετρό Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες! Χρειάζεται σίγουρα ανακαίνιση το μπάνιο, καθώς είναι παλιό. Το καζανάκι είναι παλιού τύπου ψηλά στον τοίχο κι έτρεχε για 10 λεπτά κάθε φορά που το τραβούσες. Στο ντους μέσα, που είναι πολύ μικρό, δεν υπήρχε κάποιο ραφακι να ακουμπήσεις τα πράγματα, σαμπουάν κ.λ.π.,το κρεβάτι πολύ χαμηλό και με κακό στρώμα, όπως και τα μαξιλάρια. Μας ζήτησαν να φύγουμε στις 10 ενώ παντού είναι 11 κι έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον φόρο επειδή μείναμε στην Ρώμη, έξτρα 48€για 2 ημέρες για 4 άτομα (τα παιδιά πληρώνουν κανονικά). Γενικά υπερτιμημένο το διαμέρισμα! Χίλιες φορές σε ξενοδοχείο!!

• Roxana (9/5): Sehr angenehm. - Alless wie beschrieben! Unser kleines Zimmer war praktisch, modern und sauber. Die Gastgeberin sehr lieb, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Haben uns mit Hilfe Ihrer Anweisungen gut ausgekannt. Die Lage war ganz angenehm auch nach 22 Uhr- einige Restaurants sind noch geöffnet. Die ubahn Station ist sehr nah, es gibt viele Lokals, Supermärkte, Geschäfte gleich auf der Hauptstraße. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Simone! 🫶🏼

• Marco (6/5): Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Posizione ottima , appartamento spazioso (noi eravamo due adulti e due bambini con due letti matrimoniali sulla stessa camera) arredato bene e pulito Purtroppo appartamento un po’ freddo probabilmente a causa delle regole condominiali per accensione o spegnimento riscaldamento . Per quanto riguarda il condizionatore a supporto purtroppo non funziona molto bene . La doccia da sistemare in quanto non scarica bene e il getto d’acqua è da sostituire. Per lo staff non saprei dare un giudizio in quanto ci siamo sentiti una volta appena arrivati al telefono per istruzioni e poi niente altro
• Enrique (9/5): Gran apartamento en perfecta ubicación - La limpieza, la amplitud del apartamento y la cercanía al metro y supermercados. El único problema que tuvimos fue la calefacción que era central y calentaba lo suficiente para la noche que íbamos con niños pequeños. Tienen bomba de calor adicional en la habitación pero no conseguía calentar lo suficiente, pero el resto perfecto.
• Matteo (7/5): BUON SOGGIORNO - Siamo stati 3 notti e devo dire che la struttura è davvero comoda ai servizi, punto strategico lontano dal caos del dentro città ma pure sempre vicino, la fermata della metro ti permette di arrivare dalla stazione in 15 minuti, ristoranti bar e quant’altro in zona. Non siamo amanti del self check in, ci piace essere accolti di persona ( ma questo é un gusto personale) il problema si presenta se per aprire il portone da remoto devi aspettare. Siamo stati mezz’ora ad aspettare ci aprissero il portone, poi siamo entrati con persone che entravamo nel palazzo, entrati abbiano scritto che eravamo appena entrati con questa modalità ( dopo mezz’ora ) e non c’è stata data risposta. Altra piccola pecca l’acqua non veniva calmissima nella doccia. da riqualificare un pochino in generale .

• АА. (8/5): Добър престой. - Отлично разположение, на 10 минути пеша от Ватикана и на няколко минути от метростанция Cipro. Чисто жилище, на тихо място, оборудвана кухня, удобни легла, много добри заведения в района. Отлична и бърза комуникация с домакинята, която беше много отзивчива. В жилището беше доста хладно, климатиците работят много слабо, има централно отопление в едната стая, което донякъде компенсира.

• Filippo (10/5): Ottima soluzione per una breve vacanza a Roma. Da tornarci - Posizione comodissima per la metropolitana. Circa 30-40 minuti coi mezzi dal centro di Roma. Cucina attrezzata con tutte le cose essenziali per starci alcuni giorni. Letti comodi, tutti i giorni l'appartamento viene ripulito dal personale. Alcuni dettagli del bagno potrebbero essere migliorati ma comunque tutto funzionante e idoneo per una breve vacanza.

• Rolf Dominik (1/5): Stay away! - Stay away! Stay away! Im Anschluss an diese Rezension hat die Unterkunft meine WhatsApp Nummer missbraucht um mir beleidigende Nachrichten zu senden. Es war anders als beschrieben kein Appartement sondern nur ein Zimmer mit Bad in einer Wohnung. Bett deutlich zu kurz für 1,80m Menschen. Dusche nicht vom Zimmer getrennt/frei einsehbar. Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Keine ID Kontrolle wie vorgeschrieben. Von Luxury kann hier keine Rede sein, da hat Rom andere Maßstäbe.

Ho potuto rilassarmi tranquillamente, dal principio della prenotazione ho avuto un'esperienza eccellente e tutto ben indicato per arrivare e fare da solo! Il mio soggiorno è stato un piacere! Anche la posizione è molto strategica se si vuole visitare la città con collegamento alla metropolitana a pochi passi dal Vaticano ecc.! -.-

L'unica cosa ma forse perché io sono abituata così l'aria condizionata in camera un po' debole la notte avevo caldo ma io sono abituata forse ad avere la mia forse troppo alta

• Justyna (9/5): Superb - Stayed here with my friend for a week and it was overall a great experience,we had a great big room with a private bathroom,a little fridge,coffee machine and they even gave us some snacks and coffee :).The room also had balcony and AC so it was very useful because of the heat.The cleaning staff were also great and polite and always asked if we needed anything and if we did they provided us everything we needed. Also,Cecilia was very nice and helped us check in to the room and always answered every question I had and even recommended some places where we could buy food when we arrived!! There are a lot of great restaurants around and supermarkets so you can quickly find some place to buy food.There is also free wifi in the room that worked perfectly and a tv where you could watch netflix,disney etc which was very nice .Although it is important to mention that it's rather a busy street so you'll hear cars or ambulance from the room cause the windows aren't soundproof but it didn't bother us at all. Will definitely recommend this place to others and come back myself too :)

• Renata (10/5): Highly recommended - Very easy check-in with the instructions sent on WhatsApp, smooth and pleasant communication with the hostess. Location - 10 min by walk from Vatican, 2 min from underground station and within a walkable distance from train station Valle Aurelia. The room is like in the pictures, we have nothing to complain about, just to say thank you once again. -
• Carolina (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and lovely property manager, she contacted us before and throughout the whole trip, we could message her at anytime and she would promptly and nicely reply and even came to help once with the shower (we were having issues with the hot water). The place was good, with a very spacious bedroom (there were 3 of us) and equipped kitchen (they even left a courtesy breakfast for us). Location was very strategic as well, near the metro and walking distance to the Vatican. There's also a big supermarket just across the street. We recommend the stay.

The property is 3min away from the metro station (and 600m from Vatican) and on the main street, close to bars and grocery stores. The apartment is clean, the badroom has a good size and the kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for long stays also. Simona is a very nice person, opened to make to each guest a pleasant stay - the reviews say it all. We will come again, Simona! ❤️🤗😁 N/A

• Marie (8/5): Perfect location for exploring Rome and the Vatican City by foot and metro. - Very well located just within a few steps from metro station Cipro and walking distance to the Vatican City, with very nice cafés and restaurants also within walking distance. We appreciated the complimentary snacks, coffee and tea (and as my daughter said: even toothbrushes!); the apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was quite well equipped, however we didn’t use it much during our 4-day stay. We also appreciated the shuttle service from Fiumicino airport straight to the apartment. The host (Simona) was very kind and helpful. For a longer stay as a family of 4, we would prefer an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, but for shorter stays it is perfect.

The area is quiet and you can find anything you want (trattorie, bar, super market). The room was super clean, we appreciated it a lot. The hostess was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect to visit Rome, as Metro is just around the corner. The appartment is big enough (2 adults & 2 kids), and well equiped. Communication with Simona was perfect, easy & smooth. Simona is a kind and very nice person, she shared with us few tips & adresses. We'll definitely come back to this appartment next time we go to rome. I recommend 100%. nothing.

• George (8/5): Very good - The location is good. The personel was friendly. The room looked good in general. Minor: They had a kettle with some coffee. We stayed for 10 days but they didnt clean the room while we atayed there. For the amound of money youbpaybwe would expect to clean the room at least once. The room was a bit cold.maybe because the door was not sealed well. Maybe that was the reason that it was a bit noisy too. Minor: It would be nice to have some utensils.
