- Gabriel (9/5): Superb - The kitchen was excellent, very well equipped, whenever I had any issue the service was super prompt at all hours A lamp on the bed was broken and the boiler was a bit temperamental at times, but nothing crazy. Could use a hook or two in the hallway
- Qadeem (5/5): Not luxury living , but okayish - Bed was comfortable, plenty of toilet paper, warm, nice barber shop downstairs. Tram to centre close by, shops close by Tiny bathroom, shower drain seem to have blockage, basin was tiny, no window in the bath so after toilet flush smell lingered for ages. Kettle was rusted from inside, oven was dirty and flat was very noisy so kids couldn’t sleep, no sound proofing, it’s good for single person. Fixtures fittings outdated

Also the personal owner of this property is attentive and helpful with everything concerning the property. Nothing. I loved it there.
- Syed (4/5): Disappointing - Location is nice for a short stay, one can easily take the tram to the centre. The flat was clean and the bedroom was comfy. The flat is very noisy (probably not double glazed). The sofa bed was not in good condition and it was not comfortable either.

- Odette (8/5): good location, helpful owner, spacious apartment. don‘t forget earplugs and eyemask if you need them - spacious, close to town by tram, 5min walk from tram stop, owner was very helpful. he replied quickly and told me how to start the oven (gas) and the warm water. noisy road, windows not very good against noise. no shutters, no blackout curtains, only blinds

- Cyril (9/5): Easily accessible to city center via metrolink - Host is flexible. Clean and confortable. Kitchen is properly arranged with all essential ustensils. Superstore and metrolink is walkable distance. Location is in main street. Vehicle noise and Police car siren in the nights but this is understandable.

- Michiko (9/5): Great comfortable, convenient and homely self-catering accommodation for Manchester - Communication was easy with the host. We met outside the apartment and I received the keys to the property without any hassle. The apartment had everything that I needed. It was clean, comfortable, warm and had lots of different household appliances and utensils. It was nice to have a bit of space and I was able to work quite comfortably in preparation for work. The location was convenient for getting into Manchester City Centre, via Metrolink too. Everything was fine. I would just recommend that if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as the road outside gets busy with occasional sirens.
