• ata (10/5): Sadece otel değil güzel bir dinlenme tesisi ve Restaurant. - İş Seyahati için geldiğimiz şehirde Byblos hotel bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Personel aşırı ilgili, devamlı etrafınızdalar ve size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel sahibi Lübnan asıllı olduğu için kahvaltı ve yemekler Türk ağız tadına çok uygun. Kahvaltı kalitesi çoğu global zincirin çok üzerinde. Çeşitlilik yeterli. Odaların genişliği yine çoğu zincir otelden çok daha fazla , temizlik çok iyi. Otelin restaurant kısmı çok başarılı, dünya mutfağından asya - avrupa ve Lübnan mutfağını çok başarılı ve kaliteli şekilde temsil ediyor. Şehirde çok farklı yerde yemek yedik, en güzeli Byblos otel içinde yediklerimiz oldu. Bahçesi ve havuzu çok güzel. Akşam bahçede oturmak bile çok keyifliydi. Çok sık seyahat eden birisi olarak en beğendiğim oteller içindeler. havuzun kapanış saati maalesef 17:00. bu saati biraz daha ileri çekmeleri çok iyi olacaktır.

But this was a lie, because other staff subsequently informed us that the room had been given to someone else.

• Burak (5/5): - Internet connection was good. Air conditioner was good. Price of water. Electricity issue happened last day before check out so I couldn't have shower. I called reception but no one was interested in my problem. Also, I couldn't get an invoice in the name of company eventhough I had given instruction on check in. Breakfast coffee is terrible. To order Americano, they ask extra costs. In general prices are expensive and the service you get is not satisfying at all.
• n’da Alberic Ismaël (9/5): Très bien , et c’est à retenté - L’hôtel est bien et ça mérite le prix , le personnel est accueillant, et le service est impeccable Il n’y a pas eu de changement de draps lorsqu’on avait salit , l’eau de la douche déborde à l’extérieur, le petit déjeuner n’est pas au choix pour le service en chambre et manque de matériel il n’y avait pas de brosse à dents et pâtes dentifrice on a dû signaler pour en recevoir.

C’est vraiment pour « chercher la ptite bête » .. jai eu froid dans les espaces interieurs, la clim au max. Mais jai tout le temps froid :)

• Beke (1/5): - Bonjour, Sejour horrible, les chambres sont chères, plus de 750€ pour 4 jours mais le service n'est pas au rendez-vous. Il y avait une fuite dans ma salle de bain qui avec une odeur épouvantable qui remontait jusqu’a l'égout quand je me lavais. L’evier était bouché, internet ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre pendant les 4 jours, j’ai dû acheter un pack internet qui n’etait pas prévu dans mon budget. Sejour horrible!

• Hans (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar. - Fijne locatie en een nieuw mooi hotel. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en het restaurant serveert lekkere gerechten. Vloer in de douche loopt niet af naar de sifon waardoor er veel water in de douche blijft staan. Ondanks een nieuw hotel vertoont het hout in de badkamer al tekenen van waterschade.

Mais le plus grand atout de cet établissement est son personnel qui est chaleureux souriant toujours à l écoute des attentes du client, que se soit en réception ou au restaurant. En résumé j ai passé un séjour formidable car tout est parfait. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation. Je n ai remarqué aucun défaut à cet hôtel

• Dario (10/5): Overall a comfortable, clean, friendly and convenient hotel - From the moment we arrived we felt completely at ease. Checking in was smooth and efficient, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.  The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped: air–conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed made it a perfect place to relax. The bathroom had modern amenities and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.  Each morning the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, from fresh fruit and pastries to warm dishes, ideal for starting the day right.  What made the stay extra pleasant was the hotel’s facilities: a pool, free on-site parking, and even an airport shuttle.  Finally, the location is great, easy access whether you need to get around Abidjan or head to the airport.

• Emmanuella (8/5): Great hotel and service, but the early pool closing is inconvenient. - I booked this hotel because the rooms looked spacious and comfortable and they really were. The room was big, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant. The pool area looks beautiful, though unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because it closes at 5 PM. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, although the coffee wasn’t great. The waiters were friendly and provided excellent service, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming, which gave a great first impression. There’s a malls and a few restaurants nearby, the hotel is currently surrounded by construction. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service and clean rooms, but the early pool closing time and a few unnecessary restrictions make it less convenient for tourists visiting Abidjan. The pool closes at 5 PM, which doesn’t make sense for tourists who spend the day exploring the city by the time we return, it’s already closed. It feels like the hotel focuses more on the restaurant next to the pool than on guest experience. Also, I asked for pool towels to take to the beach, but they didn’t allow it. This policy is confusing, since I could have just taken the room towels instead. For visitors coming to enjoy Abidjan, these small restrictions make the stay less convenient and welcoming.
