The property was clean and well maintained with lots of added extra treats and touches. This was very well priced for such a beautiful sea and harbour view. The bathroom sink was very small but this was understandable considering the space it needed to occupy.
• Muhammad Akbar (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - The establishment offers more value than what is incorporated in price. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The binoculars were very helpful in viewing the sea. The host is swift in communication. The appliances and furniture are very good. I would choose to stay here again, if I visit Ramsgate in future.
• Nathan (9/5): Brilliant hotel, loads of room, really clean in a great location at a great price. - Location was great, right at the top overlooking the harbour. You can walk everywhere and there's quite a lot to do around as well. The room was much bigger than we expected and it was perfect for our nights stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only small bug-bear is the parking. When we arrived late Friday morning, we managed to park right behind the hotel, but Friday evening, we went to Margate, and when we came back, parking was really tough. I'm sure we probably missed a trick here, but we managed to find a space a few minutes away in the end, which for us was no drama. If you are an older couple or struggle to walk, just bear that in mind.

• Kerry (10/5): Wonderful, comfortable stay in a beautiful historic home - The house and the top apartment we stayed in are beautifully and comfortably decorated. It felt so cosy - and homely. The views from the lounge were excellent and we enjoyed having our morning coffee watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour. There was coffee and tea, biscuits and pastries provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable and we slept very well. The house is quiet and well situated. The shower was great - nice and hot and the bathroom and towels were immaculate. We would have stayed another night if we didn't have to get back home for work. We were able to leave our belongings in a room at the back of the house and we had a nice chat to the owner about some of the interesting historical features of the house. We will come back again!

• Fiona (10/5): One of the most fabulous places I have ever stayed. - It was beautifully furnished with thought given to every convenience. Nothing was worn and care was given to add extra touches throughout. It was spotlessly clean. The view was quite incredible. It was a complete treat to stay. Nothing. I’ve very picky and hate bad service and places that pretend they are something special When they are not. It is a bit of a climb to the top floor but it’s clearly stated and is part of the character and charm of the building.

Bed was comfy, decor great and all the little touches in the room made it stand out! Communication from owner was also great! Our only issue was that we could hear upstairs walking around most of the night and early morning. Very loud foot steps. Of course not much can be done about this.

The hosts were super helpful and left us with a recommendation pack, snacks and water which was extremely sweet. The location is incredible, facing the ocean and only a short walk to pubs and restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy, and was an absolute steal for what we paid. We will definitely be returning in the near future, 10/10 property. No notes - everything was incredible.

• NatyMac (9/5): - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Das Bett im oberen Studio war leider sehr schmal. Das untere Studio war sehr hellhörig. Die Gäste im darüberliegegenden Studio sind nachts leider sehr unruhig, was dazu führte, dass unsere Mitreisende schlecht geschlafen hat.

It was the little touches coming into the property and within the rooms (umbrellas, extra coffee, sweets, croissants all in the hallway. Hairdryer, Plates, extra cups, crisp, biscuits in the room). We were in the crows nest on the 3rd floor. The rooms were very clean and had a real homely feel, loved the decor and being able to sit and watch the boats come and go. There was nothing we didn’t like! The stairs are a little narrow up to the room which could be difficult with bulky luggage, but we were made aware of this before booking so not an issue.

• Wayne (10/5): Fantastic fantastic fantastic - Great property extremely clean with a fantastic view of the harbour and the English Channel beyond. As for the amenities everything you could want or need was supplied. We met Corrine and Dave the owners and I must say they couldn’t do enough to make the stay perfect and their knowledge of the area and places to go to eat and have a nice time was brilliant. Also must as an after thought put in if you want a roast Sunday dinner look no further then the Bedford Inn what a dinner unbelievable. Nothing property was perfect

Great communication, helpful suggestions as to where to eat and go to. Just 1 night simply wasn’t enough to enjoy this wonderful establishment. Great shower. Big bed, classy, just loved it, would live in if I could. Thank you Erm…… nope can’t think of anything

• Kim (10/5): A Perfect Stay at No 16 @ The Paragon. - Such a truly special place to stay. Great attention to detail with thoughtful touches throughout. Magnificient views to the harbour , 1st class cleanliness with towels and bedlinen smelling devine. I cannot think of anywhere better to stay when in Ramsgate and certainly won't look elsewhere when I am back in the Spring. A place worthy of all its 5 star reviews. I genuinely cannot think of anything to improve upon.

However there were Nice attentions to detail such as providing crockery and cutlery and a small fridge if you wanted to bring food in. Plus a pub a few yards away! We will definitely book again.

Lots of nice little touches and great communication from Corinne , very happy with stay would definitely be returning ! Personal preference ! Theres no tv in bedroom. A lot of steep steps to room 5 if anyone has mobility problems and carrying luggage , but didn't bother us

• Chris (9/5): Overall we had a very pleasant stay, were very comfortable and in an ideal location - We enjoyed the coffee machine, variety of teas on offer, biscuits and snack in hallway. The view was lovely. Sofas comfortable. It was also warm enough for time of year The bathroom felt a bit cold and nowhere to dry off towels though we did get them replaced one day. Also I did mention about cupboard under sink which got quite wet due to size of sink and washing up mugs etc. We thought there may have been a microwave as would have been able to heat through a meal.
