- Suzanne (1/5): We called the owner she apologised and offered a full refund as I was not willing to stay in other guests filth. She agr - The caravan itself could of been lovely. Before arriving to the property we were asked by the owners if we could allow a gas man to come a service the van after we had arrived and we agreed. Didn’t have to, Arrived to the property waiting on details to get into the caravan. Once inside I could smell, see straight away it was not cleaned. Crumbs, grease, dirty floors dirty carpets and windows and a very dirty fridge with half full milk from other guests. Only thing done was bedding, bathroom was not clean just not acceptable for guests to stay. Shame the owner apologised at first and offered full refund, to then refuse refund and state what I found was lies. Pictures of the caravan as we found it don’t lie. Such a shame pay money to stay at a property and the basic cleaning can’t even be provided.
- paul (9/5): Comfortable Quiet Stay - Location Facilities Wi fi a bit hit and miss
- Sara (10/5): Didn’t want to leave 🙌 - Felt really homely!
Nice tucked away spot on the site. Great for doggy holidays as lots of grassy areas and planting on site to sniff at as well as the shore of course! Fabulous location for visiting lots of fab places! Steps in might be just a little bit steep for an older person or dog.
We were fine with them.
- Jenny (8/5): - The location

- Elise (10/5): - The caravan was close to the club house, shop and the beach, we had booked fri-sun originally due to work comments and had only booked for 2 adults and 1 baby (aged 1), on ringing Natalie we had asked last minute if we were able to bring another baby (1 year old nephew) to come and any additional costs, Natalie was quick to respond and let us know that it was fine and no extra cost so both kids very happy to spend the weekend together. On arrival we had also text to see if the Sunday night was available and again had no problems at all. Lovely hosts and a beautiful home - home caravan. Cot requested via booking.com and was all set up ready for arrival, we had packed baby toys to keep kids entertained in case of any rain however we needn't have done as they were in awe at all the toys/books/colouring already there (especially the big dolls house and figures)
Would definitely recommend and will be returning again soon hopefully. Great value for money too. That the break had to come to an end, will be booking for longer next time

PRICE + We didn't book this for the holiday park, we booked it for the low price. Unlike other Park Dean sites, this one is very minimal. Families/couples might be disappointed.
The views weren't great from the caravan, and a decent beach is a 20-minute walk or 5 min car drive.
As regards to above, one can't complain because the price is very reasonable and was our reason for booking.
I am not picking faults. The Heysham coastline is close, and Morecombe Bay is just up the road. This could also be a stop off for the Lakes, too.
- Shell (9/5): - The caravan was lovely, clean , welcoming, not to far from the entertainment area, staff were friendly, plenty for children and adults 😀 We required passes for the short time we were there and they seemed rather expensive at £22.50 each from Friday to Sunday but that has nothing to do with whom owned the caravan that we stayed in that was parkdean who charged us that
- Mosina (8/5): Wonderful - Beautiful and comfy. Very cosy. Well maintained. Had everything you need. Wasnt a holiday just a place to stay at night as visiting family. Shower was great. Host was great. Tastfully decorated. Had all applainces and tea and coffee. Well worth the money. Loads of toys for little ones. And books for adults Food not great at restaurent pub on site, but my partner liked it. My pie was atill frozen inside. The carpet was stained and strong smell of dog. But that cant be helped as dog friendly. So undertstandable. Didnt realiae nuclear power plant on site. So but of an eye sore. But really not an issue if you have come to enjoy the sea and the a beautiful place to stay.
- Caroline (10/5): Excellent -
- Mandy (8/5): A lovely stay! Would recommend - Lovely modern caravan with everything you need. Nice layout and plenty of room. Steps were a bit wobbly- one of the bolts was missing. Not a major issue but something to be aware of if you’re less able.

- Rhys (10/5): A spotless, homely stay with an incredibly comfortable bed and a perfect night’s sleep. - I had a fantastic stay at Willaby Skye, Ocean View 12. The caravan was absolutely spotless when I arrived and instantly felt very homely and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place to a really high standard.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time. Everything was clean, cosy, and well set up, making it easy to relax straight away.
I only stayed for one night while waiting for my boat, and it was perfect for that — a brilliant place to rest and recharge. That said, it would also be an amazing spot to stay for a longer holiday. The comfort, cleanliness, and overall feel of the place make it ideal for both short stays and proper breaks away.
I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Nothing :)

- Deborah (10/5): Cosy, homely and chill - Very cosy and homely. Was nice and warm even when it was freezing outside. Really lovely place to relax. Nothing
- Lord Thomas (10/5): Perfect! - Stayed again on our return from Scotland trip. Again perfect, warm, cosy & clean. Loved it! Go to the Radford pie shop nearby for the best pies!! Nothing we didn’t like.
- Lord Thomas (10/5): Perfect location and perfect accommodation - Communication was great once we had contact on arrival, easy to find. We stayed at Christmas and it was freezing but the heating kept us toasty warm & there were plenty of blankets. The bedding was lovely & all so pretty. The cupboards were full with essentials which made our overnight stop so much better. Cooked our haggis pie & veg in the air fryer!! Every utensil etc to be able to cook. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. Great night sleep. Lovely location to be able to walk the dog after a long journey. Just perfect, will definitely use again on our long Scotland trips, many thanks XX Nothing we didn’t like, couldn’t get the dishwasher to work however we were only there overnight so just washed up, there was washing up liquid & cloths there to use.

Excellent advice received from the host regarding the local area and the exact location of the van plus how everything worked. We couldn't have asked for more. Not everything on the site was open but that was due to being off season. Lovely and peaceful. Just what we needed. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again ourselves soon. Nothing. Everything was spot on

Really cosy comfortable and chilled break. Will return. Nothing.
- Ocean Kimberley (7/5): Cheap tidy place to stay close to the Heysham Ferry. - Clean and tidy mobile home on a site local to the Heysham Ferry. Not far to drive around 5 minutes. Large mobile home with a balcony and Wi-Fi. Ok for an overnight stay at an affordable price. Lots of the owners personal trinkets and toys around, worried about the dog breaking them, but she didn’t thankfully. Tea and coffee in a jar but no milk to make a brew when we arrived late at the mobile home.

- Ant (8/5): Very clean and relaxed atmosphere - The place was literally a home from home it had everything we needed and more. It was very clean from the moment we walked in. It was a short drive to Morecombe which had local shops and a nice cafe called the half moon cafe which was £2.20 for 24hr parking. We had a lovely walk along the beachfront. We didn't like that the facilities on the park wasn't available, which was under no fault of the owner!!

There was milk in the fridge with tea and coffee if you needed it. Home from home. A key safe for contactless access. If I have to be really picky...we were only missing a pair of tongs to turn the bacon over under the grill but a good old fashioned fork did the job perfectly instead!

The van was spotlessly clean with all the mod cons and host left brewing up stuff and fresh milk. Took care of my elderly parents on their arrival and communication was second to none. Van was very comfortable and the whole family enjoyed the stay. Perfect for an early morning beach walk and just to get some much needed R & R before a busy week back at work and school. We will return again soon. Thanks for having us xx Cannot fault anything and we even got a snowy beach walk!

Went out of season so as expected site facilities weren't open but seems like it would be a great and enjoyable place too stay in season. Double bed uncomfortable. Could feel the springs.
