• Janine (6/5): So so - The room was large and clean The staff smoke very close to the entrances, also ordered a meal (twice told her what I wanted) and she still got it wrong, and made no offer to fix it so I had to pay for it

I was there for a week doing university work and I was able to order room service every day, with a variety of options. definitely recommend felt a bit out of place - it seems to be a hotel mainly used for business and conferences so I felt a little awkward with my walking boots and rucksack!

• Maryna (9/5): Завтрак топ, номера на 3ку - Завтрак замечательный как в 4* хорошей: соки,мясо,сыры,сладкий стол,вкусный кофе ,ресторан на 5ку! был чайник в номере и минибар со всем необхоимым для перекуса после перелета и ночного заселения номера и коридоры уставшие,старый ремонт,затертый ковролин, требуется освежить ремонт в номерах, чисто, не хватало полотенец; слабое освещение номера.

He arranged with kitche staff to prepare me sandwiches and other snacks No joy in the room. Facility is so ordinary. No surprise in the hotel lobby or interior design The location was not so exciting

• Guest (7/5): - חיפשנו מלון קרוב לשדה התעופה כי נחתנו בערב, וזה סיפק אותנו. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. לא היו כל כך מים חמים במקלחת, אבל לא עשינו עם זה משהו. באזור לא היה איפה למצוא מה לאכול באזור 22:00 בערב.

• Dimitrichka (9/5): Хубаво място за събития в двете арени - Много удобно легло. Малка баня с всичко необходимо. Близо до Арените и с лесна спирка на градския. Хората и екипът по коридора бяха тихи ,за разлика от много други хотели. Не можахме да се преборим с климатика. Колкото и да сваляхме температурите ,беше адски горещо. Отворим ли прозорец ,между 1 и 7ч сутринта клаксони или високо говорещи хора ,за които денят почва .

Ci sono dei lavori in corso, penso fra qualche mese finiranno e la qualità aumenterà ancora di più Per chi piace la metro come me non è adatto, con l'app dei taxi si spende poco perché si fanno pochi KM dalle attrazioni principali della città.

• Roger (8/5): We wanted to be not too far from the airport, and this hotel fulfilled this need. Great breakfast! - Gosh, that breakfast was really nice! And the gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was quite nice as well. We appreciated the elevator. Also, it was a very big room as far as European hotels go.
• Tasnia Hasan (8/5): Okay for a short stay - The room was spacious, had TV, mini fridge, chair, and a closet. The Washroom was clean and had shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hair dryer. Comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast was good enough for me. The receptionist was friendly and nice. I wonder if it was actually a 4-star hotel. Didn't look like one. Facilities were not like a 4-star hotel. The location is not very great but was alright for just a night. Not much things to do nearby. It's in the middle of the residential area.

• Róża (10/5): Bardzo dobry hotel klasy ekonomicznej. Lokalizacja niadaleko lotniska, w poblizu jest tez przyjemny grill bar. - Polozenie, czystosc, dbalosc o detale. Obiekt jest w trakcie rozbudowy i moze byc slychac wiercenie. Nas obudzilo, a akurat bardzo chcielismy sie wyspac po 4000 km na motocyklu. Sniadanie nie bylo w cenie - warto o tym pamietac dokonujac rezerwacji.

Después de una semana viajando cada noche en un hotel, este es el peor. La habitación ufffff, una mancha de humedad en el baño, ni un agua para beber por la noche, tuve que ir a recepción a beber en una máquina que el Sr. de noche súper amable me dejó beber. NO ME GUSTO

• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - We liked everything, spacious room, clean and comfortable, good view from the window, large park and temple nearby. The breakfast was modest, I would have liked a larger selection of vegetables. But we did not go hungry.

• Chloe (10/5): It rained each day I was there but the view from my window was delightful. . . a nice green park. - During my seven night stay, I was severely jet lagged, from Florida. It was quiet in my lovely room and I received a wonderful rest. I appreciated the large picture window overlooking the park. I was able to open the windows to enjoy the clean fresh breeze. That evening, I had supper in my room, a lovely meal. The following morning I went to the buffet breakfast in the restaurant at level C, it offered many wonderful and tempting choices. The staff were always polite, friendly and made me welcome. I particularly appreciated the restaurant and room service. Sweet and kind people. An extra plus was an in-room mini bar and roomy bath with nice hot water. . . Please visit these wonderful people. . .

Courtesy of a young gentleman at the reception as well to organize for us the snack breakfast to take away (our flight was too early to try restaurant which I regret). Cosy spacious modern room, very clean. Nice area around with plenty of small bars for beer out or dinner. Very close to the airport. We were supported to order a taxi, as uber was not available fast. Very noisy electrical box in the room :) maybe small detail, but worth to mention.

Large cracks in the hotel room walls. Badly leaking shower. Hotel room door wouldn't lock. The pervasive smell of cigarette smoke is nauseating. The unsmiling staff are not interested in attending to the guests inquereis.

• Niall (10/5): 11 out of 10 can’t say any more - Everything was perfect from check in to the room which was well decorated and spotless clean and the best mattress you could get..and the breakfast was ecellent..normally in Bulgaria I’m happy with the coffee toast and pastries but the hot Buffett here was 10 out of 10 mushrooms fried egg bacon and french eggy toast was very tasty it will definitely make me go back.. Don’t think I have an answer for this

• Ralf (3/5): Poor - The room had a very unpleasant smell of artificial air freshener. Apparently, it was blown in through the central ventilation system. It was unpleasant and toxic. It gave me a headache and I had to go home at 4 a.m. It used to be my favorite hotel, but I can't sleep there like this.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Breakfast and location great. The heating system was not operating in our initial room, but the personnel kindly agreed to trasnfer us in a warmer one.
• Debs (7/5): Well located for the airport, comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Some improvement needed. - The location was perfect, in a nice neighbourhood with convenience shops and a great restaurant nearby. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was good, various choices including hot and cold options. The lights in the room were not very good. The lamps by the beside are too low and not bright enough to provide a good light for reading. Only one of the wall lights was working. There were no hooks in the bathroom. Whilst the on site basement (paid) parking was a bonus (15LV per day), the entrance from the garage is terrible. There are only very small paper signs to advise the way, they are difficult to see in the dark, this could and should be improved a lot. The way up to the stairs is an absolute mess with old sinks, toilets and materials for the maintenance of the hotel. This does not look good for a professionally run hotel and should not be seen by guests, this is simply not up to standard. It would put many people off which is unfortunate as the hotel staff and rooms etc are good.
