• Martí (9/5): - The room was at a great location. It was well-equipped and very clean. The communication with staff was very nice and friendly. On a cold-weather day like the one we went to, the room was cold and there was not way that the wet clothes would dry.

• ruben (10/5): - Uitstekend verblijf gehad in de 3 persoons kamer met uizicht op de haven en het strand. Alles is netjes en verzorgd waardoor wij een super fijne tijd hebben gehad in het appartement. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt om een ontbijt te verzorgen. Genoeg leuke restaurantjes waaronder ik Gialos en Anthi meze zeer kan aanraden! Vragen naar de eigenaar werden snel beantwoord. We waren iets vergeten in het appartement na vertrek en de eigenaar stond gelijk voor ons klaar Er is in het weekend veel lawaai van de bar beneden het appartement, voor ons echter geen probleem! als je meer van rust houdt kun je hier beter niet verblijven in het weekend

• Sofia (10/5): Exactement comme attendu. Tout était très bien - Propreté, belle vue, emplacement parfait. Il y a la possibilité d’entendre la musique des bars voisins. Pas un problème pour nous et le gérant de l’établissement a été disponible et proposant des solutions si nécessaire.

• Melissa (9/5): - Great location. Lovely restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend. Our room didn’t have a sea view but was still lovely. There was a table on the shared terrace where we sat at night which was great with beautiful views overlooking the harbour.
• Ozzieadventure (7/5): We had a great time - Fantastic location and view was spectacular - couldn’t ask for more. Well equipped with everything we needed but blankets / duvet would have been a bonus as it was chilly Music from bar below was very noisy into the early hours making it hard to sleep even with all windows shut. Stairs up to property and hand rail were very steep and hard to negotiate with luggage. Bathroom flooded every time you took a shower. Cable across balcony covered in plastic was not ideal as we kept rripoing over it but small price to pay for location!
• Rose (9/5): A beautiful and private stay by the beach - This property was a highlight of our time in Greece. The space was beautiful and very private, we loved the decoration and the light, it felt very fresh and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the apartment had everything we needed to cook for ourselves during the week we were there. There was also a great little market downstairs and bakery 1 minute away. A larger supermarket was 10-15min walking away. As others have mentioned, the bar downstairs was sometimes very loud, even when we stayed in late October. On one evening the music was incredibly loud until 3am, to the extent that even earplugs made no difference. This isn't the fault of the property owners however and we would stay again, but something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
• Mrs (8/5): Very good - Modern, clean and comfortable and a good location Outdoor key would not work and this caused problems accessing the premises . Solved when other guest stopped locking the door !!

• David (10/5): Perfect apartment next to beach in lovely little resort town. - Really fab little apartment in a great location right next to a lovely beach. Well appointed with everything you need and spotlessly clean. A mini kitchen makes it easy to prep breakfast in the morning and had a hob, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Great to have a washing machine too! Despite supplied ear plugs, it was a bit noisy from nearby bar until about 2am. Didn’t spoil our stay though.
• Eleonora (5/5): Passable - I liked the view from the main balcony I was very disappointed with my stay. The mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, our room was located on a main street, and the noise from buses, cars with loud music, and nearby restaurants and cafes playing music until 3-4 AM made it impossible to rest. Moreover, during our four-night stay, the towels and bed sheets were never changed, which is unacceptable for a rental at this price point. I believe it's time for hosts in Greece to improve the standards of the rooms and apartments they rent out. Charging over €100 per night for accommodations with outdated furniture that seems to have come from a great-grandparent's era is unreasonable.

Modern apartment, tastefully decorated. Magnificent view of the entire port of Piso Livadi, what a pleasure to have breakfast in front of this view! Very well located, in a small and quite village, equidistant from the main towns of the island: Naoussa, Perikia and Aliki. Good restaurants a few steps away and a small supermarket just downstairs for breakfast shopping, too bad the bakery was not open, we had to buy our bread elsewhere. Otherwise everything you need is there. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is a very nice addition!! We would come back with pleasure The bar just below played music on Saturday evening but with earplugs and the windows closed, we slept without any problem, the apartment being nevertheless well soundproofed.
• Gaia (9/5): Beautiful room, right above the water in peaceful Piso Livadi - It's a BEAUTIFUL 2 bed-room apartment right above the water line, with a small balcony, so it's so wonderfully close to the sea. The place is renovated and very well maintained (exactly as it is in the pictures, although the sea is more beautiful in person). Alejandra and Nico really thought of all the small details to make it a comfortable stay (a laundry machine, hangers, etc.). There is a small, equipped kitchet. Alejandra was so sweet and attentive and helped me with everything I needed, and I'm grateful for all she has done. The hotel is on the second and last floor of a small building by the water, and on the ground floor, there are two resturant-bar-caffes. One of them was closed when I was there, but the one that was open is active and popular from the morning till very very late at night, and they play very very loud music during the night, especially the weekends. The hotel owners tried to help (including asking the police) to ensure he will keep it quiet during quiet hours at night (23:00 week nights, 00:00 weekends) but only partially succeeded. It's not the hotel's fault in any way, but it's something to be aware of. They are trying to sort a solution
• Peter (10/5): A fabulous location and a wonderful apartment as a base for exploring the village and surrounding countryside - Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. The towels were soft and fluffy and the rooms were serviced every 3 days. Nicolas and Alejandra are exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts.

• Kevin (10/5): This location and space was incredible. The views from the bedroom/kitchen were unreal! - The location is incredible. We were right on the waterfront and by the beach. In the heart of downtown Piso by restaurants and nightlife. Felt safe and really enjoyed the little patio facing the water. Check in could have been communicated better. We just showed up and the cleaners let us in with the key. We were a little confused before check in on what/where to go.

The beach is right outside the door and there are gorgeous seafood restaurants just minutes away. I had wanted to stay there for ages and I am so glad that we did. It was a birthday treat and it was so worth it.
• Antonis (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Piso Livadi - Everything was new and clean since this property has recently been refurbished and opened under new management. Great location with a fantastic view over the picturesque harbor. Bakery and mini market are right next door, as is a variety of traditional tavernas. Alejandra was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay - we will definitely come again! Nothing in particular.

• Sarah (9/5): Beachfront bliss. - The apartment was located right on the beach front. The sandy beach is picturesque and very family friendly. The bus stop is just metres away and there are a number of lovely restaurants along the shore. Piso Livadi is a beautiful and quiet village yet with the bus system, other towns are no more than 20 minutes away. The owner met us at the location and was very responsive when contacted. I highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing

• Bernard (10/5): Very nice cosy appartement with sea view - The situation on the port and the balcony. The appartment is as new and very clean. Everything was perfect. There is a free parking just in front of the appartement.

Not too crowded, easy access to other islands.
