• DZINTARS (10/5): Ļoti jauki, iesaku visiem! - The owner had taken special care of the contents of the refrigerator. Convenient parking under the window. There is an army airfield on the island.

Residential area that is a 20 minute walk to the more charming part of Chania. Too many messages and forms about check in, check out, etc. "Sea view" is a bit of a stretch.

• Tammie (10/5): Exceptional! - Onsite host- very receptive, helpful, exceptional, genuine intent to make our stay great. New apartment equipped to make stay pleasurable, just like home. Washing machine (with two cleaning pods). Coffee makers, well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and heating. Secure building Location- great- beach nearby, old town approximately 20 min walk. Quiet at night. Public transportation nearby. 2 balconies- one with sea view- pleasant for morning coffees or after a day exploring. No negatives!

Le frigo était rempli pour notre arrivée ( pain/ beurre/ confiture /miel. Vin / apéritif / digestif. Thes et tisanes Huile d olive et eau . Rien a redire ! C etait parfait ! Rien
• Olivier (10/5): - Très bel et grand appartement. Très propre, très bien équipé avec une place de parking privée. Appartement géré par une agence mais le propriétaire est sur place. Le propriétaire est incroyable, très sympathique, avec beaucoup de petites attentions (fruits, vin,raki, petit déjeuner parfois). Un hôte remarquable. L'appartement est à 25 minutes à pieds du port venitien en passant par le bord de mer. On recommande vivement. Il manque juste un four micro-ondes pour que ce soit parfait.
• Katrin (10/5): Urlaub der besonderen Art - Lieber Vermieter, herzlichen Dank für deine griechische Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir fanden bei Ankunft ein Frühstück, Obst, Wein, Olivenöl, Tee, Wasser, Orangensaft und Gewürze vor. Der Vermieter war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und erklärte uns alles Wesentliche. Er zeigte uns am nächsten Tag den Wochenmarkt und verschiedene Cafes. Wir fühlten uns sehr aufgehoben. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, sicher und ruhig.Wir konnten wunderbar im bequemen Bett schlafen, es gab verschiedene Angebote an Kissen. Rollläden verdunkeln nachts die Wohnung. Vormittags schien die Sonne auf dem vorderen größeren Balkon und nachmittags bis zum frühen Abend auf dem hinteren Balkon( Stand Anfang April). Zwischendurch lagen frische Handtücher,Bettwäsche und weitere Wasserflaschen bereit. Die Wohnung und das Gebäude sind sehr neu, es gibt einen festen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter war stets ansprechbar, wir haben noch nie einen so gastfreundlichen Menschen ( Vermieter) auf unseren vielen Reisen kennengelernt. Schön, dass es dich gibt. Es gibt einen kleinen Beach in der Nähe, allerdings sind wir immer zum Golden Beach mit dem Auto gefahren, da uns dieser sehr gut gefiel. Wir würden zum Erkunden ein Auto empfehlen, allerdings ist der Verkehr in Chania selbst sehr chaotisch, außerhalb der Stadt war es ok. Der Wochenmarkt samstags mit seinen frischen Produkten ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Preise und die Qualität waren für uns unschlagbar. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen und erinnerungswürdigen Urlaub verbracht.
• Marc (10/5): - Die Lage war mit zehn Gehminuten zum Strand hervorragend. Es braucht 20 Minuten Gehzeit in die Innenstadt, was man am besten entlang der Strandpromenade macht. Die Gastgeber waren total hilfreich mit Tipps zu allem was man fragte (Läden, Restaurants, Ausflüge). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts dramatisches. Wir haben teilweise selber gekocht. Das Küchenequipment hätte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Auf Rückfrage bei unseren Gastgebern haben wir aber nahezu alles erhalten, was wir gebraucht haben.

Petros and Olga really looked out for us, from the unexpected snacks and drinks to checking on with us periodically by text to make sure all was well. Additionally, the apartment was attractive and spotlessly clean. Only a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Wonderful place and highly recommended! Nothing
• PANAGOS (10/5): - Me andmy wife had a pleasant stay in this very beautiful apptment. Large with 2 balconies offering nice view all around. We will back soon!
• Ronaldo (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend! Alles war perfekt – sauber, modern, großzügig und in bester Lage (nur 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt am Hafen). Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns sogar mehrmals mit einem Frühstück aus frischen Croissants und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft überrascht. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder – eine bessere Unterkunft kann man sich nicht wünschen! Es gab nichts auszusetzen, denn alles war perfekt! Eine bessere Unterkunft kann man sich gar nicht wünschen und vor allem mit so einem netten Gastgeber!
• menahemk (10/5): Convenient stay for visiting Chania and Akrotiri peninsula - Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. Having noticed our distress, booking at the last moment following inability to check-in at another apartment, the owner has brought us breakfast from a cafe, free of charge. The apartment features a large terrace and a private parking, which is a great asset in the parking-challenged Chania.
• Liudmyla (10/5): Все чудово. - Це був найкращий досвід проживання в апартаментах. Чудове розташування, недалеко центр міста та стара його частина, буквально 15 хв пішки, або 5 на машині. У кожних апартаментах своє власне паркувальне місце. Апартаменти дуже чисті, є все необхідне кухонне приладдя і навіть більше. Також в апартаментах нас чекали фрукти, вино, що було дуже приємно. Дуже привітний власник, який навіть запросив нас сімʼєю на недільне BBQ. Чудова управляюча компанія, хоча сніданки не були включені в вартість, але нам під двері привозили доставку смачної випічки та свіжого фрешу. Я однозначно рекомендую зупинитись в цих апартаментах кожному хто цінує комфорт та функціональність коли будете відвідувати Ханью. Якщо б я могла поставити більше 10 балів, я б це зробила.

• Anastasios (10/5): Πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή!! - Όλα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και διαθέτει ιδιωτική θέση στάθμευσης, πράγματα πολύ βολικά για εμάς. Είναι πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο και με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Ήταν πολύ καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος κι ευγενικός. Είχε αφήσει στο διαμέρισμα πάρα πολλά καλωσορίσματα, όπως φρουτα, χυμό, κρασιά κτλ, ενώ είχε την καλοσύνη να μας φέρει την πρώτη μέρα και μπουγάτσα από τοπικό φούρνο των Χανίων. Επίσης η ομάδα που διαχειρίζεται τη διαμονή ήταν πάρα πολυ εξυπηρετική και πάντα σε ετοιμότητα για ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα συνιστώ τη διαμονή εδώ και αν επιστρέψουμε στα Χανιά θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.
• Alexandros (10/5): Υπέροχη Διαμονή - Ο κύριος Χρήστος μαζί με την κόρη του είχαν σκεφτεί μέχρι και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια ώστε μέσα στο διαμέρισμα να υπάρχουν τα πάντα από καθαριστικά μέχρι φρούτα κρασί νερό και ρακί. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια,επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Αν έρθουμε ξανα στα Χανιά σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα Αλέξης-Ειρήνη- Ανδριάνα
• David (10/5): The Mariam apartments were exceptionally clean and well maintained. - Breakfast was not included but our host provided fresh fruit and juice as a courtesy. Our host also provided some Greek treats and was most hospitable during our stay. Nothing not to like!

Good communication with owner. cleaned regularly throughout our stay. safe & secure building with parking & a lift. pleasant 10 minute walk down to the seafront, up hill coming back which wasn't particularly a problem for us. could have done with 2nd bedside cabinet & another lamp. Otherwise it was pretty much perfect!

• Angelo (10/5): Exceptional - The house is exactly like in the photos. It is a building of brand new construction, located in an area under redevelopment. It is at 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and about 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Chania. The host is very kind and always available to provide directions. The apartment was delivered perfectly clean, with bottles of water in the fridge, one of wine, a basket of fresh fruit, and a first small supply (very welcome) of pods for the coffee machine and dishwasher detergent. To our surprise in the middle of the stay the apartment was cleaned and on the table of the kitchen we found an abundant portion of a typical savoury cake with feta filling (exquisite). Frankly, we couldn't have asked for better Nothing
