• Smyth (2/5): Nightmare - Location brilliant that's all. No one to take my booking two and a half hours waiting on someone to come with my keys .No one spoke English.Out of 4 lifts only one worked apartment was terrible towels where all wet No hot water in shower hairs everywhere just dirty apartment. Keys into apartment block and room where really hard to use not really much else to say over all bad experience.

В апартаменте есть все необходимое: стиральная машина, вместительный холодильник, большой смарт телевизор, посуда, кухонные принадлежности, капсульная кофеварка, тостер, утюг, фен. • Nicola (8/5): A great location, nice apartment but just a little too high for me - The building is a mix of local residents and tourists which I liked. All of the local residents were polite and courteous. Being on the 18th floor. Just wasn't for me.

• lidia (10/5): - Nos alojamos 4 días en septiembre. Tuvimos un imprevisto sobre la hora de llegada y el chico nos espero sin problema, nos dio todas las facilidades posibles. El piso pequeño pero con todo tipo de detalles, vajilla, menaje e incluso especias, aceite, jabón de ducha en el baño.. una maravilla. Nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es excepcional, a 5 minutos de la playa y esta justo en calles de mucha afluencia, puestos... El microondas que olía un poco mal y se veía bastante anticuado
• Erika (10/5): Az apartman nagyon szép volt, egyetlen dolog, ami kicsit idegesítő volt, hogy a 3 lif - Az apartman nagyon rendben volt. 2 főnek nagyon kényelmes, Szép volt a kilátás. A konyha megfelelően felszerelt volt egy nyaraláshoz. Hamarabb érkeztünk, amit a szállásadónak üzenetben jeleztünk., de válasz nem érkezett az üzenetünkre. Érkezésünk után több üzenetet küldtünk, amelyekre szintén nem érkezett válasz és a megadott telefonszámot is hiába hívtuk, mert spanyol nyelvű üzenetrögzítőre volt állítva n, amit nem értettünk. Több óra elteltével végre reagáltak az üzeneteinkre, amelynek lényege az volt, hogy az általam megadott telefonszám nem jó, nem tudtak elérni. Természetesen a telefonszám jó volt és nem volt nem fogadott hívásom. A bookingon megadott bejelentkezési időpontban érkezett a ház elé egy hölgy, aki átadta az apartmant, de nem értette az angol nyelven feltett kérdéseinket, amelyek a parkoló használatra és a kiköltözésmódjára vonatkoztak. A kiköltözéskor a bookingon megadott időpontban hiába vártuk a hölgyet nem érkezett meg és természetesen az üzenetekre megint nem válaszoltak és a telefont nem vették fel, végül 1 óra elteltével elhagytuk a lakást. Szóval a kapcsolattartás egyáltalán nem működött.
• Victoria (7/5): Decent apartment. But the lifts are a nightmare. - The location was good. The apartment was ok and everything we needed. I was little disappointed having to pay for late check-in when there is nothing we can do . We pay for the apartment and this should be part of the service. Also apartment block have serous problems with the lifts, they have 3 and 2 were out of service for the whole time . We had to wait 14 minutes in queue to get on the lift which could only carry 4. Nightmare.

• Pilar (9/5): Cómoda y tranquila - La relación calidad precio, está bien equipada ,y limpia . Personal muy amable y servicial! Los ascensores estaban en reparación y algunas veces se complicaba subir y o bajar.
• Carolina (7/5): - Nos recibió Sergio muy atento y nos dió instrucciones. Un diez para la atención de Sergio, fue impecable. Apartamento acogedor, un poco pequeño. Camas cómodas pero pequeñas. Bastante olor a tabaco, impregnado en la ropa y espacios. El aparcamiento no está disponible como indican de 4 noches, sólo hemos aparcado una, por lo tanto deben indicar que NO HAY PARKING. Otro punto negativo ha sido el ascensor o estaba averiado o estábamos hasta 15minutos esperando, el apartamento es una altura 15.

• Alan (8/5): On the whole, the property was good and I would stay there again. - Cleaners could do a better job, and if they could sort out the lifts so they work more regular it would be an improvement.
• Sue (9/5): Absolutely loved this apartment - This is a little gem. It’s in a great position in Benidorm. Just behind the Sol Pelicanos and the indoor market. It’s on a lovely tree lined avenue where there are some nice bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the busy new town area. Ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for your stay. The bed is comfy, the shower is hot and powerful. There were plenty of towels etc. It’s lovely and clean. We were met by Sergio who was very pleasant. We will definitely stay again. Nothing to dislike.

• Linda (9/5): Had a wonderful 4 weeks holiday, hope to do it again next year 5+++++ - Location was great and views fantastic. Could go out or stay in and relax watch TV or use my ipad with wifi. Has a fantastic pool with sun all day long. The apartment could do with a couple of sun beds for the pool, as most people took their own to the pool. as private apartments, they had 8 benches you could sit on but uncomfortable and were taken up quickly.
