• Mirko (8/5): rein zum Übernachten super, sonstige Ausstattung für "Ferienwohnung" nicht vorhanden - Lage zum Skigebiet sehr gut Parkplätze an der Unterkunft unzureichend trotz Bezahlung dafür. In der sogenannnten "Küche/ Aufenthaltsbereich" weder Geschirr/ Besteck oder einfach nur Strom
• Rahul (6/5): good location - not well equipped. parking is tricky. - The staff were friendly and helpful. the location is quite good. The place has no close by parking option unfortunately small space with packed cars makes it tough - had to use public parking far off. the kitechen didnt have the needed cutlery at all. ZERO. we scavenged plastic stuff from the generic kitchen and later someone brought us steel spoons and forks knives to eat with. notthing in the kitchen really. quite bad.

• Oana (1/5): Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. - In der Beschreibung stand, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, aber eines hatte ein Bad außerhalb des Zimmers – es war ein gemeinsames Badezimmer für zwei Zimmer. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad wollten, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, wurde uns gesagt, dass das andere Zimmer, das ebenfalls das Bad benutzen könnte, nicht belegt wird. Es war trotzdem sehr unangenehm, immer wieder aus dem Zimmer rausgehen zu müssen, um das Bad zu benutzen, und wir hätten uns für diese Unterkunft nicht entschieden, wenn wir das von Anfang an gewusst hätten. Zusätzlich: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht. In der zweiten Nacht war es sehr kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, und wir konnten nicht duschen. Wir haben überall versucht, jemanden zu erreichen, aber es war nicht möglich. Eine Ansprechperson gibt es nur tagsüber telefonisch, an der Rezeption war niemand anwesend. Das Hotel selbst sieht sehr ungepflegt aus. In unserem Zimmer gab es ein Loch in der Gardine, was dem Zimmer einen erbärmlichen Anblick verlieh. Auch die Dusche war nicht sauber und roch muffig. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft.
• Marcus (8/5): - Nähe zum Skigebiet. Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft. Gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein Supermarkt Parkgebühren mussten bei Abreise gezahlt werden-stand nirgends vorab.

• David (8/5): Preisleistung. Mehr aber auch nicht. - Zimmer waren ok. Und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt. Parkplätze sehr eingeschränkt verfügbar. Ausstattung Speiseraum verbesserungsbedürftig. (Steckdosen außer Funktion). Kein Fön im Badezimmer. Teilweise dreckige Handtücher. Abholung der Zimmerschlüssel in einem anderen Hotel. Angaben bei Booking.com falsch. Das glich einem Lotteriespiel wo man die tatsächlich abholen musste.

• Petr (3/5): Hodnotím hotel Astoria, penzion Dagmara je z loňského pobytu pro mě lepší varianta, z mého pohledu. - Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme přijeli hlavně na kola na Klínovec traily, tak vyžití na trailech a okolní příroda. Ochota recepční Agricola v rámci svých možností nám vyjít vstříc. Restaurace U Vodopádu ochotná obsluha a velmi chutná jídla. Změna ubytování z penzionu Dagmar do hotelu Astoria, v tomto termínu už nešlo změnit ubytování na jiný hotel, také jsem nedočetl email o změně ubytování do konce- moje chyba, prvotní informace byla, že Dagmara není obsazená a nevyplatí se tam posílat uklid pokoje!? Odpověď, zřejmě manažerky hotelu, že lidem nepomáhá nás docela dostala, kolárna se vstupem z ulice bez kamerového záznamu s obyčejným zámkem který ani nešel dost dobře zamknout, na jeden západ je v pohodě otevřete, dveře musíte přitáhnout a zamknout na dva západy. My to řešili s recepční, kdo to neví, zamkne na jeden a kolárna je prakticky otevřená, dřevěné dveře z jedné třetiny prosklené, vzhledem k tomu, že kola měli hodnotu cca 250tis. a kolárnu používají i ostatní návštěvníci hotelového komplexu, na klidu to nepřidá, na dotaz, co když je někdo ukradne, nám bylo sděleno, že si to vyřešíme s policií, hotel to zřejmě nezajímá. Pokoje hotelu Astoria asi odpovídají třem hvězdám, koberec má své již dávno za sebou, stejně tak křesílka v pokoji, postele ok, koupelna dostatečná a čistá, skříně prostorné pro dvě osoby v pohodě, balkon do ulice klidové zony také v pohodě co se týče hluku, na posezení to moc není. Pro naše potřeby a umístění hotelu, bych si ho dobrovolně nevybral, restaurace skvělá, změna na jiné ubytování již nebyla možná.

• Ilya (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. 13km from the slopes. The room was super big. Friendly staff. It feels slightly abandoned. There is an empty reception, empty kitchen/restaurant. It doesn't seem to function as a normal hotel any longer, more like an apartment. If you want to check in or have breakfast, you need to do at a different hotel (Astoria). The beds are super stiff. The bed sheets are also not great. The parking is only for 5 cars, but even for 5 cars there is barely any room. It's not enough for the whole hotel and there is never any space left.

• Laureline (7/5): Good - really clean rooms The check in process is all automatized via a form to be filled out beforehand (for every person). If you did not fill everything, the form is still filed but then you don't receive the code to get the keys and must go to the reception of another hotel...plus the form works on the laptop but not really on computer. Really not ideal
