• Erica (7/5): Come prepared with cash - Fantastic location within a short walk to both the Colosseum and the train station. It was easy to get into with the pictures and instructions that we were given. Good communication from the host. It was very close to Gelateria Fassi, where we went for great gelato multiple times. The host arranged a nice ride for us from the airport, which I was very grateful for. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when we first arrived about payment for the apartment. I had understood that we needed to pay the city tax with cash, but didn't quite catch that we actually needed to pay for the entire stay with cash. I had put in my card information online when booking, so I thought I'd already paid, but I didn't realize it was never charged. I didn't have enough cash with me, so we had to make a run to exchange money first thing in the morning. It was a very stressful start to our stay, but it worked out just fine.
• Marinus (7/5): Good place in Rome! - We liked the location. We could do an early check-in. It was clean. Oven and washing machine weren't plugged in and didn't have a manual or instruction. We missed tea towel for the dishes.

Les équipements, appartement spacieux C'est seulement la sécurité de l'escalier et de la mezzanine, une barrière serait peut-être une idée ? Mais tout était très bien. Rien à redire.
• Alliza (8/5): A stylish and convenient stay in the heart of Rome, perfect for exploring the city on foot - The location was excellent—just a short walk from the Colosseum and also close to the metro and train station. The apartment was clean, cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials for a short stay. And the owner really kind! The lighting in the living area and kitchen could be a bit brighter, especially in the evening. Also, the stairs to the loft might be tricky for someone with mobility issues.

• Charlotte (9/5): Superb - Great location, apartment has everything you need, and owners are very nice and responsive. We had an issue with early-morning and very loud construction work in the apartment next doors - nobody's fault as the owners also didn't know about this, but disruptive nonetheless.
• Adam (5/5): Nice location to move around, but old-school apartment and inflexible host - The location is very central to move around as metro downstairs; yet, not close to monuments (don't be fooled by the map location, which makes it wrongly look short-distance) Easy key-handover with lockbox The bathroom and kitchen are decent standards for a Rome flat The street and park are vastly populated with uncomfortable people roaming around The apartment photos are deceitful by taking night-time pictures and with polarising angles to make it look less cramped. The flat is much more The checkin is late at 15 (they prepare the room very last minute, leaving it dirty until the day the new guest arrives) The checkout is very early at 10, whereas the cleaning lady seemingly has many other flats to clean before.. yet, very inflexible checkout time (on a Sunday morning) They asked me for city tax, which I had to leave in cash and then they said it wasn't there

Plenty of space to store your belongings and great communication with the host. Perhaps would add some adaptors but I understand people might take them with them intentionally or unintentionally

• Anar (10/5): We strongly recommend to stay in Valentina Suite Colosseo - Everything is perfect. It is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful! I were feeling ourselves like in home. Location of hotel is very convenient!
• Filippo (10/5): Magnificent - Fabulous apartment. The check in was very simple, the owner was kind and very helpful. The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the main station and is really convenient to be able to move around and is also close to the Colosseum, the area is very quiet and commercial you have everything available especially for those who stay for a long time. The apartment inside is very nice and cosy it has everything available and everything is working. I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%.
