• Jin (1/5): - The room I stayed in was completely different from the information on the website. It was in a very old building with a strong smell of curry, which was very unpleasant. There were a lot of dust mites and I felt like I was bitten by bugs all night. I couldn't get through to the contact person's three phone numbers that night. I complained to Booking but it wasn't resolved. So I left the next day, having wasted two nights' money. I don't recommend booking it. There are problems with the room. The room I stayed in was completely different from the information on the website. It was in a very old building with a strong smell of curry, which was very unpleasant. • Maria (8/5): - The location was perfect and very central. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Plenty of light. You could hear the neighbors from upstairs walking and talking. Even if they were not loud. The windows were old so not well closing and you could hear the traffic and the people from the pub downstairs.

• Ralph (5/5): Het is een prima plek in het centrum met goede koffie- en ontbijttentjes, maar in een armoedig pand. - De locatie is prima, de ruimte is ok. 2 van de 3 ochtenden was er geen warm water om te douchen. De televisie deed het niet. De kraan in de badkamer zit los.

• Marianna (1/5): Awful - I found the property extremely loud after 11pm onwards, barely slept after hearing someone from the room above come in, it was awful. The entrance is a mess, no lights were working and as a woman I didn’t feel very safe staying there

Television didn’t work. The shower box couldn’t drain out the water. There was something stuck in the pipe 2nd day it was heavily rain.. my bed was wet of water rain. The window above my bed was closed but full of cello tape. Under the bed was full of dust and toilette paper I paid £224 for 2 nights and i got the worse experience ever Please don’t book this facility When I booked from the photos everything seemed nice but sadly it wasn’t ..

• Monia (7/5): Très beau voyage - Situation géographique et cuisine complète. Nous avions le Wi-fi gratuitement et avec une excellente rapidité. Milieu tranquille et sécuritaire. Plusieurs restaurants autour ainsi qu’une épicerie à 2 minutes de marche. Station de métro et d’autobus proche et facile d’accès. Excellent services des hôtes Laveuse-sécheuse dans le logement et gratuit L’eau de l’évier de cuisine tiède et pas de bouchon pour pouvoir faire la vaisselle. Il manque de plat à soupe. Aucun canaux de télé disponible.

• Sebastian (3/5): Not very clean - The entrance is very uncomfortable, with very narrow stairs and a strong unpleasant smell. The place doesn’t look like the pictures, and during my stay there was a plague of flies, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. The location is great, close to many supermarkets and restaurants.
• Jimena (5/5): Las escaleras... - La ubicación. El acceso puede ser complicado. Las escaleras con muy estrechas, con poca superficie y muy empinadas. Tuve problemas para subir y bajar las maletas (estábamos en un segundo piso).Mi madre tuvo más dificultades cada vez que salíamos o entrábamos. No es un alojamiento adecuado para personas mayores y sobretodo con algún problema de movilidad. Lo veo peligroso para cualquier persona en realidad.

В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Но людям с ограниченными возможностями нужно учесть, что в квартиру можно попасть только по винтовой лестнице. Гостям из европейских стран стоит привезти с собой переходник, так как электрические розетки в квартире рассчитаны на трёхстержневую вилку. Квартира чистая и удобная. У нас остались очень приятные впечатления от пребывания в ней. Оптимальное соотношение цены и качества.

• Kelly (7/5): No frills but great location & clean - Great central location within minutes of Underground and walking distance to main attractions. Basic no frills accommodation but clean and good location. Stairs are quite tight so not for anyone with mobility issues. Tv wasn’t great as couldn’t get a signal with aerial but just used my iPad. Wardrobe doors need replacing as come off rails when you move them. Lamp didn’t work either.

• Nick (6/5): Pleasant apartment for a short stay in a great central location - Good size bedroom and living space. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Bathroom and toilet wasn't in apartment and was absolutely tiny on next floor down. Clean enough and functional, but a disappointing layout that really spoils an otherwise excellent apartment. Living area flooring was in disrepair and hurt foot on splintered laminate flooring. Quite a lot of noise from shop below from early in the mornings.

• Patrick (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for our short break in London. Plenty of places to eat, drink and places of interest to visit close by. Close to public transport routes that covered most of the inner London travel zones if venturing further afield. These are points of note for the Goodge street apartment's owner(s) and not to be taken as a dislike more a headsup to improve the flat we were in. The bathroom required further tlc - new extractor fan as very noisy, a blind that worked and a lick of paint. Perhaps a double lock on the flat door? A low head hazard warning strip when going to the bathroom from the hall as quite low. Possibly a little sound proofing above/between the ceiling of the main part and the flat above as several occasions a noise like a herd of elephants occurred late evening and morning (we were not in the rest of the day)

• Horst (9/5): I would choose this place for another stay, or would recommend it. - -very close to Goodge Street Underground -good communication with the staff -tiny but comfortable appartement, perfect for up to 2 persons -comfortable bed -kitchen has anything i needed, Toaster, water-cooker etc.... but some basic things like salt, pepper etc would make it even better - lights flickering - the heating is a little bit odd to run

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom walls as the paint was peeling away a bit, although it didn’t negatively affect the stay at all, it’s just an aesthetic complaint.

Surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs the apartment also a short walk from Euston station. The bathroom, while private and not shared, is not located in the apartment (down 5 stairs with a locked door).

• David (6/5): Nice apartment but no thought has gone in for usability or safety - The property was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and big and nice shower room. Location good with plenty and good variety of places to eat. When I tried turning on the bedside light, nothing worked because the nearest plug socket was 3.5m away! That plug socket was only meant for an electric heater, so in colder weather the nearest socket would have been 5m away! There was a smoke alarm positioned on the landing outside the room but the sensor unit was missing! Not clever as there was only one way out down 2 floors of narrow wooden staircase, thenat the front door there was papers littering the floor and no metal box behind the letterbox so kids could easily post a fire ckacker in for fun and everyone would be toast!

At 2am when I’m the bathroom there was a cockroach in there keeping me company. The windows don’t stay open very well especially as it was really hot, it made it very uncomfortable in the apartment.

• Maureen (2/5): Good location but apartment is not as described on booking.com website and was simply not worth the money. would not sta - good location to central London and close to a tube station very difficult to find initially, there is no signage outside. First appearance was one of disappointment. Very dirty outside windows and unkempt looking from outside and shabbily decorated entrance hall. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. despite a request for a lower level apartment as one of the group has a heart condition. The bathroom was located outside the apartment and was extremely small with the door opening between two stairs. A used condom was on the outside bathroom windowsill and appeared to have been there for some time.The window blind was broken in the living/sofa bed area on arrival which made it difficult to sleep. Fixed on request the following day. Guests in the apartment above partied until the early hours of the morning despite several requests to keep the noise. Only one small single quilt was provided for the sofa bed for two people but another quilt was provided the next day on request.

As friends, we wanted to sleep separately and my friend slept on the floor. Priscilla was very nice and provide a duvet.

• Anonymous (9/5): Perfect place to stay in London - Perfectly located, Chinatown is 5 minutes away. Trafalgar Square 15 minutes away. Basically one can reach everything by foot without problem. Personal was amazing. Mu and my fried had a lovely time. We’ll recommend this apartment without hesitation and we will for sure book it again when we plan to visit London again.
• Webber (1/5): Booking.com are promoting a business which makes false and misleading claims about the property. - Nothing. "Private bathroom" is not attached to the floor plan and can be accessed by other tenants in the building (we caught people accessing and using our bathroom with their keys). Felt very unsafe/uncomfortable using the bathroom so we left and paid for a hotel. Property management are refusing to give a refund and Booking.com customer support claim they are simply a mediator and cannot offer a refund. Avoid this property and all other Primestay properties at all cost.

• Pavlos (5/5): Great location, but don't have high expectations - The location was really convenient just a few minutes away from Soho, chonatown, etc The bathroom was under construction and tiny. There was hot water but the pressure was not sufficient for a proper shower. Also, the communication with the owner was poor. We had to call them for the address, they did not inform us as of how and when we would meet and finally the address they gave us was wrong
• Anna (6/5): Great location but very basic & bathroom is down a shared staircase with no working lights. - super location. Not on Goodge Street tho. It is VERY misleading to say ‘private’ bathroom. It is downstairs separate from the apartment on the shared staircase. The lights didn’t work in the bathroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the linen was stained.

• Andry (4/5): good location bad apartment - it was nice the area and good location the apartment was in bad state, the wall was cracked and also the flooring. the women who attended us not very pleasant. we had our flight delayed and still charged us with the the late check in . also the bathroom is outside the apartment any one can actually see you coming out or going into the bathroom, very small bathroom.

• Grimes (1/5): Absolutely appalling - the only positive thing I could say is that it was close to nearest underground station The key collection was a joke and was stood waiting for Karina for 20 mins in rain.Then we had to climb the 46 steps up a narrow spiral staircase to our room on the top floor.Once inside we told Karina we hadn’t been told about the stairs and if we had been we wouldn’t have booked the place, as my wife is recovering from a knee injury, she was completely disinterested and just asked if we’d seen anything on the booking site about the stairs for the accommodation, to which we replied that we hadn’t .She then just left us in the room. The ‘bathroom/ toilet was 2mX2m(which included the area of the shower, sink and w/c, i.e impossible to get to either without banging into the other! The floor of the bathroom had paint pealed off and the shower door was rusty and leaked across the floor. We had to move the chest of drawers to another position in the bedroom to get to the bathroom and found used tissues and cotton wool buds underneath it ! We then discovered the most serious issues, 1 , There are no smoke alarms fitted in the apartment or on the stairs and also the is no alternative means of escape in the event of a fire from the apartment’s other than back down the 46 steps of the spiral staircase , which would undoubtedly be a significant hazard to anyone in the building. 2, The main front door from the street into the hallway does not close easily and we frequently found this to have been left open and available for anyone to access the property. Overall, this is without doubt the worst, most badly managed, most unacceptable and potentially dangerous accommodation we have ever used and booking . com should be be thoroughly ashamed to be actively selling this accommodation and we shall be seeking answers from both them.

• Xrisoui (5/5): Needs improvements - value for money - Spacious enough for 3 persons, excellent location, cozy atmosphere, good kitchen facilities, warm enough -Shower ✖️ very small, EXTREMELY COLD (there was a single glaze window therefore COLD air was coming in). The water temperature most of the days, was not hot at all. We even had to wash our hair in the kitchen sink. -The quilt cover for the spare bed had a lot of stains all over and it looked really dirty. -Very noisy -The lady was not answering her phone. She was not there on time to bring the keys to us (it was extremely cold, we had to wait outside). We called from another phone which she answered, she told us we had to wait a little bit more and she also wanted to charge extra 35 GBP because it was past 8.30 but we were there waiting and calling her from 8.15.
• Allister (5/5): Passable - Good location There was no soundproofing between the apartment. The upstairs apartment was very noisy, late at night and early in the morning. The shower was poor with a limited water supply. There are not enough sockets to plug in TV, heating, lamps, with a EU extension cable, and no good for UK citizens.
