• Rodney Petra (7/5): Pleasant short break with good car parking. - Was nice to be met and shown the apt. Convenient for shops, restaurants, bus stops etc and walking down to the beach. Didn't realise the sun didn't reach the balcony to late afternoon. Should have checked before. Only one of us found bed comfortable but know it's a personal choice.

The hosts were so considerate to ensure we had the best stay, and kept in great communications, which helped us so much as it was our 1st time staying in Benidorm! • Ben (1/5): Very disgruntled clients - Nothing Run down apartment in need of a lot of cleaning and update. The furniture is grubby and the bedclothes are paper thin. The air conditioning is a fan,a dehumidifier and a ceiling fan. The microwave was dirty and greasy on the inside , broken tiles in the bathroom and no rail in the shower. No safety deposit box. Door frame not secure. Rusting radiators, no locks on patio doors. Floors dirty . I could go on and on. Price we paid was extortionate for such accommodation and the area.We had to carry our passports and valuables with us all the time. We didn't feel safe in the accommodation or area. No locks on balcony doors either. Our contract was with booking.com not a third party. Some issues were brought to the owner of the property to no avail !. Contact to customer service of booking .com was a total waste of time as the calls were cut on 3 occasions. We are a couple in our 60s my husband almost 70 and it's definitely not the accommodation for our age group .

• Thomas (10/5): Great hosts, spotless well equipped apartment - Flexible checking time, Claudio, the host was in contact and arranged to meet me there when I arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, British tv, full kitchen, iron and board. Massive balcony, good pressure shower. Wad able to check out at 5pm on my last day for no extra charge which was really helpful. It's probably minor as it didn't impact me really and could well have been influenced by other reviews I've read. There was no lock on the sliding doors to the balcony. Don't get me wrong you'd need to have been spider man to access that on the 4th floor but I'd have preferred there to be one. Also, the safe, there was a broken key stuck in the lock so wasn't available. Minor points for me but just pointing it out incase it's important for others.
• Paul (10/5): Great apartment. Great location. Great hosts. - Apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the strip, but far enough away from it if you want a decent sleep. The balcony is massive and Claudio & Lynn provide everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The only slight grumble we had was that the pillows were a little soft for our liking, but nothing to complain about. I honestly think you'd struggle to find better value for money anywhere in Benidorm.

• Tracy (10/5): Amazing apartment, great location - We arrived out of checkin time, the host was there to meet us, the whole apartment was stocked, water in fridge toilet roll plenty, even couple beers in fridge. So clean, washing machine even washing liquid, the balcony was huge absolutely perfect for us will be returning . Nothing was perfect only thing I missed was a mirror in bedroom for getting ready but there's full one in hallway so what more could you want

I even had welcome drinks in fridge, coffee, sugar, milk. How great is that!!! Apartment was very clean, it had all necessary things from short and long stay . And hair dryer - super powerful! :) Definitely - this apartment was more than I expected! Thank you Lynn & Claudio! :)

I got myself stranded and the owners came round without any hesitation to help me out. big apartment and extremely clean and tidy. it has everything you could need and is in a great location. 100% will be back can’t fault it
