• vanina (7/5): Está ok - Está a 30 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. El Uber sale entre 7 y 10 libras depende la hora. Pero la ubicación está bien. La habitación es grande. Estaba limpia. El anfitrión no está en el lugar y la única forma de contactar es vía booking. Así que si tienes una emergencia en el lugar, no cuentas con el anfitrión. Nosotras enviamos un mensaje por ruidos molestos de los vecinos de la otra habitación y nunca recibimos respuesta del anfitrión.

• Magdalena (10/5): Dobre miejsce z parkingiem. - Dobry dojazd z obwodnicy. Pod nosem autobus do centrum. Parking darmowy na ulicy. W pobliżu bary. W pokoju czysto i są udogodnienia. Nie ma lodówki. Super kontakt z właścicielem przez booking, nie trzebabyło sie spotykać. Było trochę głośno, bo przy ulicy. Jednak kawałek od zamku.

• wendy (9/5): Great AbnB just outside Edinburgh - Our room was clean and well stocked with tea coffee milk etc. It was close to public transport.
• amirun bisoyi (9/5): Good Nice house, not too far from center. - Location is directly infront of Willowbrae bus stop with regular bus service. Good communication along with proper amenities We didn't need it, but beware there is no kitchenette. There is no sound proofing from traffic noise(day time can be very distracting) not recommended for light sleepers. Beds are on the softer side.

• Juan (7/5): - Really quiet neighbourhood with a bus stop going to Princess street just right in front of the main door. Minimal communication with hosts but we didn’t have any problem. There were some things missing which appeared on the description but anyway.. we did have a nice cuppa at the end of the day…!!

• Arman (9/5): It was all really good. Five star place. - The room is really clean and spacious. Nice size of beds. The TV is broken and there is no remote control. The towels seem need to replace. But overall it was a fantastic place for a Holiday. Thank you Amir for having us.

• Jennifer (5/5): - Room was nicely sized and ready for our arrival, checkin instructions were very simple The host was very friendly and accommodating When searching for a property in Edinburgh we specifically selected parking. And yes whilst there is parking it's residential parking for the houses on this road. We fell extremely lucky in that there was 1 blue badge parking space available as we are blue badge holders but had there not been that we wouldn't of had anywhere to park. The advertisement needs to stipulate on street parking where available. Having gotten back to our room at 10pm we were left feeling shocked. Having both of us feel that the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could of been. Black gunk on the shower screen, shower head and power button. A thick layer of dust on the skirting board too.

• Deborah (8/5): Great place to stay, close to transport and amenities. - Sailte House was comfortable and a great location. Instructions for the stay were easy to follow. Enjoyed my time there. Would definitely stay again. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

• Julia (10/5): Super stosunek jakości do ceny :) - Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem, możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy/herbaty. Ręczniki były na miejscu, suszarka w pokoju i szampony:) Brakowało łyżeczek, co jest drobiazgiem, ale dało się zamieszać kawy :( Poza tym wszystko super:)

The radiator was cold all evening, but hot at 2am. I was told (in an e-mail) to ask for help by talking to the Ring device, but I couldn't face that!!

• He (7/5): Good - The place is very convenient to the city center. And the rooms is very nice and clean. It would be better if the host could reply our message more quickly. Another one is if you living in the room which the window is facing the street, noise from vehicles would be a disturbance.
• Josephine (10/5): Warm and convenient - The property, although out of the city centre, is very accessible. The bus stop is a few minutes away from the house, and the return to the city is opposite the house. The room has ample space and is cleaned daily. Ali sent very clear communication and was readily available to assist us. He was kind enough to extend our checkout to midday to allow my mother get extra rest before our late flight. Nothing in general. The shower would be a challenge for people with larger bodies because of its size but that was not an issue for us.

• Cynthia (10/5): - The accommodation was really close to town, with a bus stop right out the front, making it easy to get into the city. We were able to park right in front of the house, which was very convenient. The room was quite large and comfortable. The kids each had a single bed, and we had a double bed. Tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits were a lovely touch. It was a very nice place to stay for two nights.

• Michele (2/5): Delusione totale, ha influito negativamente sul nostro soggiorno - La fermata del bus che porta in centro città di fronte la struttura Non so da dove iniziare. Camera sprovvista di bagno. Nella descrizione dice bagno privato, ma in realtà il bagno si trova al di fuori della camera, in mezzo alle scale dove tutti gli altri clienti possono passare. Immaginate la difficoltà per una donna, nel mio caso mia moglie…tra l altro la chiave per aprire il bagno è la stessa che apre il portone d ingresso e la porta della camera, ed è l unica chiave che ti dà. Il bagno non ha nemmeno una presa elettrica, quindi l asciugacapelli devi usarlo in camera. Asciugamani e lenzuola mai cambiati per 4 notti. Inoltre gli asciugamani, già dal primo giorno, puzzavano di fumo. La pulizia in generala lasciava a desiderare. La pressione della doccia scarsissima. Letto con materasso sfondato.
• Kate Anna (5/5): Not our standard - + easy check in + comfortable bed + large bathroom + tea making facilities - whole property is very dated, carpets and wallpaper at least 15yo, stained and old - unpleasant smell in the room - we had a private bathroom but outside the room ( it was not clear on the description) which was a large disadvantage for us - bathroom was not too clean with plenty black hair in the shower - one key fits all locks, we were not sure if other guests also have a key that would fit our door, we did not feel safe enough - quite expensive for the very basic facilities We decided to stay only one night, although we had two nights booked

• Jacqueline (8/5): Accomodates 4 people, Clean, and friendly staff - The property was clean and accommodated 4 people. It was pretty close to Arthur’s Seat which made for nice morning walks. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Through the booking app there seemed to be a delay in responses, taking over 2 weeks to respond to a message prior to my stay. When I arrived, I was told I could communicate through the ring camera but pressed the button twice with no response. Not necessarily a dislike but I would have appreciated knowing prior that the staff would be coming into the rooms to make the beds everyday. There was not a way to request or deny that service. Finally they charged us an additional £150 for a 4 person even though I booked the quadruple room. I feel like if I book a room that space is the space, not sure why an additional £150 was needed since the beds were already there to accommodate.

• Melis (6/5): Konforlu , temiz ancak ısıtıcı sorunu var - Merkeze biraz uzak olsa da , hemen karşıda otobüs durağı mevcuttu. Ev sahibiyle hızlı iletişim kurduk. Kolay check- in ve check -out yapabildik. Konum biraz merkeze uzak. Odalarda kalorifer mevcut ancak özellikle geceleri kapatılıyor sanırım tamamen soğuk oluyor. Her gün ev sahibinden sıcaklığı arttırmasını istemek hoş değildi. Odamızın banyosu kendimize aitti ancak odanın dışındaki ayrı bir odadaydı.
• Celia (8/5): Clean, comfortable and good location. - The room was larger than I expected. Ensuite bathroom had a good shower and toiletries were provided. Very clean. I slept really well, the bed was comfortable with an extra blanket provided. I never met Ali, the host, but was provided detailed and easy to follow self check in instructions. My room was at the back of the house and it was really quiet, with no traffic noise. Very good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a 10 minute bus ride away and a convenient bus stop just across the road. Morrisons was a 5 minute walk, where I had breakfast every day. An information booklet would have been nice and a mini fridge but tbh I'm struggling to think of anything I didn't like.

• Monika (8/5): Pokój w dobrej lokalizacji - Lokalizacja była dobra do centrum miasta, w pokoju było wszystko co potrzebne. Łatwość zameldowania się poprzez odbiór kluczyka ze skrytki. Woda pod prysznicem potrzebowała trochę czasu i pierwsza osoba, która brała prysznic miała problem, bo pomimo nastawienia jej na ciepło to czasem leciała zimna lub nawet wrzątek.

• Becker (6/5): Für den Preis nett, aber wir würden nicht nochmal diese Unterkunft buchen. - Es war sauber und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist alt und könnte erneuert werden. Besonders die Matratze ist sehr weich und etwas durchgelegen, auch das Bad könnte renoviert werden. Viele Sachen mussten wir nachfragen, zb. ob die Heizung angemacht werden kann oder wie das WLAN Passwort ist.

The radiator on the room and bathroom not work and this was not very good condition on that room for sleeping, on end of October. On could whether the radiators need to work! TV not work, but we sorted for repair the connection. Beds not comfortable. We not booking again!
