• Schlossarek (10/5): - Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und wir vermissen es jetzt schon. Tommi ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr viele Spielsachen für Kinder waren hier, so dass auch nie Langeweile aufgekommen wäre, trotz Regenwetter. In der Nacht haben wir sogar einen wilden Schneehasen beim Fressen beobachten können direkt vor unserem Fenster. Die Einrichtung war super modern mit einer klaren Linie, sehr geschmackvoll. Auch alle Geräte wie z.B. Waschmaschine mit integrierten Trockner waren top. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen werden und auch sofort wieder nehmen würden.

The host greeted us on arrival and was very helpful. We’d definitely happily return there again.
• Miriam (10/5): Cozy and lovely house - The house is a dream. It is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Very cozy, with beautiful views of the snowy forest, in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The décor is lovely as well, and the indoor temperature is perfect. They also had the kind gesture of leaving us chocolate and cookies, for which we are very grateful. In addition, we were very lucky to see the Northern Lights right outside the front door of the house; we feel very fortunate. We wish we could have stayed more nights—when we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your accommodation! Everything was perfect!

He is also so responsive in chat and helped us a lot during our whole stay. Really appreciate his help and kind hospitality. • Jemma (10/5): Amazing place to stay. - The property was amazing, it was well stocked with everything you could need on your trip. The place was clean, quiet and in an amazing location. The host was brilliant and informative, very helpful with our queries! We even arrived to some balloons and chocolate for our son’s birthday which was very thoughtful of them. I would definitely recommend staying in this place again, we had a lovely time and didn’t want to leave. Nothing at all, everything was amazing!

• Tamara (10/5): Hermosa y acogedora casa! - Lamentablemente solo estuvimos 1 noche. Previo a la llegada, Tommi nos escribió con todas las indicaciones necesarias para poder llegar sin complicaciones. Nos fue a visitar a los pocos momentos de haber llegado, con un trato muy cercano y cálido, nos explicó algunas cosas del funcionamiento de la casa. Siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en caso de cualquier duda. La casa es sumamente acogedora. Mi hija de 4 años (y nosotros) estaba muy feliz cuando entró y vio la sala por primera vez, con un ventanal hermoso que da hacia el patio con bosque el nevado. Encontró muchos juegos y libros con los que estaba encantada. Habían galletitas, chocolates, café té y chocolate caliente de cortesía, detalles que valoramos mucho. Lugar muy bien cuidado, la casa es un poco pequeña pero acogedora, muy bien distribuida, decoración hermosa (de revista!), con todo lo necesario para nuestra instancia, todo muy bien organizado. Nos sonreíamos con cada descubrimiento (como las tazas de cerámica de viejito pascuero), el porta galleta y ropas de cama de Mummin. Daban ganas de quedarse a vivir allí. En el patio, muchos trineos (algunos con manubrio, que jamás había visto), juegos como camioncitos… hasta figuras de ciervos grandes con luces alumbrando… Sencillamente, todo excelente. Lástima que nos quedamos solo 1 noche. De volver a Rovaniemi, de seguro volveríamos nuevamente a este lugar y por más días! Muchas gracias por todo! Nada negativo que comentar

• Danielle (10/5): We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely book here again. - Cannot fault this place at all! So cosy, clean with everything you could need. It was really close to Santa Claus Village we could walk there. Kids were so happy with the Moomin bedding and toys and games and playing in the snow outside with the sleighs. It was a struggle to get them to leave they loved it so much. Thank you for making our trip so great.

The guesthouse was everything we wished for and much more! The attention to detail in this property is above any other place I have stayed in. We asked for a hoover on our last evening to Vac pack our clothes and Kaisa was there within ten minutes. The place is absolutely beautiful and I have recommending this place to everyone who is planning a trip here. We loved everything! Not one negative
• Dominic (10/5): Truly magical and exceeded all expectations. - We absolutely loved our stay! The property was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children), with plenty of room and great storage space. The location is ideal, just a quick 5-minute taxi ride to Santa Claus Village or a 10-minute ride to the Rovaniemi city centre. A highlight was the beautiful forest right behind the property, which offered a lovely 30-minute walk to SCV where the children could go sledging along the way. Our host, Tommi, was outstanding; he truly went above and beyond his responsibilities and made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. His friendly demeanor greatly enhanced our experience. Nothing.

La maison est tellement jolie et cosy avec une jolie vue enneigé sur le jardin c'est vraiment féerique ,c'est très propre , la déco est magnifique , tout est fonctionel il y a même des jeux et des luges pour les enfants!!! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le village du père Noël et proche aéroport !! Tommi a été très accueillant!! Bref je rêve déjà d'y retourner! Rien!!

Tommi was fantastic and helps us loads with advice and was on hand for all our needs. The whole experience was brilliant start to finish. Nothing, it was perfect!

• Niall (10/5): Truly magical - We had an amazing stay in a truly beautiful setting. Our hosts, Tommi and Kaisa, were incredible from start to finish. They were genuinely kind and helpful, and even greeted us with delicious homemade ginger biscuits and chocolate when we arrived which was such a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spotless, warm and extremely well equipped, we honestly wanted for nothing. Two morning we even spotted squirrels right outside the sitting room window which Tommi feeds, and later in our stay we came across wild reindeer on the road barely 50 meters from the apartment which was a real highlight for the kids. The location is perfect. The snowy forest walk from the apartment to Santa Village was absolutely magical and surprisingly quick, and the kids loved the toys and sleighs provided. The sleighs especially came in very handy for the trips back and forth. We’d highly recommend this property. It was one of our favourite family stays, and we’ve already told Tommi we’ll definitely be back next year. Nothing, honestly could not fault a thing.

• Furkan (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect host! He is very kind and helpful! The house is really clean and minimal but it meets all your needs. The heating is very good, usually the biggest problem in such places is the toilet and bathroom, but here it meets all your needs with very clean and quickly heated water. When you look out of the window in the living room of the house, there is a view that gives you a real sense of calm and charm. It is located on a very quiet and peaceful street, 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes by foot from the village of Santa Claus. It was an experience that made us feel like locals away from the tourists. A feeding area was created in the forest so that we could see the squirrels and rabbits. So we had the chance to see wild rabbits and squirrels from the living room window. It was very nice, we had a good rest. It is a place we will prefer again. Nothing.

The location is also perfect when you are visiting Rovaniemi. We enjoyed walking around, and my kid loved the walk with the sledges the hosts provided. Overall, it is a pleasantly memorable holiday. Thanks to Kaisa and Tommi! Loved every bit!

• Deirdre (10/5): A fantastic location - beautiful and convenient - with excellent facilities - Fantastic location, 5 mins from Santa Claus Village and 15 from Rovaniemi centre by car and parking available for our hire car. It was so cosy and had everything we needed provided. Very comfy beds! Kids loved it - plenty of snow around the property to play in, snowy trees and lots of toys/ sleigh. The hosts were amazing. Very efficient and on the first night brought us outside to show us good views of Northern lights. It's a lovely quiet area. Had a fantastic stay! Nothing really! We were 100% happy with our stay. All facilities were great and hosts very helpful.

• Sadie (10/5): Perfect in every way. - We had the most amazing holiday! The house was so beautiful. It is in the most perfect location. It is a real home from home. Every detail is so well thought out, there was everything there for us. My children loved playing outside on the sledges and the area is so peaceful and quiet. The beds are so comfortable. It has everything you need and more. I cannot recommend it highly enough, everything is a short taxi ride away. The hosts are so lovely and kind. Just perfect in every way! Very convenient location and easy to get to the main attractions within minutes. Tommi and Kaisa are excellent hosts and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable . There's sleds and toys for the kids aswell. We would highly recommend Artic Circle Guesthouse!
• Karen (10/5): Magical stay - we would highly recommend! - Great location with a snowy walking trail that leads to SCV. Very comfortable accommodation with everything you might need. Nice welcoming touches and having access to Netflix was a bonus when chilling out after a long day of adventure! Free use of sleds was a big hit! Beautiful interior and Christmas decor. The outside Christmas tree that is decorated is a lovely view from the seating area. The host Tommi was very helpful and friendly and the entire stay was very enjoyable- we even got to see the northern lights on our second night- no aurora tour required- was right outside the door! The price was competitive for similar properties but high season anywhere near SCV is very expensive .
• Pauline (10/5): Perfect stay - Loved this house, perfect setting with squirrels outside the window and a beautiful short forest walk into SCV. Snow sleds etc left for kids to play with outside, boardgames and duplo etc to entertain inside, beautifully decorated for christmas inside and outside. House was well equipped, underfloor heating was divine after trudging around in the cold. Tommi couldn't have been a better host, always just a text away with info on walking routes, taxis etc. Our flight had been pushed back from lunchtime to night time but Tommi offered to keep our luggage in storage for the day, he then brought our bags to us at SCV, collected us and dropped us to the airport. Really goes above and beyond for his guests. That we couldn't stay longer

• Jade (10/5): Perfect winter wonderland getaway - This stay was incredible. Perfect location and less than ten minutes drives away from airport/Santa village and Santa park. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our 4 year old loved it and to make it even better we had snow with sledges and snow toys to play with. This was our first visit and I don't think it will be our last. Thank you There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect

Amazing and attentive hosts who go way above and beyond to look after you. Tommi and his sons even hosted us round the fire in their garden one evening to see the Northern Lights and cook sausages and marshmallows over the fire. Couldn’t recommend the property or the hosts enough. Thank you!

The Hosts were very friendly and thankfully handed me the key eventhough I was an hour early. You can reach snata Clause Village from there by Foot going through beautiful landscape. • Nina (10/5): Wonderful house in a super location! - Tommy was an absolutely fantastic host. The house was perfect, clean, tidy and plenty of space for a family of 4. The location is great. You can walk (about 25mins) to SCV and just about 5-10mins walk away is a super hill for sledding on - we went here most days! Tommy was so kind and gave us lifts to a large Kmart and also the skiing centre and he dropped us up to SCV on our last day. He also took us up in to the woods behind the house with his son where we roasted sausages and marshmallows. Fab stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tommys house for your stay in Lapland. Nothing it was perfect.

• Tawny (10/5): Went above and beyond for us - Exceptional stay, out of the way of any noise but still in a great location for a lovely walk to santa village, or for a walk in the beautiful woodlands. They went above and beyond to provide a delicious cake and balloons for my daughters birthday, and were extremely accommodating. Could not have asked for more!

There were many sleds available which was great for adults and children :) The location and area was perfect - you can reach everything with a car within minutes (Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi, Airport, etc.). We would definitely recommend this accomodation and its hosts! :)

Close to Santa Village and about 5 minutes walk from the woods, which was amazing. The owner was super helpful, even offered a lift to the shop and the town center. Hopefully we could come back to Lapland once, we will stay here definitely.
• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The guesthouse was spotlessly clean, well decorated, modern and had everything that we needed for our stay. The owners really have thought of everything, there were toys and books for the children to play with, shampoo conditioner etc, towels and hairdryer, heated shoe rack all provided and there’s lots of storage. Location wise it is in a quiet culdesac 10 minute taxi from Rovaniemi centre and the airport and 5 minutes in a taxi to SCV with the main window looking out across the woods and space outside the property for the kids to play. We ordered food from a delivery service and they managed to find us easily. Tommi was easily contactable at all times, he came to meet us when we arrived at the guesthouse and when we had an issue (we couldn’t work the shower) and he came straight over to show us how to operate it. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this place to everyone and we won’t hesitate to come back. -

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped, it is also an easy walk to Santa Claus Village. There was nothing to fault. We stayed for 2 nights, one adult and two children and it suited us perfectly. We used the sofa bed in the living room and that takes up space but we were on a short stay and so we cosied up!
