• James (10/5): A memorable cabin stay in a wonderful part of the Northern Territory - The cabin was well maintained and very comfortable. It shares a bbq and small pool with an identical cabin nearby. The surrounding gardens are lovely and the site is located very near to Litchfield national park. Lorna was friendly, welcoming, offered tips for nearby visitor sites and provided a nice and filling continental breakfast for us both each morning. We really enjoyed watching the sun set during dinner on the external terrace, it's a really beautiful and peaceful place. Excellent value for money. Would love to return.Thank you for having us!

The surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing and unwinding. We truly enjoyed the tranquillity and felt completely at home throughout our stay. • Louise (10/5): Getaway escape that is close to Litchfield National Park! The caravan was great to stay in!! - I booked the caravan and I absolutely loved it! It was all I needed for 1 night. I felt very safe, I really enjoyed the simplicity and the variety of staying in a caravan over your classic accommodation at a caravan park or resort. It was close to Litchfield, easy to find, close to Batchelor. There was so many choices and recommendations for dinner. It was just a really beautiful stay. I will not hesitate to stay with you again if I am back in Batchelor! Thank you so much Lee for your hospitality. The bugs!! Oh my goodness, I was hoping to sit outside, but it was like a bugs life... but this isn't the property owners fault.

Perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. - The cabin area is absolutely beautiful, it is clear that a lot of love has gone into making this experience special for all that arrive. The property feels secluded when you are there with lots of wildlife just meandering around. Litchfield National Park is a short drive, if you are going to spend time exploring the national Park, this is the perfect place to base yourself and recharge any time of the day.

Their guidebook includes very useful information including local spots to eat and visit, Wifi password, streaming services etc. They've thought of everything! The kitchen had everything I needed included sauces, oils, seasonings etc. Beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere. They even had a cheese platter made up in the fridge when I arrived. Absolutely delightful! Being a caravan, the bed felt a tad weak and springy, but very well furnished with beautiful pillows.

The owners are lovely and give you everything you need for your stay, including firewood. Everything was so clean & tidy. Very welcoming, we will be back :) (there is a toilet & shower in the caravan, but there is also a seperate shower/toilet outside, not far from the caravan)

I loved the small pool, beautiful garden and campfire. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the fire due to rain. Ferry Lights at night was amazing. The room was spotless and comfortable, and we could watch the stars at night just outside the unit. Being surrounded by nature meant waking up to the sounds of birds singing all around. • craig (10/5): Be sure to make this a stop along the way on your Top End trip! - Everything! Our host Lee was most friendly and helpful along with the beautiful farm dogs who came to visit the caravan. Very peaceful surroundings, beautiful birdlife, calm and tranquil location. Caravan very well fitted out, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, microwave etc - all the facilities one needs. Beautiful sitting at the handcrafted wooden table and chairs in the early morning listening to nature. Highly recommend Litchfield Tropical Stay and especially the caravan! Litchfield National Park just down the road and Banyan Tree pub a few hundred metres away is pretty special too, a real taste of outback NT hospitality.

Fire pit ready go, BBQ, mozzies coils and the cheese plate was a lovely touch. Lee and Lorna clearly love what they do and have set up a perfect Aussie bush experience. The Banyan Tree just down the road has a great happy hour 5-6pm That we only stayed 1 night!

• Andreas (10/5): - Tolle Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin, der Empfang inklusive Käseauswahl und Tipps für die nächsten Tage :). Liegt im Nirgendwo und gleichzeitig direkt vor dem Nationalpark. Zwei Chalets teilen sich das BBQ und den Pool. Der Garten wird liebevoll gepflegt. Eine wirkliche Wohlfühl-Location, sehr empfehlenswert! Habe mich an den scharfen Kunststoffplatten am Pool aufgeschürft...hätte aber auch besser aufpassen können. Da auf dem Gelände viel bewässert wird, Moskitospray nicht vergessen!

Communication with Lorna was smooth and we felt like we were welcomed into a family by Lorna, Lee, Paisley and all the animals! We wish we had a few more nights here. Everything was very clean with lots of thoughtful touches like the welcome cheese and crackers, beautiful outdoor furniture for roo watching and relaxing, fire pit already set up and instruction book about walks and swimming stops in Litchfield National Park. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a friendly airbnb-esque space with lovely welcoming owners who really care about their property and experience they are offering

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and foil etc, which was great. The kitchen could do with a bin. We took the one from the bathroom to use. The ladder into the pool is too narrow, so I could use the pool. Which was a shame.

• Ingo (10/5): Kleines Paradies etwas abseits vom Trubel - Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Trotz eines offensichtlichen Buchungsfehlers von booking.com wurde alles schnell geklärt. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und lässt auf dem ersten Blick nicht erahnen, wie schön sie ist. Das Mobile Home war sehr geschmackvoll und neu ausgestattet, es war alles da was man braucht. Am Abend konnte man von der Terrasse die Wallabies im Garten beim Grasen beobachten. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Eine der besten Unterkünfte auf unserer Rundreise durch Australien.
