За такую стоимость и в таком месте любые небольшие недостатки не стоят внимания. Всегда есть горячая вода. Нет фена (и не заявлен, все честно), очень усталый ремонт, многие лампочки перегорели. Из ванной течет вода и стекает в сток на полу)) В одной из спален нет окна на улицу (окно выходит на хозяйственный балкон), может быть душновато. Окна второй спальни и гостиной выходят на оживленную улицу, в выходные достаточно шумно.
