- Edwin (5/5): No fue lo que vendieron. - El lujo muy bueno. La habitación que me asignaron era a 30 min caminando de donde estaba la piscina y el restaurante. En medio de la selva lo cual no se ve en la foto. Me cambiaron a una habitación con camas sencillas y no pude dormir con mi esposa. Y si llega a llover mucho ( lo que es habitual ) puedes quedar aislado del restaurante y la piscina principal. La comida no estaba buena. Y tienen poco personal para la cantidad de personas que estábamos. Servir la comida te decían de entrada que tardaba una hora en servir lo pedido, así fuera carne con papas fritas. No lo recomiendo

- Sandra (9/5): Spectacular place to truly rest - The property is beautiful, lots of animals and fruit trees. Staff is very attentive and there is a huge area to explore and exercise. I missed the absence of kettle facilities in the room, especially as it was far from the restaurant area.

Honestamente, el hotel es incluso mucho mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Todo está hecho con muchísimo buen gusto y se nota una atención al detalle en cada rincón del lugar. 👨👩👧👦 Pasamos unas noches maravillosas aquí con la familia. El ambiente es espectacular: muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y con una energía muy especial que hace que uno realmente pueda desconectarse y disfrutar. 🙏 Un agradecimiento muy especial a Giovanni, quien nos brindó un servicio excepcional durante toda la estadía. Siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar con todo. 🍽️ El restaurante es excelente, la comida es deliciosa y de muy alta calidad. 💆♀️ Los masajes fueron increíbles. 🏊♂️ La piscina es perfecta para relajarse. 🌳 Además, el terreno del hotel es enorme y muy bien cuidado, lo que hace que caminar por el lugar sea parte de la experiencia. Sin duda es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado en Colombia. Lo recomendamos totalmente y definitivamente volveríamos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Todo fue perfecto

La habitacion que nos correspondio era muy pequeña , no estaba acorde con el precio. Afortunadamente , no ibamos a quedarnos en ella todo el tiempo, de tal manera que pudimos hacer uso de tosdas las instalaciones y fue muy agradable nuestra estancia !!

El jacuzzi es buenisimo al igual que la piscina. No hay congestiones a pesar de que fuimos en temporada alta La disponibilidad de spa es difícil. Pero la gestionaron y tuvimos un buen masaje

Juan was very nice, kind and provided useful tips and recommendations The breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a land that used to be a Ecological Farm, so the hotel is perfect for bird watching and butterfly watching. Since the land around the hotel is extensive and it is hotel's property, people can hike, run, and/or walk in the trails and paths. The hotel has several paved and unpaved paths. The view from the main pool was amazing! The hotel has a great viewpoint. In general the hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay.

- Ana María (7/5): Buen hotel con potencial para mejorar - El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Muy cerca del pueblo, pero a las afueras, con vista a las montañas, lo cual permite sentirte en un lugar de descanso e igual es cómodo para ir al pueblo a comprar cualquier cosa o para ir a restaurantes. Las zonas comunes de la recepción, la piscina, el comedor son muy acogedoras y de muy buen gusto. La música en la piscina está a un volumen adecuado. La caminata hasta el mirador es bonita y se llega a un lugar con una vista panorámica muy bella. El parqueadero está muy bien y la carretera adoquinada que hay adentro del hotel para dejar el carro en el parqueadero. La amabilidad y el servicio de Juan es lo mejor que tiene el hotel. Es una persona que está atenta a todo lo que está pasando en el hotel, resuelve cualquier cosa de inmediato y su buena actitud es algo para resaltar. Las fotos de la habitación no corresponden con la realidad. La descripción de suite con balcón no es exactamente lo que se ofrece. Se paga por una suite con balcón, pero la habitación es una habitación sencilla y sin balcón. El llamado balcón es simplemente un deck que está afuera de la habitación. El balcón promete una vista y la habitación no tiene ninguna vista pues da al prado que queda justo al frente. Aunque el hotel tiene zonas comunes preciosas y está muy bien ubicado, el precio de la habitación que reservé no vale lo que ofrece. La limpieza no fue la mejor. Tuvimos que decir que cambiaran las sábanas porque tenían unas manchas y en la ducha había un papel de Splenda mojado, lo que indica que no se limpió bien la ducha. También había cosas desajustadas en el baño como la llave del agua del lavamanos. Son detalles por mejorar que por el precio que se paga no deberían estar mal. El desayuno estaba bien. Sin embargo, por el precio podrían ofrecer un mejor desayuno pues se ofrecen huevos de distintos tipos, arepa, fruta y una bebida. No estaba malo, pero es algo demasiado sencillo por el precio que se paga y es lo mismo todos los días.

- Jorge (10/5): Excelente lugar para ir a descansar en pareja. - La experiencia superó mis expectativas. El hotel es un remanso de tranquilidad en medio de un paisaje maravilloso y un clima perfecto. El estado del hotel está excelente. La atención, si bien puede ser por momentos algo lenta, es excelente. Es ideal para parejas o grupos de amigos con la intención de descansar. La comida está muy bien también.

On y mange très bien et tout le monde apporte un service avec un grand sourire. Les chambres sont très modernes. On peut découvrir la colline en buggy pour tout visiter tellement c'est grand. Des manguiers, bananiers .... c'est très beau
