• dralex48 (7/5): Apartment mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig - Nähe zur U-Bahn (8 Minuten Fußweg), Jason, der Gastgeber, ist sehr hilfreich. Wohn- und Schlafraum geräumig und gut eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küche und insbesondere das Badezimmer (Schimmel) bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung! Allerdings muss man bei dem Preis sicherlich einige Abstriche machen.

Appartamento in linea con le aspettative anche in base al prezzo pagato. Si potrebbe migliorare il bagno. Per il resto tutto ok.

• Cindy (1/5): - Rien, Appartement non préparé et non nettoyé à notre arrivée. Nous avons attendu le lendemain d avoir des draps et des serviettes propres et que les poubelles de la location précédente soient sorties. La femme de ménage a pris nos serviettes de bain personnelles et ne nous les a jamais rendues prétextant qu elle ne les avaient pas prises. Le propriétaire devait nous dédommager mais nous n'avons jamais eu de ses nouvelles. Apt très sombre!!! Vue sur une toute petite course intérieure. Salle de bain moitié avec équipement hors d age. La robinetterie fuit. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement même si le tarif est bas le confort est très limité Tout. Appartement dortoir juste bon pour y passer une nuit et encore.

• Sophie (3/5): Underwhelming experience. - Only a short walk from the train station and the communication from the host was kind and prompt. I don’t think any previous reviews have emphasised how much mould there is in the place. We also weren’t told that the air conditioner would cost extra per day until arrival. The neighbourhood is not the nicest but that’s nothing to do with the stay itself. I don’t think the cheap price tag is worth it as we did not feel clean because of all the mould.
• Corinna (7/5): A lot of space for little money - good cost/performance ratio - The water in the bathroom and the kitchen is really hot, the shower is good as well as the wifi, the kitchen equipment is sufficient. Most important: your flat is clean, very quiet, and it has a lot of space. That’s unusual, and feels really comfortable! Apart from that it’s near to everything: bus, metro, minimarkets, cafés … So all that is most pleasant. What I also really love is the huge mirror giving the space a certain grandeur … exceptional! 🤩😉 Also very nice: no carpets but a wooden floor, and a nice old-fashioned terrazzo. 👍 Plus the host‘s advice for restaurants (Ouzeri and Atlantika) was great, especially Ouzeri Tou Laki … mmmhhh …. THXXX! The flat is darkish (1st floor), and a bit worn down, and especially the bathroom with its rust & mould … well … 🤷🏻‍♀️ … Supposedly that’s why the price is so low, which we appreciated very much. Made it possible for us to stay in Athens for some days, which was great. Thanks a lot for that!!! The surrounding streets look really poor, many immigrants are living there. Maybe one should be a bit careful. But we felt safe, and there never was a frightening, or stressful situation. So that was okay, too.

• Li (8/5): Value for money - Close to metro and bus stops. The host Jason was friendly and accomodating when we asked for an early check in at 1pm. There were 2 single beds and 1 double bed which was enough for all 4 of us. Hot water worked well. Heating at an extra €3 per day kept us warm enough during winter. Stove and small oven were handy for making breakfast. Frying pans had lots of scratches on them.
• Patrick (8/5): Stay worth the money. - The apartment was at ground floor. Easy self check in check out process. The owner Jason was always accessible and helpful. Property was 600 meters away from nearest metro. 150 meters away from bus routes. 20 minutes away from metro rides to Touristic spot metros stations. Mini markets and affordable restaurants were close by. The house had all facilities except for microwave. There was oven though. Nice little balcony to relax. The instructions were clear. The water had good pressure and hot water shower was good, boiler needs 30 minutes of preshower heating. A Catholic church about 800 meters away. We attended Christmas mass there. Some guests mentioned about the shady locality, but we disagree. It is a good area with no fear of safety. All is well. The partition curtain between living room and bedroom was not broad enough to give complete closure or privacy. Please consider installing broader curtain, thanks. The bathroom has flexible type sliding door with no locking mechanism. Kindly look at improving the situation. The lights inside the rooms are dull and not bright, Pls consider increasing lights brightness.

• Misty (10/5): No complaints. Fantastic value for money! - Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! First, I have to give huge thanks to our host, Jason, who was incredible from start to finish. Jason was always available, super friendly, and went above and beyond with tips on everything—how to find the best (and cheapest) transport, where to eat, and what to see. Any time we had a question, Jason was just a message away and always responded quickly. The location couldn't have been better. We were surrounded by local grocery stores and a fantastic variety of food spots within walking distance, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Plus, the area felt so safe that we enjoyed walking around even late at night—something we don’t always feel comfortable doing when we travel. Now, for the apartment itself: it was immaculate. I have OCD, so cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was organized, fresh, and spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It made our stay comfortable, convenient, and stress-free. Thank you, Jason, for such an amazing experience! Bathroom door needs a lock.
• Sikander (8/5): Jason is extremely helpful - There are a few things that could be improved, but overall, a good stay. Jason is very helpful. Having to pay €3 per day to use the air-conditioning. Would be better if this is mentioned on booking.com rather than getting a message privately after making a nonrefundable booking. The hot water tap doesn't work for the toilet sink, and there was water leaking from some sort of pipe in the kitchen. Minor things that could be improved to make it a 10/10.
• Jon (8/5): Very good - Nice room with good decor and very comfortable bed. Easily space for several people, and large well-equipped kitchen. Neighbourhood is sketchy after sunset and at night, but perfectly fine during daytime. Listing says there is aircondition, but after refund period is over host sends message and wants 3 euro per day for the remote (ie increasing price of stay by about 10%).

• Chloe (9/5): Spacious clean budget Athens apartment - We loved our stay at the Little Chill. The apartment is spacious and great value for money. Well equipped for cooking, and the balcony outside is a nice spot for breakfast or an evening drink. The shower is decent and the bed was very comfy. 10 mins walk to the Metro, and less than 10 mins on the train takes you to the centre for all the sights. Others had remarked about the area feeling dodgy so we were a bit apprehensive, but it seemed like a nice normal neighborhood to us! (We are both from London) There was a lovely church event going on one evening when we came home with choirs singing outside! The only minor downside is loud stray cats seem to love the staircase nearby (and fighting at night!) but this isn't the fault of the accommodation.
• Kristiina (9/5): Private apartament in Athens. - The apartament was nice. It was clean. There are a little kitchen where you can cook. There was a market right on the street on wednesday. The location was safe to walk around. Metro and bus stops to the city center were in walking distance.

• Tim (9/5): Everything we needed for a short stay in Athens at a very good price. - Comfortable and quiet flat with all the facilities we required. Huge variety of shops, cafes, etc, nearby. Nearest metro station (Aghios Nikolaos) no more than 10 minutes' walk - five stops to city centre. Buses also nearby. Wifi worked fine. Good communication from host. Very good value for money. Hot taps need new washers to stop them dripping badly. Only a shutter between bathroom and kitchen rather than door. Note that there is no TV should you want one.

• Analú (7/5): Good value for money. Generally nice stay, nice location and simple and clean apartment. It was difficult find the apart - Nice location, kindly staff and good apartament. To much noise from the neighbours, it was impossible sleeping well.
