- Bailey (1/5): Bad - When we arrived to the apartment the key box was broken into and we could not gain access to it, after sending various emails to the email provided and trying to reach out to booking.com no one helped us and we were left completely stranded in very cold weather. After speaking to a local near the apartment they made us aware that the owner of the apartment had sold it and air bnb was no longer legal in the apartment complex. The phone number provided to me was also not a real number and therefore I could not contact anyone. I therefore I had to book an alternative accommodation which used a very large amount of my money I had saved for the trip. I would like a full refund of my money as I feel I have been scammed by the owner and I also feel as if I am entitled to compensation for the inconvenience it put me under. I hope I here back from booking.com or the owner very soon if not I may have to take the matter further.
- Karin (1/5): We are dissapointed of our stay in amacing luxuxuari apartement. - Läget Amacing luxuxuari apartement is really not Living up to the name. When we got to the appartement we couldn't get in, the code for the key was wrong in the messege we got. They had forgot to change the code in the messege they sent out. The telephone number in the contact site didn't function and niether the mail. Just the message on booking.com, which they are bad answering, but now they did. When we came into the appartement we met two big piles of used sheets and towels and the appartement wasn't cleaned. They came and cleaned it in the evening, when the babysitter and the baby was there, not easy for the baby to sleep.. They made the beds, but forgot to leave sheets for the sofa, where we also should slep. We were 5 persons and 1 baby. The baby bed had no madrass and no sheets and couldn't bee used. This appartement is nothing we recomend
- Carlo (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent. Close to a metro that connects you to greater Copenhagen. Several cafes can be found nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped. For the price you paid, we expected better. I wish the apartment were cleaner. the toilet was dirty and stinky. There was a smelly unwashed container under the kitchen sink.
- Emma (8/5): Really beautiful apartment in a great location, comfortable and well equipped. - Beautifully designed, very central, great amenities. It’s in an apartment block, so obviously there is noise of other residents. It’s centrally located, so on a main road. We were there on a hot day, and while opening all windows definitely cools the place down, it can be noisy! The set up of the 2nd bedroom means you can’t easily/at all really use the back stairs to get to the outside seating area. As we were only there 2x days, not a problem, but might have been if we were staying longer. Only one toilet - families of 4+ should just be aware!
