The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which made transportation very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was more than just a host – she was like a tour coordinator, providing me with valuable information about sightseeing in Rome. She also offered fruits and a light snack, and when I returned from Florence, she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage there until the afternoon at no extra charge. An outstanding experience overall, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. لا يوجد None

• Jillian (10/5): Comfortable and convenient for Termini Station - Claire House is opposite Termini station, very convenient. The host's communication was excellent and hospitable. The property was spotless and had everything you could need. The bathroom was close to the room and very well appointed.

• Angelee (8/5): Nice stay, great location - My friend and I had a good stay here! It was really nice to have some treats upon arriving and you can’t beat the location, right next to the train station. Just a heads up, the bathroom is down the hallway but it is private, and the kitchen is shared. More of a comfier out of the bedroom area for lounging/hanging out.

The air conditioning works without any problems, the toilet is clean. The place is great because the Termini station is right in front and you can easily walk everywhere. Thank you again and for the cold water for the road.

The place was spotless, with no dust or dirt anywhere, clean beds, and an exceptionally clean bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of us, making sure we were informed about everything we needed to know and offering excellent recommendations. It’s located very close to the train station, with easy access to all types of transport. Getting there was simple, and overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
• Wakabayashi (10/5): Everything was perfect especially the location and the price - The location could not be better in front of the Termini station. We can easily arrive and travel everywhere. I heard the surrounding station is a little bit unsafe but we didn't feel unsafe, rather we felt safe because the house faces a wide street and there are 3 keys to enter the room. The sound of the train running didn't bother me that much. Communication was smooth and they responded to my messages promptly. The room is clean even for the Japanese. What is more, the host was so kind to give us earplug, water and breakfast. The price is lower considering these great point. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Claire house. I know it's a luxury wish, but if you have a drying machine, we wanted a washing machine.

• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - I was very impressed by the cleanliness! Everything is as in the photo, the renovation is new, everything works, there is hot water. As a bonus, I have not seen such an option of housing that offers 3 liters of drinking water for two, sweets for tea and fruit! I highly recommend a room in this apartment!

• Dennis (8/5): Very good - Extremely clean, very safe, nice treats left, private bath, very safe. The area around the trsin station is a bit dodgy, however, we had absolutrly no issues night or day. Just important to be aware of your sorroundings.

• Jinjoo (8/5): Very good - Great location, but it is scary to walk out alone after sundown. The bathroom is out in the hallway (not in the room). And the bed was too soft and uncomfortable.
• Caroline (10/5): The ladies at the property were both lovely and our room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for having us and for - The apartment was clean and well maintained, walkable to colosseum and other main attractions and metro is across the road if you don’t want to walk. The area around the station can be quite daunting due to many homeless people and various men hanging around outside the apartment we were not harassed in anyway though and nothing to do with the property.

Chiara and Chiara's Mom are amazing hosts super kind, thank you Chiara for the tips of places to see in Rome :), the location is perfect if you wanna stay in the city centre close to Termini station, the Coliseum is 20 minutes walking distance and there are nice places to have breakfast close to the apartment. The apartment is 5 minutes from Termini station so perfect location to go around the city.

• Scott (8/5): Lovely room directly across from Roma termini station. - The location can't be beaten. Open your window and there's Roma Termini station in front of you. You can be in the station in a few minutes. Airport buses also arrive and leave from the same location. Communication. There was no advance advice on what the entry system procedure was. I stroll up to the building to find dozens of apartment block buzzers, but no idea of who was the owner. After two phone calls I met the owner outside the front door. Perhaps, by adding her name to the phone number on Booking.com, this would make entry easier, giving guests the option of buzzing the appropriate buzzer at the door. The owner spoke no English which made the meet-up at the door a little more challenging.
