- Aleksandar (10/5): Little pieces of heaven still exist in this world. I'm glad I visited one. - This place was like a dream come true for us. Everything was just perfect and as we wanted. Apartment is exellent with everything you need. Balcony is amazing with a stunning view of the sea. In a few steps from the balcony you are in the water and swim. Beach is not crowded with people and water is crystal clear in the morning hours. Who wants quiet and peaceful vacation this is the right place. We booked only 10 days :-(

- Dan (9/5): Great location - Beach location with direct balcony access, amazing view from the large balcony with access from both rooms, efficient and quiet air conditioning, shampoo and shower gel, two sunbeds and a beach umbrella available, adjustable sun screen on the terrace, easy access from the road and at the same time quiet because the building is located in the second row. The beach is very pleasant, quiet, uncrowded even in high season excepting weekends, shower on the beach. A car is necessary, in 5 minutes you can reach the village of Nea Anchialos where there are grocery stores, taverns, bakeries, Volos is 15 minutes away. Very clean except for the outdated and very worn kitchenette, dirty oven, stove and fridge, expired food in the kitchen cupboards, rancid expired oil from 2021 (we were in July, 2023), expired coffee, rice, flour and snacks. I would have preferred it not to be at all. We had to buy dish sponges, kitchen towels, unexpected purchases for a vacation. Very focused on house rules, but lacking a minimal local tourist guide. Disgusting toilet paper rules, but that's everywhere in the area. A bedroom corner affected by humidity, a lot of storage space filled with the owner's belongings, little space available to the tourist. At least a bottle of water would have been useful for guests arriving on a Sunday when everything is closed in Greece. This was not missing anywhere in other locations, even more so. Avoid the only local tavern nearby, own experience and negative opinions on a dedicated website confirm.
