• Kristy-Anne (9/5): Charming cottage - The cottage was comfortable, clean and with only 1 step each to the verandah and door was good for people with mobility concerns. The 2 bathrooms were excellent One or two single armchairs and more coat-hangers would be perfect.

• Varsha (10/5): - Everything about this place was exceptional! This is a spacious home, perfect for a family with senior citizens and kids to stay comfortably.
• Aliyev (10/5): The best in the area - Rooms are big and fresh. Also, the backyard was very big. My sun loved it Some of the cooking pans weren't in good condition, but we could use others instead. Everything in there was good and clean
• Vjeko (8/5): - The house was clean and had what was needed for our work stay which was 5 nights . The recent renovation did the trick . Split systems were great for heating in winter . 2 bathrooms nice The beds for us were just fine but no assortment of pillows made it a bit hard to sleep , all 4 pillows in each room were the same . A few different options would be nice.
• Ying (8/5): Excellent! - The facilities are fantastic! Easy to find and has everything that we need. The first room on the left has a little smell in it mainly because of the rain and the window can’t be opened.

• Holly (3/5): Disappointing - The cleanliness of the property was a real let down. With live mice in the kitchen on arrival and mouse faeces throughout the kitchen cupboards, stove top, under fridge, in laundry cupboard and on the couch!! Mouse traps provided by property manager. We had to empty another dead mouse out of trap during our stay. Really unhygienic and really needed a deep thorough clean before guests should have been welcomed. Also all half opened sauce bottles in the fridge as well as a cupboard shelf taken up of opened food which was not ours. Microwave needed us to clean it before we could use it. Hosts did offer another property which was nice. Did reimburse a little amount but not one word of an apology from host or property manager.

• Rhonda (9/5): We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. - The house was clean, neat and well-equipped. It was also comfortable and nicely decorated. It was handy having off-street parking behind gate, for 3 vehicles and a spacious back yard for children to play. Little noisy near the train station.
• Rahni (8/5): Cute little house, nicely renovated. - Beautifully renovated, cute. Fairly spacious. Well equipped. I popped down the street to buy a dustpan and brush, just to make it easier to pick up after sweeping. Needs a steamer set, but other than that it had everything we needed.

• Jennifer (9/5): A ‘Gem’ Cottage – look no further ! - Absolutely delightful cottage in all respects – photos & description are an accurate depiction – located 1.5 kms from town centre. Very modern, spacious, well-maintained, spotlessly clean & quiet. Lovely, lawned, back yard area with BBQ, table & seating to enjoy & relax. The cottage was very nicely furnished in a pleasing décor, well-lit, abundant seating area + dining-table & seating for 6, kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, crockery, cookware & utensils - 2 x modern bathrooms, very comfortable bed/s, effective heating units (& also we would expect air-conditioning) & very good wifi. Well stocked with consumables – dish-washing liquid, dish-washer & washing machine ‘tablets’, bathroom accessories etc. – welcome basket of ‘nibbles’ was a very nice touch + heater had been on in anticipation of our arrival. Easily located property address & no-fuss self check-in key-lock-box procedure. Communication with Manager, Tara, was always prompt, helpful & friendly. This wonderful cottage certainly enhanced our 5-night stay in Benalla (in Sept.) – very highly recommended & we will certainly endeavour to secure this accommodation again should we return in the future. Nothing we actually ‘didn’t like’ however we would have appreciated a collapsible luggage rack (like those often provided in hotels) for each of us, in order to place our cases up off the floor & a towel rail in the bathroom to dry our towels.
