• Angela Julie (10/5): Loved this apartment for its accessibility to ALL major must-sees and lots of places to eat. One street back from all th - We loved the central location. The Uffizi and Ponte Vecchi are steps away. Very clean, loved having a washing machine. Amazing shower, slippers and toiletries were provided. The apartment felt quite dark, without very much natural light. Owners did a good job with providing lights inside (tons of different switches for not sure what). We didn’t expect the 10ish steep stairs with no railing in the entrance. Wouldn’t be practical for someone with mobility issues or strollers.
• Deval (8/5): - Edward was accommodating to our arrival time and allowed our entry at 1230. We came straight from the train station, dropped off our luggage, and went on an excursion so that was very helpful. The location is absolutely fabulous. It was close to many of the attractions worth seeing. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk. Having the washing machine was wonderful half way through our trip. The only major attraction that was a far walk was the academia gallery to see the David statue. I personally found the bed mattress to be too hard for me to sleep on comfortably, but of course, that is a subjective thing. I also found it noisy at night from outside noise and ear plugs solved that issue for me. We stayed 4 nights and it would have been nice to have had a cleaning of the room and/or towel exchange half way through our stay. The bathroom vent fan is quite loud and it goes on when the light is on in the bathroom.

Прекрасні апартаменти, наповнені всім необхідним, гостинні господарі, щиро вдячні Ользі за рекомендаціі щодо порядку відвідування визначних місць . Залишились дуже задоволеними з прекрасними емоціями. Рекомендуємо на всі 100%. Такого не має

• Kathleen (9/5): - The location was wonderful. It's in a quiet street, but just a stone"s throw from the Uffizzi and the Ponte Vecchio. It's a very spacious apartment and we felt very comfortable there.. The added bonus was a wonderful restaurant just across the road and a great bar for breakfast or lunch just does the road. We had a problem with the shower the first time we tried to use it. TI reported it, but it was never resolved. We learnt how to use the shower without the handle! A handrail on the stairs would be a good idea.

• Luke (6/5): - Excellent location. Fairly spacious. Some good amenities. Air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom for the duration of our stay, it didn’t really cool the apartment down in the main area either. This was a problem with the current temperatures in Florence, and we would have chosen somewhere else had we known.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made us feel very welcome. Everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. I absolutely recommend staying here — it’s a wonderful place to feel at home during your trip!

The sofa bed was falling apart, the sink did not drain, the above shower head did not work. The bed was extremly uncomfortable.

• Roger (5/5): The management team were helpful prior to our arrival and booked us a taxi upon leaving. The apartment is at 11 not 16, - The location Firstly we thought our stay was at 16, when arriving at 16, we were met then we were taken to 11. This caused some concern we were about to be tricked in some way, but the apartment was as the photos, but it was not a good start to our stay. 2/ the air conditioning was old and not very affective in addition there was a written financial warning about over use. 3/ the sofa was old and worn leather with a fabric throw coving it.4/ the bed frame was creaky. 5/ the toilet seat was loose.

• Tuğba (8/5): Good for a Short Stay - It is in the center of the town, very close to the Ponte Vecchio. Bed and pillows are comfortable. It is inside a palazzo, so it is a different kind of experience for us. Internet is good, they even had the Amazon Prime membership. It has 2 rooms, bedroom area is separated from the kitchen which is a good thing. They had a good coffee machine, and good kitchen stuff if you need to use them. Even if we let the landlord we will arrive at 12:30, we need to wait for him. Weather was very hot, it is not nice to wait for him to arrive outside with the luggages. Adress is wrong, number should be 11 not 16. More toilet paper and shampoo should have been provided for four days of stay. Check-out time is 10:00 am and it is a bit early if you have a late flight like us. When you open the bathroom light, noise from the air conditioning is too loud. It is disturbing. There was very little amount of detergent for the washing machine, so I could not use it. At least a couple of bottled of water could be nice to provide in the fridge. There are stairs to reach out the apartment. It is a bit tiring. A lot of noises coming from the outside since it is in the city center. The faucet head in the bathroom is broken, it needs to be fixed. Like every other air b&b, they just hand out the keys at the first day of your arrival, and do nothing after that.
