Owned by a lovely couple of which we enjoyed every minute of their company and their genuin hospitality. The accomodation was very clean, the garden very well taken care of and breakfast just couldn't be any better. Very generous and appetising! Many thanks to Pam and Roger for being such amazing hosts!!!

The breakfast each morning was top notch and the setting of the breakfast room surrounded by flowers and plants was lovely. Ideally located with a bus stop just outside that we used to get into town. I can't fault it!

The cleanliness and attention to detail are outstanding, making it a truly comfortable and welcoming environment. The space is impeccably maintained, and every corner reflects the care and effort put into making guests feel at home. The hosts, a wonderful husband-and-wife duo, are warm, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. Each morning, they served a delicious, thoughtfully prepared breakfast, which was the perfect start to my day. As someone who travels frequently for work, finding a reliable and comfortable place to stay is essential, and this one has exceeded all my expectations. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking again ,this will be my go-to accommodation for all future trips. Highly recommended! Nothing to dislike .

Proper gentleman. The house and garden were immaculate. The bed was made and the bins emptied everyday. Very warm rooms and very very comfortable beds and pillows.

En-suite room was clean and well decorated, with shower/bath, had many facilities, tea/coffee tray, microwave, mini-fridge, tv, internet etc. Very much a home from home with added bonus of delicious breakfast cooked just for you. Lovely garden available to sit out; though maybe not in England in February, even in winter it was a well tended pleasant view from the window and breakfast room. Good location for exploring Norwich or East Anglia generally. Will be our go to destination for future trips.

I'm glad I did. Roger and his wife are wonderful people. The Rooms are on par with a 5* hotel. ensuite shower and toilet. Coffee and tea making facilities. Smart TV.. lovely plush room. Private parking.. Breakfast.. wow.. take your pick from a great selection. A very warm and welcoming place

The room I stayed in was excellent as are the breakfasts choices. The hosts are wonderful people . Consider this establishment your first choice if you intend a stay in Norwich There is nothing to complain about
• Paul (10/5): Very nice room, close to the airport. - This was the perfect choice for my early-morning flight out of Norwich Airport. A regular bedroom in a private home, spotlessly clean, private bathroom a few steps down the hallway, quiet, cosy and safe. I met Roger for a few short minutes upon arrival and he was the perfect gentleman. Everything was very well thought-out, and I had everything I needed. Taxi to the airport was cheap - around 8GBP. Very professional traditional B&B. Highly recommended.
