Greshow (6/5): No hot water, no AC, parking wasn’t easy. Otherwise it was fine. - I liked the studio apartment. The bed was very comfortable. It had a very nice patio. There were beach cruiser bikes available for my use with a bike lock too! It was a little further from the beach than advertised but still a good location. I had NO hot water in the fabulous looking shower for the 5 days I was there!! I contacted owner and he said he would send a plumber over. Two days later, when I contacted owner for the AC that was not working, he said the hot water problem had been fixed and the AC would be looked at. The AC guy never came and it was unusually hot that week. On my last morning I was looking forward to a nice shower…it lasted 3 minutes and I didn’t get a complete shower. Owner said parking wouldn’t be a problem, it was! There was no designated parking for the property.
