Clean, good location, spacious with all the amenities we needed for our stay (toiletries, washing machine, water, coffee). 10/10 stay!

He has a thorough book with recommendations for restaurants and excursions, etc. He was available throughout the entirety of my trip and even helped me book reservations. Beyond this, his apartment is beautiful - it's spacious, modern and situated conveniently. I can't recommend enough!!!

• Virendra (9/5): Great apartment (9+) hosted by an excellent host ! - Good interaction with Enrico started a couple of days before the stay, made the check-in instructions clear. We were delayed in check-in by an hour but were still met with a smile. Enrico was an excellent host in welcoming us , walking us through the apartment , sharing information about the surroundings and a tip for visiting. Apartment is equipped with nearly everything you would need, generally clean, generous toiletries with a couple of bottles of water in the fridge being helpful to start off. Location has good access to supermarkets and public transport. Information folder is thoughtful. Enrico was responsive even after the stay for a question which I had. * Utensils need to be refreshed - big blemish on an otherwise close to perfect apartment, should be possible quickly with a small investment. * Some black mould between tiles in the bathroom - small blemish to the excellent bathroom * Microwave would be really useful Additional notes : * Need to climb a couple of flights of stairs (for those who have difficulty) - Enrico helped us with our big bag which was much appreciated ! * Strong air condition in living room only , bedroom has a fan. We kept the bedroom door open to help the fan cool the room

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is perfectly located to explore the beautiful city of Florence. It is a quick stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the duomo and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest of which, a delightful cafe bar is situated practically on the door step and is perfect for breakfast or brunch before you head out for the day. The 17th century building that houses the apartment is picture book Italian and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming, providing all the instructions and amenities we could possibly need (with excellent English). We cannot recommend this place enough and will look to stay again on our next visit.

• Maria (9/5): Gracie Mille Benedetta! - Spacious room, netflix available on tv, comfortable beds including the sofa bed (with bed topper), good soap shampoo lotion and conditioner, most of all very hospitable hosts! There were no universal plugs in the room, so Benedetta's brother bought and lent one to us. They also helped us with our luggage since the room is 1 floor up and no lift in the building. We couldn't find a taxi because it was a busy morning when we checked out so Benedetta offered to bring us to the train station. Both siblings are wonderful hosts! (By the way, if you end up staying here, do not forget to eat at La Ghiotta - best Florentine steak I've tasted and superb truffle prosciutto pizza! It was a gem!) I find Florence a bit overpriced for accommodation this included, the location is a bit of a walk to the Duomo. It was a bit noisy. I think bottled water must be included with any room.
• Laura (9/5): Great option in the heart of the city - Excellent location in the heart of the city. Nicely decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly need ( two umbrellas at the door totally saved us from getting soaked!). Spacious and comfortable, we cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive. Also, Netflix was an awesome bonus! We took advantage of the washing machine to wash clothes as it was the mid stop on a long European tour. The apartment was humid and most did not dry over a 2 day period. I recommend not washing clothes or using multiple appliances.
