• Pateri (4/5): D'inverno è sicuramente da sconsigliare - Abbiamo trovato inaspettamente la disponibilità per fare thè caldo e caffè. La posizione ottima a un passo dal Duomo e dal mercato San Lorenzo e in una buona posizione rispetto alla stazione dei treni Abbiamo avuto freddo perché il riscaldamento centralizzato è stato acceso per poche ore e a livelli minimi il primo giorno mentre il secondo giorno è rimasto proprio spento nonostante i 3/4 gradi esterni. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere addirittura altre coperte perché abbiamo sofferto il freddo

• Daniel (6/5): Très bon séjour à Florence avec un hôtel bien situé et calme. Literie correcte. - Nôtre chambre donnant sur un jardin etait très calme. Pas de bruits non plus dans l’établissement. Les odeurs nauséabondes d’égouts présentes dès qu’on rentre dans l’immeuble ; puis dans la chambre et la salle de bain, une odeur, la même qu’on retrouve en ville en plusieurs endroits.

• Ilana (7/5): The missing fridge - The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the location was also great eventually it was a good value for the money. There is a big shared fridge for all the hotel guests, at the day of our check out we left our luggage for storage including some food in the fridge. Everything was fine till that moment. When we returned at noon to the hotel to pick up our staff, the fridge was gone, and there was nobody to help us with that and no one answered to my massages, so we went off without the food, but it was a really unpleasant "surprise".
• Jose Maria (4/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, ideal para visitar la ciudad y con fácil acceso al transporte público. el cuarto de aseo de nuestra habitación era muy, pero muy pequeño, lo que lo hacía bastante incómodo. Además, las instalaciones de la propia habitación son algo antiguas y la entrada al edificio del hotel tenía malos olores.

• Guest (3/5): Bed bugs suck. Get protective cover. Had a horrible experience - Everything was fine until after the first morning. Our 2nd night when we check each other we realized our problem. The twin beds had bed bugs. We then tried to layer our beds with extra sheets that they had and then we wore full clothing for extra protection. It helped but then to make worse the ac went off. Overall we had 2 bad nights. Those mattresses need to go. I hope no one else sleeps in that room until that problem is fixed
• protic (8/5): - O local é relativamente perto de tudo e da pada andar a cidade toda a pé, bem proximo a estacao firenze santa maria, o que facilitou mto para conhecer outras cidades. A geladeira que eles disponibilizam ajuda mto tb. O banheiro é muito pequeno, fora isso ela serve perfeitamente para poucos dias.

• Valeria (7/5): Tre notti a Firenze - Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia economy, con il senno di poi totalmente inadatta per trascorrere tre notti a Firenze. La porta del bagno non si apriva del tutto (il letto impediva di aprirla completamente). Camera molto spartana, senza comodini ma con solo una piccola scrivania. Non avevamo spazio per muoverci, dovendo mettere le valigie a terra. Abbiamo fatto presente questo alla proprietaria dell'hotel che ci ha fatto cambiare stanza il giorno dopo, dandoci un'altra doppia economy ma un pochino più spaziosa della nostra. Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'host, per questo ho dato un voto più alto di quanto la struttura meriterebbe. Posizione ottima Il bagno è molto piccolo e non è presente il bidet Sconsiglierei di soggiornare nelle stanze economy, veramente molto anguste

• Nathaly (8/5): Todo bien. - Muy cerca a la Estación del Tren y a las atracciones turísticas. Cama cómoda, limpiaban todos los dias. Estuvieron siempre en contacto por wsp. Ofrecían té en el lobby. No hay ascensor en el edificio (aclaro que ellos nos avisaron). De igual manera puede ser algo incómodo para las personas que llevan maletas pesadas. La habitación que me tocó fue algo pequeña, y casi no había espacio para abrir las maletas, porque éramos 2 personas. El baño un poquitin pequeño e incómodo al momento de bañarse, pero nada grave.

• Marina (7/5): Buena localización para un par de noches - Buena localización, cerca de la estación y cerca del centro. La habitación estaba limpia y nos la dieron antes de la hora del check-in. Armarios y ventanas grandes. El baño era muy pequeño y raro, la cortina de la ducha era vieja y tenía moho. Las camas pequeñas e incómodas y almohadas muy finas.

• Jeremy (10/5): If you want absolutely no frills, and I mean none, then this place worked fine. Walking distance to everywhere!! Not dis - The location was excellent. I liked the neighborhood. Good communication between the staff and I. Good shower with a fan in the bathroom! This is a challenge in a lot of places in Italy but not at Genesi. Great shower!! Daily room cleaning!! Heritage building, had a bit of a smell to it. Very, very basic accommodations.
• Pascal (6/5): Je dirai que cet hôtel offre une prestation acceptable mais qui représente le minimum engagé au plan du confort. - La proximité avec le centre historique. Cet hôtel ressemble plus à un Air B&B qu’à un hôtel, même si tout a bien fonctionné. Il n’y a pas d’accueil par un humain, les clés sont dans une key-box, l’ascenseur de l’immeuble n’est pas accessible aux « touristes » donc deux étages à grimper à pied, l’éclairage très violent dans la chambre.

Silenzioso. senza ascensore e' un po' dura per chi ha bagaglio pesante. Odore sgradevole ogni tanto...ma e' tipico di quasi tutte le vecchie strutture fiorentine. Ho rimediato con una candela profumata!
