• Roman (8/5): Зручне місцерозташування, чисто. Два санвузлі. Є все необхідне. Але мабуть наступного разу ми б взяли апартаменти на дру - Місцерозташування. Дуже зручно, що навпроти супермаркет, і в 1 хвилині пляж. В перший і другий день як ми заїхали, був дуже сильний різкий запах миючих засобів. Далі або вивітрювалось або ми просто перестали його відчувати. Було дуже важко дихати, запах відчувався навіть в горлі. Всі 5 днів вікна не зачинялись. Було не приємно бо з нами була маленька дитина якій довелося цим теж дихати.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Muy luminoso y limpio. Paseo agradable hasta el centro. Posibilidad de bus. Los ruidos del tejado que molestan a la noche.

• Martos (6/5): Recomendado con algún matiz - La ubicación y estaba todo bastante cuidado. Camas cómodas y buena impiedad. Esta muy bien para jna estancia corta. Cuando se reserva y ves las fotos, dichas fotos son de varios apartamentos y están mezcladas y piensas que tiene una pequeña terraza y asi lo pensé yo. Nos tocó un apartamento bajo con olor a humedad. Nos pusieron dos toallas grandes y una pequeña para una pareja pero sin toalla de mano. El segundo baño era antiguo. Falta presión en el agua. En ambos baños falta luz. Nos dejaron dos botellas de agua pero nos dijeron que estaba preparado para 4. Cuando reclamamos toallas, enseguida nos dieron.

• Seiser (5/5): - Die Nähe zum Strand ist gut. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett, alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Appartement war sauber und es gab alles was man brauchte für einen Kurzurlaub, schöne Küche, Rollo und Außenrollo. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, Busstation eine Gasse drüber ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider ist die gesamte Promenade von Pedregalejo eine einzige Baustelle, da diese erneuert wird. Es gibt wenige Lokale die offen haben und in diesen isst man hinter Baustellengitter. Appartement riecht etwas modrig und feuchte Luft. Grundsätzlich eine ruhige Straße, aber Verkehr und Nachbarn deutlich hörbar in der Nacht. Betten waren leider nicht meins, Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und ich habe mich beim Schlafen nicht wohlgefühlt. Abfluss der Dusche riecht sehr nach Abwasser.
• Nicole (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sofort am Strand und mit dem Bus ist es easy nach Màlaga zu fahren. Den Balkon haben wir sehr geschätzt und oft draussen gefrühstückt, wobei die Papageien über unsere Köpfe hinweg geflogen sind-echt mega! Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich direkt gegenüber, das war ebenfalls ein ganz tolles Plus! Alvaro meldet sich bei Fragen zeitnah zurück und war ein toller Gastgeber, gracias! Etwas vermisst haben wir in der Küche einen Backofen oder wenigstens eine etwas grössere Bratpfanne. Mit den vorhandenen Utensilien war es eher schwer selber was zu kochen. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig im Treppenhaus und unsere Nachbarn waren leider sehr laut (Türen knallen, lautes Geschrei usw.). Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und angenehm.

• ALF (5/5): Good location but dangerous door and no parking. - Location is good, and so was the air conditioned, thanks god! The apartment was clean. There are some important cons: 1) it is impossible to find parking anywhere near. 2) the shower plate is ridicoulously small and uncomfortable. A pity. Not up to the standard of the apartment. The hook was broken, you cannot shower properly, you have to hold the shower in your hand. And water does not come out well, c'mon dude, buy a new shower telephone! 3) BIG SECURITY CONCERN: The handle of the entrance dooe is mounted reversed, i.e.: the handle is on the outside, and there is no handle inside. That means that you cannot open the door from the inside without the key. In case of emergency, if you do not have the key you are trapped inside. On the other hand, if you do not lock the door from inside, anyone from outside int eh street come just walk up to the door and open it with the outside handle. Just imagine you are sleeping and there is a fire. In the panic, you have to find first the keys, then open the door before scaping. But if you do not lock the door, anyone can enter the apartment while you sleep. CHANGE THAT DOOR !!
• Alicia (7/5): Acogedor, limpio y bien equipado - Muy limpio, bonito y equipado En booking se anuncian las fotos con terraza y es lo que yo hubiera querido, ya que el apartamento no tenía. Parece ser que en el edificio, según comprobé, hay varios apartamentos más y alguno si la lleva. La pena es que en la página no especifica ni permite elegir uno u otro.

Стълбите бяха опасни, както и стъкленото перило и двете стъклени масички, които бяха изключително нефункционални, а с дете съвсем.

Además hay un supermercado justo enfrente. En poco más de 10 minutos estás en el centro en taxi.

Supermarket across the street, bus station 5 min walk. In the shower the water tenperature was changing often. The walls are not thick enough, very good to hear the neighbours.

• Karen (9/5): Tiny but clean and new. - Clean, Netflix/prime, blackout shades in one bedroom, washer… Definitely not enough storage like hooks on the walls, shelves, no toilet paper holder in bathroom, etc-though bedroom did have plenty of storage. Would’ve been nice to have paper towels and more than one roll of toilet paper for 10 days. As well, no starter set of dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent and only 3 trash bags. This was easily rectified with less than 15 euros so not a deterrent to staying here, just would have been nice to have.
• Viljon (9/5): Superb - Location was great with a big supermarket just in front and less than 1 min away from the beach, very responsive host and it has everything you need including AC in every room. Not very baby/toddler friendly as there was 2 glass panels on the top of the stairs by the entry. Would be great if instead there would be a wooden frame with a small door just to keep the toddlers from running to the stairs. Beds of second room very noisy.

• Marian (8/5): once we got access it was a very relaxing and easy holiday. perfect location - beautiful decor..near beach shops and restaurants..easy bus ride to Malaga. we were 2 people and size was just right. code for access should be sent the day before..a bit noisy at the front. more hangers and a long mirror.. otherwise perfect

Malaga is a beautiful city.. will return to explore on a cooler month! - the proximity to the beach and beach bars & restaurants … not to mention the supermarket!! the lock on the door was very difficult to manage. a full length mirror would be a nice addition and a second clothes rack for drying clothes on the window outside. more space in the “blue “ room for hanging / storing clothes.
