silvia1983 (9/5): Un ottimo alloggio per visitare Napoli - La posizione, la pulizia, la gentilezza dei gestori. Difficoltà con l'app nello sbloccare l'accesso all'appartamento all'arrivo. Problema risolto grazie all'aiuto del gestore.
Ilaria (8/5): Napoli merita sempre! - Luciano e Lisa sono host molto attenti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. L'appartamento è molto bello e funzionale, inoltre è molto silenzioso e credo insonorizzato, che per una famiglia con tre bambine piccole non guasta! In conclusione, consiglio vivamente Luciano e Lisa e sicuramente torneremo a contattarli se passeremo nuovamente per Napoli! L'unica pecca (comune a molti alloggi) è la mancanza di una lavastoviglie.

Joelle (10/5): Amazing stay! - The place is beautiful! The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, lots of natural light and are newly renovated, equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and air conditioning. It's also very good if you need to work remotely, with a very reliable wifi and a comfortable desk. I really enjoyed the balcony and the city view! It's very well located, close from the sea front, lots of good restaurants, cafes, bars and cute shops. The owners are lovely and always ready to help. I highly recommend the place, I really had a good time and would come back anytime!

Setarehsh (9/5): It was one of the best places I have ever booked. - We spent 4 nights in Naples. The first night we resided at another accommodation in the city center. That accommodation was noisy at night and not clean, so we spontaneously booked Domus SIRENA for the rest of our stay in the city, for 3 days and nights. Domus SIRENA indeed met our expectations. It was nice and clean. It generally felt very homey. It was well-equipped and the kitchen knives were sharp. There were a couple of supermarkets around. One of them was even open on Sunday. The mattress was firm and comfortable. There was barely any noise from outside. The staff, Lisa and Alessio, were friendly and helpful. Alessio offered to drive us to the apartment and, if needed to other places, and the compensation would have been calculated based on the distance. Our apartment was pleasantly furnished and the colors went well together. We like the innovative way of opening all the doors through an app instead of having a key chain. We do not have a lot of complaints about Domus SIRENA. Except for the instability of the water temperature during a shower, especially if another person has showered immediately before.

Nasser (10/5): Great place and the best host ever - I have been in Italy for 13 incredible days, staying in various hotels and apartments along the way. This apartment is truly the most beautiful place we've had the pleasure of sleeping in; it surpasses even the luxury of the 5-star hotels we've experienced. The room is incredibly attractive, exuding a sense of quiet elegance and cleanliness. What stands out the most is the comfort we felt knowing how secure the entrance and doors were. Plus, it's conveniently located near one of the best restaurants 50 Kalo (obviously after L’antica) and many other delightful spots. Moreover, if I ever return to Napoli, I will absolutely book this room again, not just because it’s incredible, but also because of the warmth and kindness of our host, Annalisa. Her welcoming spirit and unwavering support throughout our stay—and even before we arrived in beautiful Naples—created an experience that truly touched my heart There is one small thing I would change about the property: It seems to be a common issue across all apartments and hotels in Italy—there are no slippers in the room. Jie (1/5): A terrible place and even more terrible landlord. Very bad experience. We paid them, but they even asked us to do things - The location is not bad, close to the sea. 1. The check-in process is really uncomfortable. The place is really hard to find! We can’t find the door and the property didn’t provide any instructions for the room. After we reach the room we could not open the door. The communication with the landlord is also hard. 2. The facility is bad. The room is divided from an apartment and very small which is not like the picture shows. The bathroom does not have the door, and the water splits everywhere when having the shower. They use the tank to hold the water from air conditioning and we have to empty it by ourselves. We even have been blamed for forgetting empty it. I never experienced such things through all my life. I guess the change of the landlord’s attitude started from we refusing his expensive so-called service but actually is all about making more money from the customers. 3. The service and the attitude of the owner is really bad. At first the owner already contacted us through the WhatsApp and said he can provide the airport shuttle service for 50 Euros, and claimed that there is no bus to the apartment but actually there is Alibus from airport to city center for 5 Euros . He even didn’t tell us who he is and we thought he is just a liar. After we arrived, and we can’t get in touch with the landlord to open the door, he contacted me and told me how to open it through the WhatsApp and never showed up. Which means, he never thought about providing better service but making more money from customers. 4. The person who rent the room even want to charge the customers for not emptying the tank of the air conditioning, and didn’t allow us turn on the air conditioning for the whole day.
