The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. The owner was absolutely lovely and very helpful. We will definitely stay again in the future.

• Con (9/5): - the location is great. Right on the town waterfront. A few mins stroll to the ferry. Lovely balcony to have your drinks at night overlooking the town which comes alive at night. Good parking options nearby at night for car rental. We would definitely book this place again if we came to Skopelos. .

• Jean (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful historic building - The location of the apartment is perfectly situated. Very easy to find when getting off the ferry, made even easier by the video sent on what’s app by Machi. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats in the harbour and people walking by was perfect. The apartment is very well equipped and clean, there’s even a little dishwasher. The ONLY criticism I have is the late night noise from a nearby bar with music playing until 3am which unfortunately is something the apartment owners are unable to control. I am a light sleeper so had taken ear plugs with me which helped. Would I return? Most definitely!!! Would I recommend the apartment? Absolutely!!! ONLY the Late night bar music

• Yvonne (10/5): Fabulous location at the heart of the town - Loved the location at the heart of the harbour, perfect for watching the comings and goings on the water. Roof top terrace was a bonus too with its sun loungers, table and chairs. Apartment was well equipped. Host Maachi was lovely and eager to make our stay just perfect. Would definitely return.

• Libor (8/5): Very nice port apartament, good for exploring the town. - tha place is great, you can sit on the balcony and watch life at the port. All the apartament is spacefull, well equiped and has ambience of past times. I would really like to evaluate this accomodation 10 instead of 8. But the only problem is noise. Somebody reported previously, that is was OK. For me it was a bit over, as the bar nearby seemed the most loud place at the port and they played very loud music till 02.00. So if you do not mind this and you want to feel the port atmosphere, than it is the best place for you. The owner was otherwise very nice and heplful and everything went smoothly. noise from close bars.

• Julie (10/5): Everything you need and more - The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is very well located. Skopelos is a beautiful island and this makes a great base. The balcony view is wonderful and a perfect way to watch the world go by. Machi was so helpful, she regularly checked to make sure everything was going well and the water, juice and treats she provided were most welcomed. The video she shared on accessing the property was very informative and made the whole process easy. Because it’s so well located you are in between two restaurants and next door to a bar but closing the doors drowns out the majority of the noise but saying that it would not stop me from returning to the apartment
• Ana (10/5): Amazing place - I cannot begin to tell how lovely this experience was. Since we got of the ferry the place was easy to find. The owner, the most lovely person ever. She send us a video how to find the place and all the instructions necessary. We also got recommendations for where to go and what to do around the island of Skopelos, just an amazing experience. The place is clean and big and you have everything you need. And after a day of wondering around the island, you come home and enjoy a drink on the balcony, looking at the people on the street, you feel like home. -

Machi, who managed our stay, was and absolute gem: on the day of arrival, she had left water and orange juice in the fridge for our breakfast, and informed us of everything we needed to know very clearly. She also left recommendations for our stay, which were very helpful and informative, and was really attentive throughout our stay. On our last day, she very kindly gifted us some delicious homemade sweets; it was a lovely gesture and it made our experience even more special! This trip was a birthday gift for my mother, and Machi certainly helped to make it as perfect as I wanted it to be! There was nothing to dislike, everything was fantastic!

We received juice and wine in our arrival as well as supe - Centrally located in the Old City, so just a short walk to just about everywhere. Lovely views of the harbour and surrounding mountains. Very clean and spacious for a family of four.

• Grania (9/5): Excellent apartment. Central and spacious with gorgeous views over the Port ❤️ - Perfect location. Good size. Right on port Main Street. Gorgeous views. Fantastic host. Kitchen well stocked. Very little! Just a little noisy initially as close to a bar that plays load music till early hours, but we did get used to it and managed to sleep through it.
• Darren (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for restaurants and bars. Very friendly islanders. Great beaches to visit, provided you have transport. Crystal clear and clean waters. You need sea shoes as all beaches are with pebbles. Beautiful green island. The closest beach was disappointing.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Well postion in the old port of skopelos with views of the harbour with many bars & restaurants nearby & there was never too much noise , The air-conditioned apartment had a well equipped kitchen if you needed to use it for making any meals but I'm on holiday so we went out for meals . We had a taxi 17 euros to amazing Limnonari beach ( bus was 5 euro's each but with 1/2 mile walk from main road ) The Apanemo restaurant on the beach had fantastic food with plenty of seating & very clean toilets bedroom was small but the rest of the apartment was big
• James (9/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment overlooking the harbour - I went in October, out of season, when the price was very low for such a sizeable apartment in a lovely location overlooking the harbour. The living area is very big, the kitchen well equipped, air conditioning effective, and a washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor, but access is directly from a cute alley to the rear which you can reach with very few stairs. The Wi-Fi was ineffective, but Marilena was very quick to identify an alternative solution, which was better. You’ll probably find cuter, more atmospheric apartments in the extremely pretty back streets of Skopelos, but this apartment was perfect for me, with its size, location, views, facilities and price. Not related to the apartment, but if you go out of season - October onwards - the bus service is extremely limited, so - unless you hire a car/scooter - you’ll need to look at a bus/taxi combo to go to the beaches.
• Eleni (9/5): Loved every minute of it !! - The location and view from the balcony are probably the best in Skopelos town. Right in the harbour area, full of bars, restaurants and shops, but set back slightly from the road so that it was quiet at night. As there is no elevator, assistance with getting our luggage up a narrow flight of stairs to the apartment on arrival was appreciated. However, despite us specifically requesting this, no assistance was provided on our departure, even though we offered to pay for it. As we are not youngsters, this was quite an issue for us.

Good value for money Smokers under the balcony, motorbike and scooter noise from the balcony. We rented this apartment as it was a ‘pay at the property ‘ place. Half of the cost was taken from our credit card 1 week before we got there and the other half on the day we arrived. We didn’t authorise that. We were going to pay for it using another credit card, so we were a bit annoyed.

An excellent base to see the Town. Town Nightlife noise on a Friday night a little lively!

• Neil (10/5): perfect position, well equipped apartment - loved it! - We absolutely loved our stay at Faros Coastal Apartment which overlooks the harbour & is very close to the ferry. The apartment is large with a lovely balcony from which to watch activities in the port. Safa met us nearby for check-in & was very friendly & helpful. The apartment has everything you could need except coffee & sugar, & the kitchen has an extensive array of cooking utensils. Though we didn’t cook it was handy for breakfast & salads. There is even a dishwasher & washing machine. We were too late in the season for tours & the buses were reduced to only leaving at 7.00 & 1.15 (none at weekends), returning straight away. Ferries were reduced & most of the restaurants etc had closed. We would definitely return to this accommodation & highly recommend it. Nothing
