• Marina (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione L entrata del palazzo assolutamente da migliorare e basterebbe solo un po' di buona volontà. Pulizia dell appartamento non precisa. Il ragazzo che avrebbe dovuto rispondere in caso di domande, non ha risposto
• herpeter957 (10/5): Nagyszerű szállás remek helyen - Tágas és kényelmes lakás akár hosszabb ott tartózkodásra is. Csöndes utca, nyugodt környék, de mégis központi helyen, a Piazza Cavour közelében. A szállástól a Cavourig rengeteg kis bolt, pékség, zöldséges, utcai piac, étkezesi lehetőség. A Cavour túloldalán pedig kezdődik a történelmi városmag, ami így akár gyalogosan is bejárható. A hosszan elnyúló tér egyik végében a Linea 2 Metró "Cavour", a másik végében a Linea 1 Metró "Museo" állomása. Utóbbi mellett található az Archeológiai Múzeum. A múzeum előtti buszmegállóból több járattal is eljuthatunk a Capodimonte Múzeumhoz, vagy pl. S Gennaro katakombájához. A metrókkal pedig a központi pályaudvarra, a királyi negyedbe, de akár Pozzuoliba vagy Pompeibe ki is. Olyan, ami kimondottan nem tetszett, nem volt. Esetleg a konyhafelszerelést lehetne kicsit bővíteni (fakanál, húsfogó, tésztakiszedő, csészealj, ilyesmik). Viszont a 2. emelet lift nélkül egyeseknek esetleg gondot okozhat. Jómagam sem örültem neki, de a sok-sok pozitívum miatt bevállaltam.
• Ana (9/5): - Well located in a very lively local neighbourhood of Napoli. Very comfortable apartment and staff was always available to reply to our query. Kitchen fully equipped if one wants to cook a quick meal. Highly recommended.
• OGD (9/5): - Sehr netter Empfang von Osvaldo, wir durften früher rein und etwas länger bleiben. Toll dass man das Leitungswasser trinken kann. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Rione Sanità, Altstadt, MANN Museum, und nicht weit gibt es 2 Metros und Bus, und ums Eck eine der besten Pasticcerien (Poppella) und daneben sehr gute Pizzeria. In der Wohnunghabenwirunssehr wohlgefühlt. . Es war erwartungsgemäß wirklich laut durch den Verkehr ringsum, aber wir haben im sehr bequemen Bett gut geschlafen, z.T. mit Ohrstöpseln. Was uns wirklich gestört hat war das Treppenhaus, unten stehen innen bestialisch stinkende Mülltonnen mit Fliegen, wir sind mit angehaltenem Atem immer bis in den 1. Stock gerannt, ab da ging es wieder. Auch das Treppenhaus war ungepflegt und der Schmutz wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gesäubert. Und für 8 Nächte (!) hatten wir gerade 1 Set Handtücher und Bettwäsche und noch nicht einmal Waschmittel zum selber waschen. Das haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Der Safe war auch nicht zu öffnen/benutzen und in der Waschmaschine fanden wir nasse Männerwäsche, die wir trocknen und zur Seite legen mussten. Das wird offensichtlich nicht kontrolliert.
• Wolfgang (8/5): Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen - Sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Metro und Geschäfte in der Nähe.
• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - The unit is nice. The hosts were not great. We stayed here for two weeks. We were two people and we were told there was only one key when we asked for a second one from the person who let us in the unit. We later found our from a neighbour that we could access the unit via a code but we were never given it. It was rather logistically annoying to have to coordinate coming home, especially after we were told there was more than one way to enter. The host only checked in with us to ask for the taxes. In two weeks, we were never messaged again until after we checked out and when I mentioned the key, she said there WAS a second key bit again, we nada. We also had two separate bookings for the unit that were back to back. We expected a cleaning service since we paid the cleaning fee twice and again, nothing. When I mentioned this at the end, they told us we would receive 70€ refund for the cleaning that never happened and over a month later we haven’t received it. They also left only two rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks and they do not have any extras like salt, pepper, laundry detergent, oil etc. When we asked about that, they told us it wasnt legal to provide these th ings in Italy. I can say that I work in tourism in Italy and that was a blatant lie. We’ve stayed in other places in Naples where the hosts were incredible and this wasn’t one of them. The worst part was that at the end of our stay, the hosts asked us to give them a 5 star review. Lol Like, they felt entitled to ask for that. Wild! Lols Find a better spot! Trust me!

• Ripsime (10/5): Good location, cozy and spacious apartment! - The apartment is very spacious and cozy, it had all the accommodations that we needed. Each room has windows, and 2 of them even have balconies which was a pleasant addition for us as we liked having a coffee break there. There are air conditioners in every room (we needed to heat the rooms as we stayed there in early March). The location is strategically very good, it is very close to the metro line and a train line stations (Museo and Piazza Cavour stations), also there is a bus stop near, from where we could easily go to the airport. The apartment is close to the Centro Storico, which is really nice as well! The staff is very punctual and friendly. We were hosted by Federica who was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, also helped us a lot with pointing out how to get to the famous attraction sites from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here!

• Radu (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. It was a bit cold in apartment. 19 *C. As outside was raining, an the temperature was aroun 10 C degrees we had no chanse to dry the towels. The furniture ( the chairs and the bed) seems that need to be replaced. The ecological leather flakes off. Tha water heater system broke down. It was a problem with the water pressure..but..anyway, it was unpleasant to take shower with cold water. We fixed the problem by ourthelves.

• Iryna (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice and spacious, fully equipped with almost everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. There is a small balcony in each of the three rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space. Irrespective of the fact there is almost all you need, there are couple of things that might be really nice to have in the apartment as guests arrive: like some salt, seasonings and oil in the kitchen, as well as detergent in the bathroom. Otherwise the place is almost perfect. Location is very uhm…authentic which I did not like at first glance but sensed the vibe of the neighborhood area very soon, especially in the mornings with its fish and fruit market and at night with authentic little bars :-)

• Beata (9/5): Superb - Very nice and well-equipped apartment near the historic center. Despite the fact that it is a relatively busy neighborhood, the noise did not disturb us at night. Only one towel for 6 nights and no dishwashing detergent.
