• Michael (9/5): Praktisch, einfach, sauber. - Super freundliches Personal. Es wird durchgehend gereinigt und auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Alles sehr praktisch und einfach. Kleine Gemeinschafts-Küchenecke, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank. Sehr nah zum Strand, Shops und Restaurants.

• Nicolas (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable hostel. Great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and everything was easy and relaxed. Perfect for a short stay in Puerto del Carmen. I would stay again. Nothing major, everything was very good for the price.

• Bernard (8/5): Most enjoyable, superb area, made loads of friends. - Staff were lovely (as always), standards were excellent. The damned room keys, guaranteed 2 minutes wasted trying to get it to work. Never found the secret! Did not like the price over £950 for two weeks was way over the top, I've now found better options, may not return on that basis alone.

• lorraine (8/5): I would definitely recommend this hostel , yes you don’t get a en-suite but if only staying for one night it wasn’t so m - I loved the staff they were super friendly and polite and helpful . It was my husbands birthday and they arranged balloons and decorations for his room , which was so kind and a really lovely touch . The location was perfect for old town check in and out was easy . Rooms were dated but clean as were bathrooms but for price no complaints Might of been my mistake but I was sure I booked a double bed instead of a twin which I received , but wasn’t a problem as was only staying one night and we pushed beds together

• Morgane (7/5): Pratique et bien situé - Chambre propre. Ménage fait tous les jours avec draps de bain changés. Ventilo dans la chambre, nécessaire car chaleur ++. Personnel agréable et bienveillant ! Hostel très bien situé < 5min de la plage, <10min du centre ville avec resto/bars/magasins. La terrasse est vraiment un + (surtout que pas vraiment de salle commune) Pas vraiment de partie commune hormis la terrasse. Juste un canapé dans un coin de la cuisine. J’ai été surprise le 2eme jour quand je suis rentré et que ma chambre avait été nettoyé/rangé sans que j’ai mis l’écriteau pour. Passage quotidien, à savoir si vous voulez ranger vos affaires.

• Wei (7/5): It’s OK experience for budgeting travelers. But don’t expect too much. - The location is good, the facilities are OK, and the toilet and the shower room is clean, that’s very good. And the staff is very friendly. The sound isolation is so bad, you can even hear the next room guess open the television and their conversation. The door opening and closing are too noisy. Also, I stay there two nights, and not have a hot water for showers one time, you can choose either icy water and cold water

The mall is just 3 minutes away, all the restaurants is 2 mins away, the beach is just at the front. What else can you say.. The shared kitchen, but I don't mind. Oh the room is not sound proof. And the other door is keep banging.. I think it is the toilet from the outside when the other people use it, they doesn't care when they close it. Especially at night time... It is too noisy...

• aiman (9/5): Love the place - The room, the cleanliness, the staff, the location all great! I'm coming again next month! Small fridge upstairs, hard to manage space as people checkout and leave their stuff there. The balcony could use an additional table. Minor issues, but space for improvement.

• Sarah (8/5): - Perfectly adequate room, small but everything you could want. Access to the lovely roof terrace with a view of the sea. Basic kitchenette available, with a real coffee machine and free coffee pods. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. No view from the window in my bedroom, so kept the curtains closed all the time, but the views from the roof terrace made up for it. I found other guests coming back nighttime were quite noisy, I'm not a 'going out late' person but if you are you probably wouldn't notice this.
