• Flynnic (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Lovely receptionist, quick check-in. A lovely hotel overlooking the Med. Spotless, quiet and comfortable 10 minute walk to town along the prom. A fantastic view from the room. Great value. No tea making facilities or iron in room, but there is a fridge, so bring a kettle.

• John (5/5): Decent but a negative end to the stay. - Location and view were beautiful. Room was decent, a bit dated but clean and secure. They nickel and dimed me, demanded an extra €30 for parking as I was leaving. Parking fees weren't mentioned when I parked and there was no sign or documentation, so this felt cheap and sleazy. The hotel was not fully open, bar/restaurant was closed, sun deck was closed.

• Human (3/5): A risky choice - Convenient location right next to the sea. Rather an old building without special renovation outlays, but it's hard to complain. A very dishonest senior employee at the reception, a Spaniard with glasses. He didn't want to give my friend the sweatshirt he had left at the reception desk. Only the ringing phone that was in my pocket revealed the location of the tracksuit already hidden behind the bar. Very unsightly, thieving behavior. Watch out for valuable items.
• Gilberto (8/5): good hotel and location - For a two stars hotel it is a deal, because is of higher quality and is located in front at la Concha beach, the best in Oropesa. The rooms are quite big, clean and with fridge, internet tv, air dryer - the wi-fi is good. The beds are confortable and the bathrooms with large shower. Not brand new but much better than other superior hotels, I recommend it In summer the parking in the street is paying

• Adele (8/5): Fantastic! Great location, clean rooms, brilliant stay :) - Location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach, shops and restaurants within seconds from the hotel. Rooms are basic and dated, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming:) Very little. The air conditioning unit is very loud and is turned off on a Sunday for a few hours. The staff speak very little English, we got by with the help of google translate, but that isn’t their issue it’s ours.

• Tamas (10/5): A 2-star hotel beyond all expectation! Highly recommended! - This place was beyond all our expectations. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice room, great and comfy bed, amazing terrace. The beach is basically steps away. The sunset from the terrace is breathtaking. Hard to mention anything bad when you felt yourself very well. A hair dryer would have been nice and we needed to wait a bit for the hot water under the shower. But thanks to the friendly staff, the location, and the whole atmosphere, the overall experience was very good.

• K (8/5): Good for those on a budget, right at the beach. - The hotel is great for the stars it has, the room was simple and furniture a bit old if you care about this stuff, but clean and tidy and even had a view over the sea, so hearing the waves at night was a luxury. It's 15 min walk from the train station and is in the middle of a busy street with restaurants etc. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. If you're on a budget - this is ok to book, literally like 2 minutes walk to the beach. It's simple but has Aircon so that's all you need. The receptionist was nice, i don't know if she speaks English as I speak Spanish. Ok for solo traveler or couples on a budget. I can't ask for more from this type of hotel. I stayed for a week and it was comfortable, i maybe would have liked the bedsheets to be changed at least once but probably i should have asked. Also one thing if you care about the light - there's no bedside light, so all switches turn on the overhead light basically. For me it wasn't an issue.
