• Stoyan (10/5): - Хотелът се намира на главен булевард и удобен достъп с автомобил. В съседство има голям паркинг със свободен достъп. Няма такова. В стаята нямаше балкон.
• Temenuzhka (4/5): Very poorly maintained room! - The only positive was the great view from the balcony of the apartment! Very poorly maintained room! Upon arrival we found an ant infestation in the living room (there was a very dirty carpet that was also covered with ants). Most of the electricity outlets were teared from the walls. The bed was extremely squeaky and the color of the mattress itself was dirty brown. The bathroom was moldy and the was no plastic covers on the air ventilation in it, just brown plastic pipe, that comes out of the walls (unfunctional and ugly). Very early in the morning the room started to fill with smells from the kitchen, which was kind of annoying. The breakfast was just the top of the cherry pie. You have choose what kind of breakfast do you want for your stay and at what time do you want to be ready, there was 5 options. I pick "Omelette" option and what I get was 2 egg omelette with some cheese in it and half a small tomato. That was my breakfast. The second day I just skipped the breakfast.

Faptul că au un mic colț pentru copii, cu jocuri și lego, a fost minunat. Mâncarea gustoasă, personalul amabil. Faptul că nu aveau feon sau un dispozitiv de uscat parul.

Первый раз встретила в Болгарии такой скудный завтрак. Если выбрали в меню сендвич-то будет ТОЛЬКО сендвич. Если омлет- то только омлет. Нет ни печенек, ни булочек, ни масла к чаю, ни овощей и фруктов.

Nu au locuri de parcare, este o parcare fix langa dar apartine blocurilor si daca ai noroc, gasesti loc, daca nu, nu. Intre hotel si mare sunt niste lacuri si seara adormi pe acorduri de broscute 🤭 deci este destul de galagios seara! Nu au masuta si scaune pe balcon. Pt cazare in extra sezon- au caldura de la aerul conditionat ceea ce poate fi destul de neplăcut pentru ca nu toata lumea poate dormi cu aerul conditionat pornit! Desi am gasit geamul deschis in camera si destul de frig, s-a incalzit bine in 2-3 ore cat am fost noi la masa in oras dar peste noapte s-a facut destul de frig pentru că nu am putut dormi cu ac pornit!

Ozellikle 22:00’den sonra otel restoranindan gelen gurultu neredeyse uyutmayacak seviyedeydi. Kutlama vardi tamam ancak butun gurultu odalara gidiyor ve otelin buna izin veriyor olmasi inanilmaz. Asagi inip kendimiz uyarmak zorunda kaldik tesmen bagirip cagiranlari.

• snm (1/5): Hotel is quite small and nothing like the photos. It was a terrible night because of the party. - The hotel was clean and close to the city center. However, it’s not a place I would stay at for the following reasons: There was a party at the hotel on the night we stayed. The hotel is very small, and the noise was unbearable. From 9 p.m. until 2 a.m., we couldn’t sleep because of the loud music and children shouting. We went there to rest, but instead we woke up very tired. Why would anyone stay in a hotel where they can’t sleep? For this reason alone, I’m giving it only 1 point. The hotel is old and the rooms are quite small. The atmosphere is nothing like what is shown in the photos. The so-called “city view” rooms actually face an old building. At breakfast, the omelet tasted like it had been reheated, and the boiled eggs were cold. The parking is not owned by the hotel, and we could barely find a spot when we arrived around 7 p.m.

• Teichmeister (10/5): Es gibt keine Überraschungen - Einfach nett. Das Personal, das Zimmer, das Ambiente. Es ist tatsächlich, wie es in den Bewertungen der anderen steht. Die Dusche ist nicht dicht, das Frühstück ist gut aber viel zu wenig und ein Buffet wäre ratsam, das Bett war seltsam weich und ungewohnt. Warum ich gesamt doch gerne eine gute Bewertung abgeben möchte, ist, weil der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel trotz der kleinen Mängel wirklich gut, gemütlich, entspannend und nett war. Der fehlende Lift und der damit verbundene Aufstieg in den dritten Stock haben mich dazu veranlasst, alle Wege in dieser Stadt zu Fuß zu machen, bis zu 18 km pro Tag. Damit war dann der dritte Stock ohne Lift überhaupt kein Thema mehr. Täglich frische Handtücher und abends immer die freundliche Frage, was man gerne zum Frühstück hätte. Als der Kaffeeautomat einmal nicht funktionierte, bekam ich sofort einen Espresso von der Siebträger Maschine. Wenn was nicht geht, sind alle sofort um das Anliegen bemüht. Die Speisekarte ist ausgewogen, die Preise moderat. Die Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Alles in Allem: gutes Hotel, nettes Personal, ich komme gerne wieder.

• Zhyulide (6/5): - Çalışanları çok ama çok tatlıydı. Her türlü konuda olabildiğince yardımcı oldular. Otelin temizliği de oldukça iyiydi. Nevresimler bembeyazdı. Otel ARABAYLA merkeze 5 dakika. Yürüyerek gitmeniz 50 dakikanızı alıyor. Otel önünde ücretsiz park yeri bulabilirsiniz. Otele karşı kararsız durgular içindeyim, çünkü otel personeli çok kibardı. Ancak 3 yıldızlı bir otelde değil de pansiyonda kalıyormuş hissine kapılıyorsunuz. Otel eskiymiş, az maliyetle yenilenmeye çalışılmış ama olmamış. Odalarda buzdolabı, kettle gibi şeyler hiç yok. Açıklamalarda sıcak su imkanı filan yazıyor ama o lobiden alınabilecek su imiş. Çok iyi temizlenmiş olmasına rağmen sararmış klozetler ve mahvolmuş duş başlıkları hiç hoş değil. Ayrıca odalarda ciddi bir örümcek sorunu var, banyoda baya bir gördük. Giderler kötü, duş alınca su odaya kadar geliyor neredeyse. Herkesin ayakkabı ile girdiği odalarda niçin kalın bir halıfleks var o da ayrı bir konu. Kahvaltı herhalde oteldeki en olumsuz şey. İlk defa gördük; kahvaltı için 5 farklı seçenekten birini seçiyorsunuz. Set tabakları şarküteriyi çok sevmeyenler için uygun değil, ürün kalitesi de kötü. İkinci gün Fransız tostu aldık ama o da yalnızca kızarmış ekmek olarak geldi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri günden güne değişiyor sanırım, ama ciddi manada yetersiz.

Завтрак включен, но колбаса, которая входила в меню вообще непонятного качества. Там нужно заранее выбрать один из пяти завтраков. Это был завтрак #5. Лучше что-то другое выбирать.

• Maria (6/5): City hotel with poor service - You can spend the night and take a shower The room is quite small, the lighting is odd, and it's very dark, as is the bathroom. There's no shelf in the bathroom for toothbrushes. The bed linens didn't look very clean or new. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the mattress was sagging and lumpy. Breakfast was a disaster. You're asked to choose one dish from the menu and one drink. Why couldn't they offer a small buffet? We left early on the second day, before breakfast, and I asked for a coffee to go. They offered to pay for it, even though I'd already paid for breakfast... In the end, they made me two coffees to go. I don't recommend the breakfast. The hotel has a small parking lot, but it's full by evening, so you're asked to park on the lawn or find a spot in the jam-packed public parking lot. If you really need to stay overnight, stay here, but it's best to look elsewhere.

• Malinka (6/5): Не се подлъгвайте, че има стая за 3-ма. Don’t get fooled that they offer a goon for 3 people. - Беше чисто и работещите там бяха услужливи. It was clean and the stuff was pleasant. Много оскъдно оборудване. Стаята за 3-ма е фактически стая за 2-ма с едно тясно неудобно разтягащо се кресло, което изобщо не би трябвало да се предлага за 3-то легло и на цена почти като за другите 2… Отоплението през зимата е чрез кондиционер, с който имаше малко проблеми, докато заработи, т.е. беше студено докато се постопли.

• Kondor (10/5): Do tohoto hotela by sme sa vrátili vždy a vtedy, keby sme tam stretli tu istu pani recepčnu in - Recepčná bola neskutočne srdečná, ochotná a pohostinna. To čo by sa nám mohlo nepáčit, sa nakoniec obrátilo v neskutočne strávenú noc v tomto hoteli a v deň našeho pobytu môže za to mladá,velmi príjemná, srdečná a pohostinna pani z recepcie.
